The screeching friction sound reverberated as the metal gear cut into the watch. To Magneto's surprise, the watch remained unscathed after three minutes—no scratches whatsoever. Magneto, sensing something amiss, grew suspicious. His powers were weakened.

Magneto wondered how the watch, made of metal, managed to withstand his power. Unbeknownst to him, Ivan had embedded a nano-robot in the watch, granting it a potent self-recovery ability. Determined, Magneto roared and increased the cutting force.

"Impossible! I don't believe it. Again," Magneto demanded.

A crisp voice interrupted the tension emanating from Logan's watch.

"Mr. Logan, kindly ask your friend to cease his actions. Otherwise, I will perceive him as an enemy and retaliate. If necessary, I will implement the final plan against you."

Logan and Magneto were taken aback, with Logan nearly convinced that his watch was unharmed. After a moment of bewilderment, he asked, "Are you speaking? What exactly are you?"

"I'm not a thing... Well, I am a thing, or perhaps not. Never mind, I'm Red Queen, an Artificial Intelligence talking to you remotely. Consider it a phone call. It seems Mr. Logan forgot about me due to something happening in his future." Red Queen responded in a flat voice.

Logan found relief in Red Queen's words, perceiving a familiarity and good relationship. He nodded and explained, "Something did happen to me in the future: severe head injury leading to amnesia."

While Logan was easily swayed, Magneto remained wary. He questioned sharply, "Why are you by Logan's side? Why the silence before? And what is this 'final plan' you mentioned?"

"Apologies, but you lack the authorization; I decline to answer your inquiry," Red Queen stated.

Magneto's expression soured upon hearing Red Queen's refusal. He subtly gestured to Logan, prompting him to intervene. Logan considered the situation and instructed, "Answer his question."

"The purpose is to safeguard the confidentiality of Mr. Logan's secrets. The silence was because Mr. Logan didn't inquire earlier. The final plan is straightforward—I will target his brain if I detect Logan divulging secrets."

"What?" Logan felt a sudden unease, initially assuming a friendship that now seemed poised to turn fatal.

"What have I done to offend you? Why resort to this? You're plotting to kill me despite my ignorance of how you tricked me into wearing this watch. Detach from my body now, or don't blame me for being impolite."

"Mr. Logan, do not evade responsibility. You willingly chose to wear this watch. You had two options: seal your memory or don this watch."

A light emitted from the watch, projecting images and conversations involving Logan with unidentified individuals. The voice and names were concealed, affirming Logan's voluntary decision yet leaving Magneto and Logan curious about the undisclosed secret Logan was willing to protect at the cost of his life.

Amid their quest to locate Mystical and alter the mutants' fate, Magneto, ever wise, detected a new suspicion.

"No, matters may not be that simple. I may not comprehend your nature or backers, but your capabilities are evident. This advanced watch and projection technology surpass earthly advancements. Since it can converse and project, could it possess additional functions, like tracking Logan's whereabouts and eavesdropping on our conversations?"

"Indeed, it's possible," The Red Queen admitted without hesitation. "This watch has numerous functions beyond tracking and eavesdropping. It can even be a weapon, like initiating an infrasound attack."

The watch transformed, revealing a small device that emitted high-frequency infrasound waves directed at Magneto. His ears tingled, followed by dizziness and numbness, making it challenging to maintain his balance. Even Professor X, engaged in combat near the front of the plane, felt a slight impact, though less severe.

"Infrasound attacks, operating at the lowest frequencies, can directly harm the human nervous system, temporarily paralyzing the body."

The watch returned to its original form, appearing ordinary. However, Magneto sensed a peculiar magnetic field fluctuation enveloping Logan.

"This is a defensive force field, capable of warding off telepathic intrusion by some mutants, preventing theft of secrets from his brain by those who enjoy prying."

Professor X joined them, reacting to the Red Queen's revelation with a twinge of heartbreak. Although he could no longer use his abilities, he sensed a lingering sense of protection. However, he swiftly refocused on the current situation.

Magneto briefed Professor X and continued listening to the Red Queen. "There's one last function, as I mentioned before. When necessary, I can destroy Mr. Logan's brain. His self-healing ability will restore it, preventing death but erasing all memories permanently."

The trio marveled at the watch's extraordinary capabilities. Magneto and Professor X, both eminent figures, recognized that this technology surpassed current Earth advancements. Logan, originating from the future, emphasized the watch's advanced nature even in a technologically advanced era.

No longer skeptical, Logan acknowledged the truth of the Red Queen's statements. "Who are you guys?" he inquired, realizing that opposing them with their advanced technology would be futile.

"It doesn't matter who we are. What's important is that we harbor no ill intentions and won't impede your actions. You're free to pursue your objectives. If necessary, we can offer assistance. Mr. Logan trusts... well, the former Mr. Logan, not the future one. He trusts my master and is a friend. As long as it's within my capacity, I won't refuse," the Red Queen assured.

The three exchanged nods, acknowledging the necessity of their situation. Seated on the plane, they deliberated individually, contemplating their action. After a brief reflection, they concluded that their immediate priority was locating Mystique to prevent her from assassinating Trask, altering the future of mutants.

Ivan monitored the developments with X-Men until they reached a consensus. Relieved, he instructed the Red Queen to mobilize additional resources and intensify the analysis of Logan's temporal and spatial powers to unravel the mystery. Even Jor-El joined the efforts, enhancing data analysis efficiency.

Guided by Logan's provided time and location, Professor X and the team intervened to thwart Mystique's assassination attempt on Trask. However, unforeseen incidents unfolded during the crucial moment. Colonel Stryker, haunted by traumatic memories, succumbed to emotional distress, collapsing and screaming.

This turmoil presented a long-awaited opportunity for Ivan. The computer sounded a rapid alarm, notifying of an abnormality in the experimental subject, detecting intense spacetime fluctuations, and prompting an immediate and intensified analysis.

Amid these developments, Magneto, once again at odds with the situation, aimed to shoot Mystique. Viewing her as a potential threat and an unstable factor, Magneto believed eliminating Mystique was necessary to prevent future chaos. According to Logan, Mystique's genes were the foundation for the sentinel robots that would massacre mutants. Killing her ensured the enemy couldn't exploit her genes.

Despite the Beast's intervention, attempting to restrain Magneto, the latter, fueled by his supernatural powers, fired a bullet. The shot missed its intended target, striking Mystique's leg. Undeterred, Magneto persisted in his pursuit.

Unnoticed by the chaos, Mystique, who sported a women's watch on her wrist, started emitting a red glow.

Meanwhile, the Devil, Riptide, White Queen, and Angel conversed in a mutant base in the UK. The Red Devil suddenly felt a vibration from his wristwatch, prompting him to react urgently. He alerted the others, and the three transformed, their outfits covering them in scales resembling the future sentinel robots—albeit smaller. Adorned in mutant suits by Ivan, they aimed to enhance their strength and conceal their identities.

The trio pressed their hands on Red Devil, who swiftly activated his teleportation ability to rush toward Mystique, sensing imminent danger.
