After acquiring the publicly released knowledge related to DNA and Genetics, Ryoichi had the servants working on the 199th floor procure the resources and equipment through their connections across the Universe.
It amazed Ryoichi how the weak servants with no real battle power could acquire anything and everything he desired with no problems. It made him curious so he dugged some information on them.
Ryoichi found that servants were born and raised inside the tower by its AI. And they were taught and trained to serve every demand of the floor owner as long as their demands didn't go against the judicial system and ethical views of the outside world.
Ryoichi also found that the Tower was completely autonomous and no force outside has an influence on what went inside. This lead the position of being the floor owner is one of the most sought out job. Just imagine ruling a floor as big as a small town with hundreds of servants ready to fulfil almost all your whims while also getting a portion of the money made inside the Tower.
It was almost too good to be true… almost being a keyword as most of the lower floor owners couldn't leave the Tower due to continuous stream of challenges they receives.
But even then it was worth it as even if you managed to stay a floor owner for a month you would earn an amount that most mid-level merchants won't earn in decades.
The Tower have tens of millions of spectators every day from all across the Universe. The amount of money gambled on a daily basis could rival the yearly income of a big faction of the Human-Shinobi Alliance, not to mention other income sources like food, accommodation, and other things available inside the tower made by the Tower borns and maintained by the Tower AI.
Anyway with Ryoichi having an unlimited flow of money and a place with 'ample space' he bought dozens of pairs of every equipment he thought was useful and had the servants keep the unlimited flow of resources like the limit-breaking potions and serums, Chakra compression and Chakra expansion pills. Ryoichi also had the servants buy the unique raw resources from other planets.
He then created thousands of Multi-Shadow Clones and had them research future products and unique raw resources. But that's not all as Ryoichi had the clones even study the equipment and machinery itself, so he could build them when returned back to his timeline.
Few weeks spent researching in this environment had Ryoichi produced more results than in his previous few years combined. He had already found a few better paths to achieve immortality, but the most important breakthrough Ryoicji had was that he finally found a way to break his new limit of peak Super-Kage and reach the so-called Sage-level.
Due to his acquisition of Sage body and new Kekkai Genkai, Ryoichi's limit broke past his original mid-Super-Kage limit and has transcended to peak Super-Kage level. And with Sage mode, he could achieve a Battle Power of Quasi-Sage just like peak Hashirama. Of course, he'll be far stronger than Hashirama despite them having power in the same rank due to the nature of his bloodline, his perfect foundation that didn't wasted even a fraction of his potential, his trancendal skills like Stealth and Chakra control. And most importantly his Temporal Perception.
But the Chasm between the peak Super-Kage and a Sage-level is ginaormous. To give an example a Super-Kage can destroy a big country like the Land of Fire in a single attack, but a Sage rank can destroy a whole planet as big as Earth in a single attack, clearly two different leagues.
So the breakthrough of Sage-rank is not easy, in fact, every time a human has broken through that chasm is with their own unique method or special resources like Shinju.
Hagoromo used the Natural energy alongside his potent Chakra and Otsutsuki bloodline to create the Six Path Chakra to reach Sage level. Naruto used Ninetails Chakra, Asura's Chakra, his Royal Uzumaki bloodline and his unique body that was nourished by Ninetails Chakra since he was but a fetus to get to Sage level. Madara used the Tentails to breakthrough to Sage level. Sasuke used Indra's Chakra, his Unique Rinnegan, Natural energy through Orochimaru's seal, and many experiments.
And like them, Ryoichi also have to find his own unique way, and these few productive weeks had led him to find a path, or at least gave him the right idea.
As Ryoichi got more and more immersed in his research he forgot about the warning of his future self-projection. And one day when he was outside the tower to relax his mind, Ryoichi got ambushed by a platoon of highly trained Kage-level and Super-Kage Shinobis who worked in tandem to catch him in their high-tech seals.
Ryoichi fought back as he let his Seal Matrix deal with those high-tech seals, but soon realised that such an endeavour was useless as those seals also had a Seal Matrix controlling them.
'Of course, it won't work, Aina already told me that Seal Matrix was available in her timeline not to mention in this far future one.' Ryoichi calmly analysed as he took down another black and gold armoured man and retreated from their encirclement.
'I have to avoid those seals.' Ryoichi wasn't too worried about the platoon ambushing as they were too weak to subdue him, the only thing that worried him was the unknown nature of the seals and stronger reinforcements.
Ryoichi first tried to retreat to the Tower as he knew the Time Patrollers didn't have any authority over the Tower, but that plan was spoiled by the seals that were surrounding the entrance of the Tower. And since reaching another entrance would have taken too long, not to mention Ryoichi didn't know if they were also laid with seals.

"Lighting spirit, how sure are you?" I questioned the lighting faction's AI as my mind churned about how many benefits we — The lightning Faction could get if we hand the man over to Sage Alliance, more especially that petty vengeful Dragon Sage God.
*The man's description and DNA matches that of Senju Ryoichi — The Heavenly Demon* The AI answered my question and a full-blown smile emerged on my beautiful face. Just this man's death would damage the Fire Faction beyond repair, especially those arrogant Senju and Uchiha bastards.
"Lightning spirit, despatch the First and Second Platoon of the Third Base, and have Third Platoon on standby. Make sure that the man gets caught." Stopping the gleeful thoughts, I ordered the A.I.
*Understood, Third Time commander* As the AI replied, I heard the latch of the command room open and my bastard half-sister walked in with that annoying concerned face of hers.
"Sister, I think we should inform the higher-ups, Senju Ryoichi is too important for humanity's existence."
"And what?! Lose this opportunity to earn enormous achievement points." I snorted at my bastard sister's words, she was always like that. Never had to work for anything as her natural talent was enough to get father's approval which I had to work hard for years to get.
What is she? Twenty years younger than me and already has the official position just one rank below me?
"Sister, Don't let your greed blind you! He's Senju Ryoichi!!! If something happens to him, the humans won't survive the War against Otsutsuki if that could be called a War at that point." My bastard sister shouted. For a second I was taken aback by her insistent words and thought deeply.
And even though I hate to admit it, she is right. I can't hand Senju Ryoichi to another great force or we will ALL cease to exist. But that doesn't mean I can't earn benefits in other ways.

Ryoichi frowned as he detected fifty new presence entering his active Haki range with each having at least low Super-Kage strength or above. He accelerated towards the crowded area and turned on his stealth once there.
Ryoichi easily weaved through the crowded bazaar, but somehow his pursuers could still follow him.
He tried to lose them for a few minutes but gave up and instead, he placed a Thunder God seal beside a small shop at the entrance of an alley, for almost a second he blamed the Tower for not allowing teleportation or else he would teleport to 199th floor.
Ryoichi continued to walk for another few minutes before teleported to his mark and quickly entering the dark alleyway.
Scanning and finding no one following him, he bought out the Time Machine and set the date to the day he fought Kaguya.
Without hesitation, Ryoichi turned on the device and waited for the portal to open, but it did not. Just as Ryoichi thought the Projection gave him a broken device, a mechanical voice sounded.
*Time Roberry failed!!! A spacetime lock has been detected in the area, please leave the area and try again or deactivate the timelock.*
Ryoichi's brain spun at those words as he thought of a plan but his thoughts soon stopped as he felt Time Patrollers entering his active range.
Without wasting time, Ryoichi put back the device and disappeared from his location with a green flash.
