Chapter 10 - Chapter 10: Fighting for a Man_1

Bella Scott gave a bitter smile, "If I were really hurt, could I still stand? Forget it, just a stroke of bad luck, don't mention it."

Initially, the process of catching a cheating partner went smoothly, but then the person in question suddenly came out, bringing a huge bucket of "dog's blood" with her. As a result, the unfaithful guy pushed Bella out, and she caught the bucket of "dog's blood."

Such a "dog's blood" plot twist.

Bella wanted to complain to Randy Hill, but in the next moment, Edward Anderson walked up to her and suddenly picked her up in a horizontal manner.

"I'm really dirty, put me down quickly!" Bella Scott whispered, "So many people are watching!"

Everyone thought that there was a death on the 8th floor, and many guests and hotel service staff were present. Edward Anderson was also the big boss of Cherden Hotel. Didn't he know that such actions could easily be misunderstood?

But Edward ignored her and carried Bella through the crowd and quickly entered the elevator.

Saylor Bennett heard about the incident on the 8th floor and rushed over, but she happened to see Edward carrying Bella away.

Her eyes slightly darkened, and she grabbed Randy Hill and asked, "Randy, what did Bella Scott do? Why did Edward Anderson carry her?"

"I'm not sure either." Randy Hill didn't dare to say that Edward Anderson and Bella Scott were husband and wife, and it was normal for them to hug or kiss.

The more Saylor thought about it, the more something felt off.

Edward always seemed very approachable and polite to everyone, but he didn't get too close to women.

Carrying Bella away in front of everyone today was extremely out of character.

"Randy, give me the key to his room." Saylor Bennett ordered.

Although reluctant, Randy Hill handed over the key to Saylor Bennett, considering her father was a major shareholder in Cherden Hotel.

As for Bella, who was being carried by Edward, she realized a little too late. She hesitated and asked, "Don't you think we look weird like this?"

They were mortal enemies, wanting to choke each other at the sight, yet Edward was really carrying her - while she was covered in blood?

From the reactions of the bystanders, this scene was truly shocking and bizarre!

Edward said nothing. Bella wrinkled her nose and felt that she was just bothering herself.

Bella was carried into the hotel room by Edward, then placed into the bathroom.

"Clean yourself up!" Edward said and left.

Bella also felt that she was a complete mess right now. She quickly washed all the 'blood' off herself, and realizing she hadn't brought any clothes with her, she just wrapped herself in a towel, opened the bathroom door, and peeked out saying, "Edward, I don't have any clothes to change into..."

However, upon seeing Saylor Bennett sitting on the floor, her voice trailed off.

What was happening? Why was Saylor sitting on the floor?

"Why are you sitting on the floor? Get up!" Edward finally spoke.

Saylor's face darkened. She had just tried to throw herself into Edward's arms, but he pushed her down. And now, this man was actually asking her why she was sitting on the floor?

She struggled to stand up, wanting to assert her claim over Edward in front of Bella. She quickly took Edward's arm, raised her eyebrows, and said, "Bella, you'd better go back to liking women. Edward is already mine."

Bella didn't want to argue with Saylor, but this woman always knew how to provoke her fighting spirit.

She pulled her towel a little further open, revealing a large amount of skin on her chest, and slowly walked to Edward. With a tug, she dragged him to her side.

Then, she jumped into Edward's arms, wrapping her legs around his waist and her arms around his neck like an octopus.

Her series of actions were done in one breath. Finally, she looked defiantly at Saylor, "I suddenly feel like men aren't so bad. One can get tired of 'meaty dishes' and occasionally switching to 'vegetarian dishes' is not a bad idea."

Let's see if Saylor Bennett has the guts to fight her!
