Seraphina's POV
I walk over to the door and let Gabi and Jasmine in. A few hours ago I texted Gabi but she was working so she came over after work to hang out.
"Hey."
"Hey. Hi Jasmine." I heightened my pitch when talking to the chubby cheek baby. I led us to the living room. Gabi pits Jas on the floor with a few toys to keep her occupied while we talk.
"So anything new on the wife front?" She asks bluntly.
"Everything is going well. Nick has been trying to make this work as he said. He's been coming home more and calling and texting me throughout the day. He even brought me flowers the other day." I tell her with a smile on my face.
"That's amazing. I know your situation isn't ideal." She looks at me and I nod. An arranged marriage isn't the most ideal thing but it's my life. "But you guys seem to be handling it well and making the most out of it."
