Before he realized it, Sima and Kai had been training nonstop for 4 hours and more than 4.7 days, respectively, inside the system. Despite the fact that Sima did not appear to be tired, Kai's face lit up when the system's alarm went off.
[Electric Discharge Lvl. 1 → Lvl. 2]
[Lightning Ability Damage: + 50%] [Lightning Ability Mana Consumption: -40%]
[Initiate Spiritual Energy: + 20%]
"Congratulations to the host lightning beast for reaching Level 5!"
"Acquired Ability: Lightning Whip."
There were numerous notifications as he let Sima out. Sima leapt around the area and climbed onto Kai's shoulder for some petting because he had finally been able to advance in rank, and he appeared to be very proud.
"Well done, Sima! But this is just the beginning, and you should be ready for some harder training to reach the top of your food chain, alright?"
Kai felt that his new life in this world was starting to speed back up, so he was pleased as he patted the little boy's head and pulled him down from his shoulder while sighing.
"With this, I will definitely not disappoint the parent's of this world." Sima got up on the bed and peered around as he reminisced about old times.
His curious gaze soon calmed, and he sensed that Kai had made some change, though it was difficult for him to tell what it was.
After that, Sima was thrilled and kept pleading with Kai to return to that world so he could practice more moves.
Kai obliged and went there with plenty of food packed for the youngster to eat while practicing, and a new training module was made to once again master one of the fundamental egg moves, which is said to be the least effective in actual combat.
"You are training to focus punch, and for that, you have to crush this boulder using your fist and focus punch energy inside your fist by looking at the hologram beside you."
Kai and Sima turned to look at the hologram of Sima after reading the instructions.
Sima's hologram had just taken a stance and punched the boulder with a straight and solid base, breaking it into small pieces that blasted off to a great distance.
"You believe that you can do this, and it is said that this training will increase your mana pool and spiritual pool by 50% and 10%, respectively."
Kai hesitated for a moment before deciding to go ahead and do it as Sima appeared to be gazing at the boulder that was taller than him and the hologram repeatedly.
Because this technique only concentrates on pure mana accumulation on the palm and sends it smashing onto the opponent, the goal of this training was to increase mana control while also condensing mana.
Kai this time stayed with Sima and pointed out the things that he could advise from his own experience, given that people tend to use martial arts that could condense mana to attack, for the same reason.
Kai has also trained there, so he was thinking of pointing out things that, in his opinion, are the best ways to concentrate mana.
He discovered that, as he was teaching Sima, his own mana control was advancing within this stimulating environment, which was advantageous to both of them.
After two days of following the same routine of sleeping, eating, and practicing, his friend Silas returned to the dorm and invited him to lunch before they left for the student gathering.
"I toast for the last opportunity to drink the wine on the lower floor," said the other. "Soon, both of us will return to being full-fledged teachers." Silas and Kai laughed lightly as they sipped their drinks and relished the rest of the afternoon while taking a sweet nap.
Detail about the kingdom of Skyfall.
Kai was a member of the Kingdom of Skyfall and resided in one of the New High Land's largest kingdoms.
This kingdom was sizable enough to take up the entire eastern Asian continent of the planet Earth. Up until a few decades ago, when new institutions began to sprout up all over the kingdom, their institution was the first one created for the purpose of educating those tamers and professional trainers.
It was also because of their history that their Institute was also called the Central Institute of the Skyfall Empire.
While the population of the Central region of the empire had aspirations to join only their institution, which was also known to be the pride of the entire empire, a new institution out of the kingdom had dared to lay hands on the central region until recently.
"This is the reason that the institute finally decided to show the other party that they did not lack in teacher amounts, but just that they were only acting out for the quality of the teacher to select the students for their reputation."
Silas laughed as he observed the teachers boarding the flying ship, which was designed to resemble a ship that would cruise from the earth but fly because of a magic circle.
The number of teachers entering the ship exceeded thousands.
"Isn't that teacher Silas?" Silas was greeted by a large group of his fellow assistant teachers as they boarded the ship. Silas was politely smiling while silently nodding at each of them.
Kai, on the other hand, was attempting to contain his laughter as he observed Silas' icy exterior when he faced the other teachers because Silas only truly displayed his true character in his immediate vicinity.
"Look at that brother, Silas! You are quite popular with boys; I think as long as you can push, I am sure there are at least 5 to 10 of them who might submit their mound to you."
Kai's comments caused Silas to start hacking as he glared at Kai, who appeared to be relishing his misery to the hilt.
"Fuck! I love big ti***, not some big mounds, so don't speak in a misleading tone, you bastard." They first decided to read a book since the ship had already taken off and they would arrive in 5 hours.
However, Kai used this time to enter the stimulating world and spent 5 hours inside, which were equivalent to 5 days, learning the information he had taken from the library to fill his head.
Not to mention, Kai enjoys reading books about this world, which is full of monsters and their various varieties and evolutionary histories, as well as thousands or millions of unsolved mysteries.
"Say brother! This time...…" Walking through the dense crowd of people in the area, Kai peered at the website that the central university had given him to use to recruit his students while also surveying the crowd that had gathered to encourage their children to study with reputable or talented instructors.
He was able to observe various expressions of laughter, dejection, and even excitement coming from the crowds of children's faces and expressions.
He grinned as he remembered how he had once been a member of this group and had the same expression on his face when he looked at the various individuals and the revered teachers he had always wished he could study under.
However, he never had that hope before because of his parent's wealth and the demands placed on teachers by powerful organizations. In spite of his appearance as a child, Kai was actually a boy who had lived through both happiness and misery twice.
When Kai located the tent, he moved to the spot where his teacher had instructed him to sit. As he did so, he looked at the person seated next to him, who was also smiling and looking around.
"Hello..." The fat guy smiled as he looked at Kai and extended his hand with a polite tone and gesture as Kai introduced himself before taking his leave.
After all, he was well aware of the fact that from where he was standing, he had no chance of getting a student, so he moved to the center podium to place an order for food and search the area for students.
"Kai! I never imagined a man like you would be able to attend this session, but I can see how desperate the central institution is to host this particular admission event."
He was keeping a cool face when the woman he had once tried to date and been rejected arrived hand in hand with a man who Kai thought looked like soft rice.
The Kai was aware of the identity of the white rice and the fact that he was supported by a sizable family from a great height.
He shook his head in an effort to clear his head as he began to walk away from that area, not pausing to think about the two idiots who had inconveniently positioned themselves in front of him.
"It's good to see that someone knows his place and is acting in the right manner; otherwise, I might have to get my hands dirty to teach him a lesson for the welfare of his future development."
The girl was looking at Kai with a small amount of dejection because she had severed her relationship with Kai with a justifiable justification that her sister had previously given her while instructing her to face reality.
Kai continued to move around.
He discovered a young girl who was looking around, between the ages of 14 and 15, with silver hair that stood out in the crowd, sitting down and appearing confused while keeping an eye on the crowd.
A small, frog-like monster with silver, blue, and black stripes around his body was perched on her shoulder.
To those who looked at it, it appeared to be quite impactful.
"Assassin Amphidra." Although Kai was aware of the species and thought the girl monster partner was fantastic, he was puzzled as to why the woman seemed to be so depressed despite having a partner of that caliber.
"Poor girl! Her Amphidra has low aptitude for the water element."
"Dark aptitude Amphidra is extremely helpless; there is nothing that can be done; her future is currently set with little interest and will not change until she reaches second rank and acquires a partner."
Kai pondered as he asked a question of the stimulation system after hearing the voices and then received a response from the other side. He spoke in a low voice and kept a smile on his face as he approached the girl.
"Do you want to accept me as your teacher?"
Hearing Kai's call, the girl looked up and spoke in a low tone.
"I do not plan to serve others with my body or something." Many teachers shook their heads as they observed Kai in action because they had considered doing that, and many of them had already given it a shot.
Considering the girl's alluring figure and appearance, any nearby man would have been tempted to approach her. However, after hearing her response, Kai became very uneasy.
"Did any teacher ask you for that?" He questioned while glancing at the girl, who had a surprised expression, while having a strange and loathing expression on his face for other teachers.
"I do not think your partner is at fault, but it might be exceptionally talented in my eyes, although it is up to you, so you can come and hear my pointer in my tent and decide whether you want to join me as my student or not."
Hearing him, a man walked out of the shadow as he stared at Kai for a moment and spoke in a cold voice.
"She is from one of the numbered families, so I hope you will maintain the dignity of your institute." The silver-haired girl was allowed to follow Kai as he only nodded his head and turned to leave.
"Interesting!"
A man emerged from the side, and as he observed Kai moving and muttered something under his breath as he considered how interested Kai seemed to be in his sister partner, he was confident that the man had the strength or confidence to train her sister and her partner is something new that even he had not heard about.
