In Camelot, due to Mordred's disappearance. Arthur's half sister Morgan Le fay concocted a plan that would make her the ruler of Camelot.
Even with Michael's blessing towards him. Arthur's mental defenses were weak because Mordred is gone forever and Morgan managed to enchant him with her fae magic.
She extracted his seed so her child would be a legitimate heir for the throne.
Morgan was successful, she managed to get pregnant with Arthur's child and gave birth. Though she was disappointed that it was a girl.
In her twisted desires, she named her Mordred. A cruel irony for Arthur. A reminder for later that his son was gone.
The news of Mordred's death due to disease spread like wildfire all throughout the kingdom. With Arthur hiding the reason for his disappearance.
And it also resulted in Arthur being more strict and cold. Conforming to the idea that a king must be perfect. In order to lead the people of Camelot. He lived for the kingdom, suffocating his wife.
Guinevere understood the changes of Arthur, but she couldn't be like him. Be a machine that lived for the sake of the kingdom.
His desire to be perfect was like a cage for her. And all she was, is a normal woman. So it came, one of the first tragedies in Camelot.
Sir Lancelot who is a part of the knights of the roundtable was close to Guinevere. And in their friendship, Guinevere found solace from Arthur's suffocating persona as king that he adopted.
And of course, it bloomed to something else. Adultery, which is punishable by death back in their era.
Like all secrets, it was found one day. With Morgan sniffing them out due to her interest in the throne. And then, Guinevere was executed. While Lancelot fled from Camelot.
Arthur looked fine outwardly. But inside, he was a broken man that kept soldiering on for Camelot.
And Morgan capitalized on that. She raised Mordred with the idea that she is the next ruler of Camelot.
With a recommendation, she entered Mordred to the knights of the round table. Mordred was told by Morgan to fight Arthur and claim the throne.
An Impressionable child, Mordred got brainwashed by the fae and she wholeheartedly believed that it was her right to be king.
And as she learned of her birth through books. Mordred found out that Morgan is Arthur's half sister.
Ashamed, Mordred was told by Morgan that Arthur would never give her the throne. That she is a dirty child that was a result of a drunken stupor. Morgan manipulated her mind and her hatred began to bud.
The seeds of rebellion have been sown. It also didn't help that Arthur's relationship with one of the new knights; Bors, soured. He was Lancelot's cousin that filled in his position.
And with Mordred's worship of the ideal king. She mentioned to him that she was his child with Morgan.
Thinking that Arthur would name her the heir, she was disappointed and broken by his words.
"Mordred, so that's why Morgan named you that? You are not fit to be king, never are. And never will be." Arthur shot her down brutally. Igniting her rage even further.
And it all escalated. To the point where Mordred rebelled and took Camelot while Arthur went on an expedition to Rome.
The country fractured, broken, and in flames. Arthur returned and faced his illegitimate daughter.
"There is nothing left! The victor of this battle does not matter anymore, father." Mordred spat out with venom in her voice.
"Why? Why didn't you give me the chance to be king? It's because of your hatred towards Morgan, isn't it? I'm a dirty and corrupted child, born from incest and treachery." Mordred prepared her blade.
"You are not fit to be one." Arthur said blankly and Mordred gritted her teeth.
They clashed and both of them stabbed each other with their weapons, Arthur hesitating with his spear, Rhongomyniad.
Mordred fell down and she coughed up blood. Seeing the silhouette of her father who she idolized. The perfect king that she based her way of life on.
"Father… Was I not good enough?" She tried to reach out to him. She perished as a pitiful woman that only wanted the recognition of her father.
__Underworld, Familiar Forest__
At the territory of the devils, Ajuka Beelzebub one of the new four Satans after a civil war was guiding a blue haired woman. (pic)
"Tiamat, we will be giving you this territory. It matches your descriptions no? Thank you very much for helping us with the war against the old Satan faction." Ajuka bowed and the dragon king nodded.
"I only took care of defense back then. This is a fine forest indeed. Full of magical power and nobody would be annoying me because of the monsters inside." Tiamat nodded in satisfaction at her new home.
"It is still vital that you protected Lilith, which is now the new capital of the underworld. But it was hard to find you in order to give you this piece of land. Chaos Karma dragon." Ajuka gave a wry laugh.
"Oh yeah, that… I went after Ddraig's wielders. Asshole borrowed my treasures and left it to get stolen by humans! Humans of all people." Tiamat growled.
"That is unfortunate. Here, nobody will dare steal your treasures. It is nice and quiet too, farewell. I have a job to do." Ajuka disappeared in a magic circle and Tiamat breathed in the air of the forest.
"Ahhh, spooky. I like it, idiots would think twice before going in here to try and poach my treasure." She had a toothy grin and flew. Trying to find a nice place to settle down. Hoard her treasures and the like.
She is a dragon, one of the five dragon kings too. And they loved treasures, except that weird guy Fafnir. Hoarding undergarments of human women.
"Ugh, what a pervert. A disgrace to all dragonkind. Well, Ddraig and Albion did rampage throughout the great war. Hehehe, serves him right. Getting sealed inside a sacred gear like an idiot." She snorted.
"Hmm? Why is there magic in this place?" She felt an extremely weak magical presence nearby. A dragon is a creature of magic. They were unmatched at the use of it. So she was able to get a whiff of the magic.
And she thought that it might be some buried treasure. Because whatever it was, the thing was sealed tightly.
She only managed to get a whiff of it due to her draconic senses.
"Let's see, a cave?" She dug up the rocks and now, she could feel it much better.
"A holy artifact!? This is a steal. It can't be? Is this thing a holy sword or something?" She excitedly explored the inside of the cave.
After roaming around for a bit, she found herself in a clearing inside that had a dull glow.
"Wow, ancient runes? I don't have an idea what these are. Whatever the thing is sealed here must have been here for centuries. The magic of the seals is weak too." She began breaking it.
When the seals broke, she got hit by a beam of light. Though it only scratched her scales. "Damn, I wonder how strong that trap would've been when it just got casted." Tiamat shivered.
After the small light show let up, she blinked in surprise at what she found. "A holy sword… This is a catch indeed. I wonder what those pigeons would give me for this?" She rubbed her hands and went to the sword that was stabbed on the ground.
It had an intense holy aura. And unlike the holy swords she saw back then, like Excalibur. The aura it had was pure white. Where the church's swords have a golden one.
She tried to lift it up, but it was not budging at all. "Is there some kind of spell that prevents it from being taken?" Tiamat observed it carefully.
Tiamat tried to figure it out. But she suddenly heard a shrill cry. "A baby?" The dragon craned her neck with furrowed brows.
Wondering why in the world would a baby in that dingy cave. Which she was going to turn into her home by the way.
"I should call Ajuka about this." She was about to make a magic circle that called for the Satan, but she suddenly stopped when she felt its aura.
"Dragon? It's malicious too. It's there, but weak." She carefully went up to the kid and tried to remember that draconic aura.
Tiamat gasped and she subconsciously growled. "Evil dragons!?"
She immediately wondered how the child was connected to them. "Wait… I know that feeling, a sacred gear. Just like Ddraig and Albion."
With a frown, she lifted him up and Tiamat almost dropped him due to all of the anti-dragon properties of the baby.
"A dragonslayer too? What in the world are you?" She squinted her eyes, trying to figure him out.
Tiamat then saw some embroidery in the cloth wrapped around him. "Mordred Pendragon, son of Arthur and Guinevere, a hero."
She attempted to piece the puzzles of the mystery. "But wasn't Mordred the knight of treachery? And she was a female too? How can this be?" Tiamat was having a headache from it all.
"Wait…" She immediately went back to the sword and took a look at the engravings.
"There's no mistaking it… This is Caliburn, the golden sword of the victorious." She read the engraving on the flat of the blade.
It was in the fae's language. The unmistakable holy aura. It is Caliburn, the missing sword who chose the king of Camelot.
"Wow… This is insane. So Arthur and Guinevere had a child?" She looked at the baby and it opened its eyes.
He had green eyes and soft blonde hair. "Mordred Pendragon… This will turn the church upside down. I can't reveal your identity." She frowned.
Not only would heaven and the church make a big fuss. The Pendragons would also try to claim him as the head of the family.
The fallen and devils would also make an outrage. Most likely assassinate him due to being a true Pendragon.
Through the times, the Pendragon family's bloodline thinned. Most of them can't even wield holy swords. And their influence isn't even enough to get back the shards of Excalibur that shattered which the church conveniently collected and reforged into 7 fragments.
"This… I have to take a moment." Tiamat sat down and held her head. All the revelations she just discovered were giving her a headache.
While thinking of what to do, she suddenly got startled as the young Mordred cried like a banshee.
"Uhhh, what do I do with kids? Damn, I don't know how to deal with them you know?" She then remembered his aura that felt like evil dragons.
"Should I just kill him? Wash my hands off of this kid? Get rid of the evil dragons too." She had a dangerous glint in her eyes.
Everybody knows what the evil dragons are capable of. They even attacked heaven and the underworld a millenia and some centuries ago.
Countless lives were lost, even though the hard hitters of the deus trinity were there.
"No… He's an innocent child." Tiamat shook her head. Her pride as a dragon won't make her kill a harmless baby. Even though its potential danger was disastrous.
Mordred kept crying and she even smelled poop. "Great, he even shit himself. Why should I take care of you again?" Tiamat groaned and she teleported to the human world with Mordred.
Stealing a couple of books for child rearing, she also took tons of diapers, formulas, and other essentials for babies and kids after speed reading the book with magic.
"Ugh, I Tiamat. The strongest dragon king, changing a nappy of a baby. Oh how the mighty have fallen." Tiamat whined, but she still did it.
She then prepared some warm water for baby formula. Using magic and getting the hang of it. Tiamat is a dragon after all, her pride would take a hit if she couldn't even take care of a kid.
"Uh, here you go Mordred." She fed him some milk and she wondered if she could use magic to make herself lactate.
"Where the hell did that come from? Well, I am practically going to be his mom… So should I test it? Just as a field test, yeah." She casted some magic and her breasts felt fuller. Uncomfortable even.
"Does dragon milk affect a human child's development? No matter, come here. I will raise you to be a strong dragon." She made him latch onto her and he started to feed.
Tiamat felt like it was a bonding experience. She looked at his cute face while he was suckling. Unconsciously cooing at the child.
"Ah, what got into me? Dragons should be strong, even though they are children." She huffed, but she couldn't resist doting on him.
And at that point, Mordred turned into her child. Thanks to his natural affinity to dragons. Even capable of being bonded with evil dragons that only wants mindless slaughter and battle. She felt drawn to him.

Thanks for reading everyone. I'm using Fate Tiamat's appearance because there is no official pictures for DxD Tiamat. She isn't Tiamama, though she's turning into one lol.
And a question you might have, how many things from Fate would be in this story. Honestly, I do not know. But a major one would be servants.
I have a plan how to integrate them into the story. Especially because he's surrounded with artifacts to use as catalysts. And he has one already too. Anyways, ciao.
