"Later, act more affectionate with me and don't pay attention to the camera. We're just going to shop for toys for the child, casually strolling around."
This was reasonable, so Emma Smith didn't argue with Robert Thomson. When they got out of the car, she didn't notice the Hyundai, but sure enough, someone got out of a nearby car and followed them.
Robert had an innocent expression, holding her hand, and pressed for the elevator. The elevator went up, just the two of them, so Emma then asked, "Robert, did you go a little overboard with what happened at noon?"
Robert didn't answer, and just as she was about to continue, the elevator reached the first floor. A crowd of people rushed in, and Robert pulled her into a corner, as if to protect her, wrapping his arm around her waist like an ordinary man looking after his pregnant wife.
