"Mom, I swear I don't know this lady."
"Mom listen to me." Diego pleaded while he ran after Mrs. Lucia who walked on like a deaf person. When he caught on to her, he held her back by holding her hand, she stopped and turn abruptly.
"You disgraced me Diego, there, you disgraced me before every body." Mrs. Lucia yelled scaring Diego. He moved back a little, afraid of what she might do to him in her anger.
But instead Mrs. Lucia smiled like a psychopath and moved closer to her son to tell him this.
"I confidently vouched for a son I believed was telling the truth but that damn bitch proved me wrong and you made me look like a fool." She paused and wanted to walk away before turning back again and said to him.
"Diego, I don't want to speak to you for now. Wait till tomorrow when we are all feeling calm and we will deal with this then." She walked into her room and shut the door with a loud bang that startled Diego.
