Chapter 10 - I'm trapped

"We're here." The voice of the angel announced. Pulling out from his embrace, I was tossed into the realm of fascination when the sight of a blue lake came into view.

The moon had shone it graceful light unto it with sparkles along the surface from the bright stars. The breeze, slightly warm and soothing. Looking around, he seemed to have teleported us to a forest. The trees dancing to the wind in all directions.

"Wow." I uttered, walking cautiously to the beautiful lake calling out to me. The wind blowing the ends of my white night gown.

"I'm glad you like it." His voice got carried melodiously on the wind. I turned to him, standing so tall and pois under the Moonlight. He was indeed a beauty to behold. Yet, something about his complexion was really odd. He seemed even paler now in the open or was it as a result of the Moonlight kissing his skin?

"Are you okay? You look really pale." I enquired with a whisper but loud enough for him to hear.

"Tezzn... agh." He trailed off, groaning while his knees hit the ground.

"Oh my!" I exclaimed running to him.

"What's wrong?" I worreidly gripped his shoulder. His breath came out deep and loud as he put on a brave face to look at me.

"Tezznin. The truth is I'm not really real. I'm an illusion between this realm and another." He spoke, breathing unsteadily.

"Huh?" A deep frown settled on my face. "But you are here. I'm holding you and...and..and what are you saying?" I wanted to really understand the shit that was going on.

"Tezznin..." A sudden silence reigned as we stared into our souls. His eyes sending silent messages to me. His lips parted. "I'm dying." He finally whispered, groaning louder now at the pain gnawing at his chest.

"Tell me now. I ..I don't understand. Can I help?" I was totally devastated from helplessness and confusion. Why all this confusing bullshit? Ha!

"This is not...my real..form." He struggled to speak, clutching my hand firmly.

"I'm trapped somewhere and only you can save me."

"Where!" I shouted. "Tell me."
