"You just had to disappoint yourself again dad. You just never know when to quit, I am so tired of you being my dad. I sometimes think you need a break from being my dad." Mylar said and made the manager chuckle.
"I have never heard anything like that in my life before. A child asking her dad to take a break from parenting, amazing." The manager said and clapped.
"You would want him to take a break too, if he was your dad." Mylar said and then told him what she wanted to say.
"Can we still get our house back? I can find a way to raise the money but please do not sell off the house. That was the first house I bought with my money after living in it as a tenant for years." Her eyes showed how sincere she was.
"If you can raise the amount in six months then I will gladly return the house to you, until then I won't sell it off." The manager said, they all thanked him and left the office.
