AZALEA

They said that my name was taken from the Azalea flower which caught my mom's eyes when they were traveling through Japan. It was a beautiful flower that was associated with beauty, temperance, and even death.

"Are you sure that you're okay, dear?" I can feel my mom's worries through her words and action.

"Yes, I'm okay."

"Tell us if you feel pain anywhere. Your mom and dad are here for you, we will always be by your side." My dad said as they both kissed my older sister's forehead while I was seating on the couch, watching how great they look like.

It feels like they forgot that I existed, seeing them hugged each other made my heart ache for some reason. Do I even belong here? Am I a stranger?

In my point of view... They looked like a perfect family who love each other, a family who will be there for their family members when they're needed.

But what about me? I'm part of this family too, we're a family but why can't they be with me just for once?! Am I still a family to them or they had abandoned me? If they really abandoned me then I would rather die than live alone in this world...
