Mordred teleported to the Gremory household, going immediately inside Sirzechs' office because his business was with the Satan.
"Satan Lucifer, I am here for Okita Souji." Mordred nodded at him and Sirzechs smiled.
"Yes, yes, Grayfia. Can you lead him to the training area where Souji is waiting for him?" Sirzechs requested and the stiff maid bowed.
"At once, Lucifer-sama." She was elegant and professional. As expected of the last of the Lucifuge who were the personal servants of the original Lucifer.
"Let us go Mordred-sama, I will be your guide." Grayfia gestured for him to follow.
"Thank you Grayfia." Mordred nodded and she started walking. "Any luck on your queen Mordred-sama?" Grayfia gave him a small smile.
"Not yet, I only have my bishops and pawns locked in. But do not worry, I am destined for greatness. My queen will be the strongest queen ever." Mordred was sure of it.
Grayfia chuckled and she was amused by Mordred's proud behavior. She thought it was endearing because he was still small and cute.
"Here we are, please have a good training session Mordred-sama. Treat Rias-sama and her servant well." Grayfia bowed and she exited the premises.
"Rias? Yuuto? Tosca?" Mordred was pleasantly surprised that he found others that would be under Souji's tutelage.
The Lucifer's knight was a black haired young man wearing a hakama and a haori. With the logo of the Shinsengumi at the back of his jacket.
"Hello little children~ Well, that one can't be called a kid. I can feel the mana inside of you." Souji gave Mordred a look. He could tell, he was a monster.
"My lord." Tosca and the newly named Kiba Yuuto who changed his identity bowed at him.
"Umu, be at ease. So, tell me Rias. Are you interested in swordplay?" Mordred raised a brow.
She was a magic type, not exactly the speed type that is needed for being a swordsman. He thought she could use her time better in training with her mother. Perfect her usage of the power of destruction.
"Yes degozaru, I will be a samurai of epic proportions! Imagine my sword being coated by the power of destruction!" Rias was being a chuuni and her servants just smiled at her.
"I see, that is a good way to harness your power of destruction." Morded nodded at her and he imagined using that magic with his Caliburn or Kusanagi. It would be devastating to say the least.
'And... It's because you use one too. It just looks cool.' Rias fidgeted around.
Souji raised a brow. He noticed Rias' attitude, but he would beat it out of her if she wasn't serious about it.
"Okay, I am Okita Souji. Sirzechs' knight, I took two pieces to reincarnate you know? That means I'm seriously amazing!" Souji built himself up, but they just stared at him.
They weren't there to play around after all. Even Rias who is being spoiled did not squander due to Morded's influence.
"What a tough crowd~ Okay, let's have a spar first so I know how strong you are. And so I can fix your bad habits. Rias, just watch. You haven't wielded a sword yet." Souji got serious and they nodded.
Mordred went up first and they prepared for the spar.
They didn't use any magic because sword skills can be applied to improved specs if you're good enough with your swordplay.
The two charged at each other and they clashed with their blades. Mordred's swordplay was more focused on powerful blows due to his western sword.
While Souji was more nimble and agile. The samurai didn't have full plate armor and their swords is for cutting. So he focused on dodging and quick counters with a stab or slash.
After Morded struck with his practice sword, Souji immediately parried it and used his blinding speed to aim a thrust on to his neck.
"Hmmm, I lost. You are strong, Souji. As expected of Sirzechs' knight." Mordred nodded at him. He had to acknowledge the samurai's skills that were honed for more than a century.
"Well, that was a battle of skill. If we used mana and magic? This will be a lot more different. You're still young after all." Souji also acknowledged that he was quite skillful.
"We couldn't even see them move..." Yuuto sighed and thought he would need a lot more strength to avenge his fallen friends.
"Yeah, they went in and swoosh. It was blinding quick." Rias blinked as she tried to analyze their fight.
"Well, swordsmanship's pinnacle is all about efficiency and killing your enemy with one stroke." Tosca thought it was natural that they could gauge each other with such a short exchange of blades.
"The little miss is right, Mordred is a power type. Something that I have an advantage on. But don't think he is weak, if he could use his mana. Then my blade would just snap in two if I even try to parry him." Souji shrugged.
"You jest, you can just do the same after all. But yes, your parries will be much more dangerous and risky if I fortified myself with mana." Mordred explained and Souji nodded with a grin.
"Heh, you're smart too ain't cha? Well, I think I will be putting this in my resume. You'll cut down a lot of things in the future." Souji could see his future.
He was proud, but not arrogant. Mordred would be able to reach realms that Souji could only imagine.
"You guys should also learn this now. Souji might be listed as an ultimate class devil. But with the right sword and with his skills. He bumps way up to Satan class." Mordred shared words of wisdom.
"I see... So skills matter that much? To the point that Souji could compete in a higher weight class due to his skills." Rias went into deep thought.
She would contact her mother later to train more in the power of destruction.
"That's right, you listen to him. The kid is knowledgeable, you're quite scary. Don't turn on the devils later okay?" Souji chuckled.
"If they don't do anything untoward. Except my friends though, I won't harm them if necessary." Mordred shrugged.
Yuuto and Tosca flinched at his words. They already reeled in their hatred for Excalibur. Valper Galilei is their target now. Or they will be an embarrassment to their master.
But mostly, it was because they're scared to death imagining Mordred hunting them down like rabid animals that need to be exterminated.
They then started to learn under Souji's tutelage. And surprisingly, Rias came second as the best student.
Sirzechs wasn't convinced about Rias training under his knight. So he checked on her progress. But she was serious about it, even gaining better results than Kiba and Tosca.
She was smarter than them, so she asked Mordred to teach her what he knew too. And she analyzed the two's fighting styles. Compounding it together so she could gain more skill.
"Hah, Mordred has been a really positive influence on the young devils. Good thing he isn't saying that I owe him for that." Sirzechs chuckled.
"Ara, should I tell him that you owe him? You are skipping your work by spying on Rias." Grayfia smiled sweetly and he immediately went back to work.
"That's what I thought... Please don't let your siscon tendencies get in the way of your job." Grayfia chided him with cold eyes.
"But Ria-tan is making so much progress! She'll definitely be the future of devilkind!" Sirzechs whined.
"Hah, you can learn a thing or two from Mordred-sama." Grayfia shook her head at his antics.
Currently, Mordred was training with Sairaorg in hand to hand combat. Which means beating the shit out of each other.
"Go Mo-kun! Beat his ass nya!" Kuroka cheered him on, Shirone was also encouraging him. While Sairaorg had his blonde queen.
"Sairaorg-sama! Don't get too beaten up too badly!" Kuisha's encouragement was a little different though. She is a realist, the maid knew that Sairaorg will lose.
"Hah, hah, you could at least lie and tell me to win Kuisha." Sairaorg deadpanned while he huffed and puffed for air.
"You are making progress with senjutsu and touki Sairaorg." Mordred nodded in satisfaction at his improvements.
He included Sairaorg in his training of senjutsu and touki. It will be his greatest strength due to lacking the power of destruction that is the trait of the Bael.
"Rias is training in swordmanship, and she's getting really good. Of course I have to do my best too! Not to mention that you're training the others as well." Sairaorg grinned as his body got coated with a white aura once again.
The signature trait of using touki which is weaponized life force. And with Sairaorg pushing his limits every time, his touki was getting thicker and thicker.
"Ahhh, I am teaching Seekvaira, Sona, and Latia magic. Our group of friends need to be well rounded Sai." Mordred started beating him up, making the devil increase his skills more and more.
He ended up on the ground after their training session, the black haired devil having a satisfied smile on his face.
Mordred healed him up and he nudged him with his feet. "Come on, you need to earn back your heir status with a duel. At the very least, you should be ultimate class before you try." Mordred's words increased his morale.
"Ohhhh! I'm all fired up! I'll show them! I will be the heir of the Bael family once again!" Sairaorg's determination was admirable.
With the other girls though, they were having a very unpleasant training session. "You crazy bastard! Ahhh! Take this!" Latia and Seekvaira tried to stop time around Mordred.
Sona then sent a barrage of water magic, while Tsubaki used her mirror Alice to absorb the barrage and sent it to him with twice the power.
Latia is a cousin of Seekvaira, and she inherited the Agares' clan trait which can manipulate time.
Mordred was training them in live combat by shooting divine lightning at the devils. In weak amounts of course.
But that doesn't mean that it didn't hurt like hell, they could feel the devil slaying aspect of it to their bones.
"Hah, hah, did we get him?" Sona glared at his supposed last known location.
"You idiot, you just raised a flag!" Seekvaira smacked her and they were fried by divine lightning that came from out of nowhere.
They screamed and the devils fell on the ground, twitching. "It seems that you girls need more practice." Morded shrugged and they flipped him off.
"What? There's no better training than this, you use magic on the fly. Just like a real battle, it makes you able to master your manipulation of magic." Mordred tilted his head in confusion.
"You crazy bastard, hitting us with holy lightning. W-what kind of training is that?" Seekvaira groaned as the holy energy seeped in their bodies.
"Well, that's the thing. You should just dodge or counter it with your own magic. Make it slow down with your time manipulation, it's a skill issue honestly." Mordred shrugged.
"So-tan! Are you fine? Did the meanie Mo-kun hurt you bad? Mo-kun! I told you not to hurt So-tan!" Serafall pouted at him and he raised a brow.
"Sera-tan, So-tan is the Sitri heir. She's also your younger sister, she would be under tons of pressure and scrutiny by the great king faction. Do you honestly want her to stay weak?" Mordred gave her a reality check.
"B-but... So-tan is hurt!" Serafall pointed at Sona and Mordred tilted his head.
"And? What if she fights someone that uses a holy sword and gets stabbed because she couldn't dodge? She'll end up dead is what will happen. And that's on you if you keep coddling her." Mordred reminded her.
"Mouuu! So-tan, back up your nee-sama! I'm trying to protect you from Mo-kun, he's being mean!" Serafall tried to get some support from the devils.
"Nee-sama... I hate to say this, but Mordred's logic is impeccable." Sona deadpanned at her sister.
"We don't really like to get hit by his lightning that hurts so much I though I'd die. But we will be better prepared for the future." Seekvaira nodded at Mordred.
"Yes, this is really important. Even though he's a slave driver." Latia groaned as she patted all over her body. Checking if she could still feel something.
"Not you three too! Tsubaki-chan, you're my only ally here." Serafall pressured her and the bespactacled girl didn't know how to react.
"Even if she is, which she's not. Majority wins Sera-tan. Or do you want Ria-tan to get ahead of So-tan so much? Rias is actually the strongest out of all of them right now." Mordred pointed out and they were shocked.
"Really!? But how? We've been training as hard as her." Seekvaira wondered how could that be.
"You heard her learning the way of the sword. She's being trained by Venelana-chan with the power of destruction. While Souji and myself train her in swordplay." Mordred shrugged and their eyes darkened.
Their competitiveness flared. "Latia, we'll be trained by my father to use Time. Thanks Mo-kun, we'll have to catch up to Rias!" Seekvaira and Latia kissed his cheek as thanks and they teleported back to the Agares household.
"Nee-sama, can you train me too? I can't lose to Rias." Sona was closer to Rias than the others. Due to their siblings being Satans and all.
So they also developed a rivalry. "Help her Sera-tan, So-tan has a dream. And that's to create a school for low class devils." Mordred revealed her ambition.
The low class devils are in a huge disadvantage with their education. High class devils get all the best teachers. And the low class are forever relegated to be servants. Even pureblooded ones.
"Is that true Sona?" Serafall went serious and her sister that got embarrassed nodded.
"Hmmm, my Sona is growing up nicely huh? Nee-san will teach you how to be stronger. I'll also give you tips on how you can bend the old fogies so they can approve of your school." Serafall smiled softly.
Sona beamed and Mordred nodded in satisfaction. "Seriously, Sera-tan. You should be like that more often. Sona obviously admires you, she's just shy. Which is ridiculous." Mordred sighed.
"Well, not everybody can declare their love like you. You mothercon." Sona glared at him.
"What? I love mom, that's the truth. We even promised each other that I'll marry her. When I beat her of course." Mordred nodded sagely. It was one of his most important goals.
"Why can't you be like that So-tan? I'm so jealous of Tiamat, Mo-kun is very affectionate." Serafall pouted at Sona.
"You're embarrassing me nee-sama!" Sona ran away and Serafall started to chase her.
