Kei took out the talon from Saana's chest . It came out leaving a bloody dent on her chest from which blood trickled down .Kei again felt a comforting chill spread across his spine.
He got up and placed the talon back in the socket of the gloves of his hidden weapon , brought out from his weapon storage bead ,and put them on . He then took out a pair of arm gloves ,a full sleeved teal colored apparel resembling a tunic jacket and a black colored leg apparel from his apparel storage bead and wore them.
He looked towards Saana's naked dead body lying on the bedroll as if she was sleeping. He felt nothing.
Kei rolled his storage bracelet until his hand rested on an oval shaped purple bead placed in an indent on the bead . It was a necro bead. It had a large dimensional storage space with a freezing cold and chilly temperature inside to store and preserve cadavers and carcasses from decomposing.
Kei put Saana's corpse inside the bead .
He then went out of the bedroom towards the hall . The fire in the hearth was now burning dimly and was on the verge of extinguishment.
It was way past midnight and only an hour or two was left for the dawn to come .
Kei walked towards the severed head of Madam Butterfly and put it inside his necro bead .He then went towards Kervyn' s corpse ,lying in a small blood puddle, with dumps of pus and grey matter scattered around it .
Kei searched his body and found three diamond shaped beads in his pocket .
Since the owner of these beads had died they were now accessible to use. He bonded the beads with his blood and checked their contents .
There was a currency bead containing 8000 droqdo and few ditoso , an apparel bead containing almost fifty or so expensive clothing and apparels and an alchemy bead containing twenty or so Tier 4 healing pills and fifteen other pills which Kei could not recognize .
He shifted all these items and stored them along with Kervyn' s storage beads inside his corresponding oval storage beads placed in his bracelet .
Dimensional storage beads of the same category could be stored inside each other, it was like a pocket inside a pocket .
He then put Kervyn' s corpse inside his necro bead and moved towards the headless body of Madam Butterfly . The body had completely dried out due to blood loss and had stiffened .
He ripped open the clothes on her headless body and stored them inside his apparel bead .He found a bracelet similar to his , worn tightly around her wrist like a bangle . He tried pulling it out, but it had stuck as her hands had tightened due to blood loss .
Kei stomped on her wrist with his beast paws at full force crushing the bones of the wrist. He then twisted the flippable wrist at a full 180° angle and the bracelet came out easily.
It was a pentagon shaped bracelet with five different colored oval shaped beads placed in its indents . There was a weapon bead , an apparel bead, an alchemy bead , a scroll bead, and lastly a deep green colored bone bead . This bead was also unknown to him, he had not seen bead of this color in the shops of the merchant guild.
He put his blood on the bracelet . It bonded with Kei immediately .
As Kei was about to check the contents of these storage beads, he noticed a red glow coming from underneath the blood drenched bedroll lying by the side of the hearth . The fire had extinguished, and the hall was dark again making the red glow noticeable to Kei's eyes .
He put the pentagon bracelet in his lower apparel pocket and curiously went to investigate the red glow .
He pulled up the bedroll and tossed it aside . A small substance was glowing on the blood soaked floor . He picked it up with his fingers and saw that it was the prism shaped white bone bead that he had found in the locker of this house and had given to Saana on a fluke to convince her of his lies .
He had forgotten about it but was relieved on finding it .
The white bead, now turned red, due to being soaked in blood from the floor, was glowing in a flash pattern .
ON-OFF -ON-OFF.
Kei had previously tried binding it with his blood, but nothing had happened, so he did not try it again. He held the glowing bead with the fingertips of his right hand ,examining it closely with curiosity, but nothing happened .
After some time, he felt dejected and attempted to put the bead back in his pockets again .
As he closed his palm and motioned his hand towards his leg apparel pockets, the glowing bead came in contact with a thin cut on the insides of his palm, made by Kei to draw blood and bind the bracelets.
There was a small residue of blood still left on the cut .The bead touched the blood and the hall instantly filled with a blinding white light and Kei felt a sharp electrical jolt inside his head and he fell down unconscious.
