Mentor watched as Otto gasped for breath in the magic screen, gradually loosening his grip.
As the pressure around his neck disappeared, Paton, the fat old man, immediately fell to the ground, breathing in fresh air. The unnatural flush on his face slowly returned to normal.
Paton looked deeply at Mentor, as if to imprint him in his memory.
Now, he had more important things to deal with, but that didn't mean he had forgotten what Mentor had just done to him.
He didn't reach his current position in Stania by simply researching magic spells in the Mage Tower.
Once the opportunity arises, he would use special means to inform Mentor that he had provoked someone he shouldn't have.
