I settled into my favorite spot on the mountain, gazing at the mesmerizing waterfall cascading over the rocks below, its soothing sound filling the air.
Suddenly, I felt Jenna's gentle touch on my shoulder as she sat down beside me, joining in on the tranquil moment. I could tell from the expression on her face that she had something on her mind, but before she could speak, I interjected.
"Keep your thoughts to yourself," I interrupted, not wanting to hear what she had to say.
"Fine! Could you at least come down and talk to Stan Morgan?" Jenna insisted. "He's here to see you."
"If Stan wants to talk to me, he can come up here and talk to me," I stated firmly.
"Thalia, do you realize that these men are the Alpha Princes of our kingdom?" Jenna chuckled. "They demand respect. Maybe it's time for you to stop giving them orders."
