He handed the phone over to the Rodetick beside him.
Unexpectedly, the Rodetick remained frozen, looking alarmed and staring in the direction of the boy in front of it.
The shop owner paused, "What's wrong with you?"
"Magnemite!"
The Rodetick looked fearful.
Riley, noticing the lightning-like tail of the Rodetick, guessed why it reacted this way.
He scratched his head apologetically and said, "It might have sensed the Ghost-type spirit beast on me."
The shop owner's eyes widened instantly, his facial muscles trembling, "G-Ghost-type spirit beast..."
"Yeah," Riley nodded, "My spirit beast, it's currently concealed."
The shop owner: "!!!"
Five minutes later.
The shop owner handed the phone back with a grin, "Your phone issue isn't that big. The touchscreen sensitivity issue was just because of the screen protector. As long you replace it, it'll be fine. That'll be ten bucks in total."
