Slimiphase, a ground-type spirit beast, is completely covered in black mud.
Due to its black exterior, its sclera and teeth appear exceptionally white.
Its species can only evolve into an advanced level spirit beast, so logically, it shouldn't attract many Beast Tamers to make a contract with them.
However, quite a few Beast Tamers do contract with it each year.
This is because it is easy to take care of, and it can even survive by relying on dirt for sustenance.
As a result, most Beast Tamers who come from less affluent backgrounds choose to contract with it, while a small portion of Beast Tamers are attracted by its unique abilities.
These abilities are called Independent Space and Mud Flow Transformation.
The former allows Slimiphase to store anything it swallows without digesting it, and the latter enables it to transform into mud and slip through any crevice.
These two abilities combined make it perfect for theft.
