"Why would she come to the field just to see me?" Raven mumbled to herself, perplexed by the idea.

She paced back and forth in her room, her thoughts racing like a whirlwind. As much as she wanted to know the truth, a sense of caution held her back.

"I'm sure it was her voice, but something doesn't add up..." Raven mused, her brows furrowing in contemplation.

Her mind was like a detective's, trying to connect the dots and find answers to the questions swirling in her head. But the more she thought about it, the more it felt like her imagination was running wild.

"It's best I drop it here," she decided, trying to dismiss the thoughts. "I'm trying to be Sherlock and discover if something drastic is gonna happen... like a trap to which bait is laid out... but it's nothing like that."

Raven chuckled at herself, recognizing how her mind could sometimes weave elaborate scenarios from the simplest of things.

"Just me and my imagination," she said, trying to put the matter to rest once and for all.

With a determined nod, Raven pushed the thoughts aside and went to the gym. The gym buzzes with activity as Raven enters the facility.

Dressed in a white top and shorts, her energy is palpable, and her determined spirit is evident in her every step. She shows her membership card to the gym staff before donning her headphones and plunging into her workout routine.

Navigating through the gym, Raven heads to the locker area. She places her bag in a secure cabinet, ensuring her belongings are safe. Her focus is unbreakable as she mentally prepares herself for an intense leg day workout.

"Legs, let's go," Raven murmurs to herself, a quiet affirmation of her commitment. She starts with a warm-up on the treadmill, gradually increasing the speed to ready her muscles for the rigorous session ahead. Her determination radiates as she pushes herself during the warm-up, setting the tone for what's to come.

Counting her reps, Raven moves on to squats, a challenge she tackles with an impressive 390 repetitions. Her form is flawless, a testament to her dedication to building strength and endurance in her lower body. Each repetition is executed with precision, her determination evident in every movement.

Transitioning to lunges, Raven executes the exercise with unwavering focus. Her steps are measured, targeting her quadriceps, hamstrings, and glutes. With each lunge, she pushes herself further, refusing to settle for anything less than her best.

As her leg day routine draws to a close, Raven summons a final burst of energy. She returns to the treadmill, her pace picking up as she runs with unmatched determination. The sweat on her brow and the fire in her eyes illustrate the grit that propels her forward. As she completes her workout, a sense of accomplishment washes over her.

Unbeknownst to Raven, Mark, the sports captain, observes from a distance, his admiration evident in his gaze. The sight of her endurance and determination leaves him in awe.

As Raven completes her demanding leg day workout, Mark, the sports captain, watches on with admiration evident in his eyes.

"Amazed... no wonder she runs like an engine," Mark whispers to himself, his voice filled with genuine awe.

Raven, her body drenched in sweat and her muscles fatigued, readies herself to head home and unwind from the strenuous session. However, her plans take a detour when she hears her name being called out.

"Raven!"

Turning at the sound of her name, Raven faces Mark, who is approaching her with an enthusiastic smile. Despite her exhaustion, she returns the smile, her curiosity piqued about what Mark wants to discuss.

"Hey," Mark greets her warmly, his admiration for her athleticism clear in his eyes.

Internally, Raven hopes that the conversation will be concise, aware of her own tiredness and her desire to head home for a much-needed shower.

"I'm exhausted and sweaty, and I've got to get back home and clean up... Hopefully, this is short," Raven muses to herself, her mind slightly preoccupied by thoughts of a shower and some relaxation after her intense workout.

Mark playfully remarks, "Whoa, you look like you've had a shower already."

Raven, glancing at her watch, recognizes the need for brevity in the conversation. She responds with a polite smile, "Mark, I appreciate the compliment, but I really need to head home now."

Mark, realizing he might be holding her up, quickly apologizes, "Oh, sorry for holding you up. Actually, I came to offer you a drop."

Raven, though grateful for the offer, declines graciously, "That's kind of you, but I have my bike here, so I'll be fine."

Mark grins, understanding her choice, "Alright then, see you later for practice."

Nodding in acknowledgment, Raven bids her goodbye, "Bye. Oh, and I'll get you coffee sometime later."

Mark is momentarily taken aback, a sense of surprise washing over him, as if Raven had just read his mind. He murmurs to himself, "Is she reading my mind...?"

Raven muttered to herself, her voice barely audible over the hum of the motorbike's engine. The encounter with Mark, the sports captain, replayed in her mind, and she couldn't help but find his attempts at being cool rather amusing.

"Why does he try to be cool when he can't even say what he wants to say?" she wondered, shaking her head in disbelief.

As the road stretched ahead of her, Raven's thoughts drifted back to Mark's coffee invitation after her intense workout session earlier in the gym.

"Who drinks coffee right after a workout? Well, I guess my sports captain does," she thought with a hint of humor.

Amid her musings, her phone's ringing snapped her attention back to the present. Glancing at the caller ID, she saw it was Grace. With a swift motion, she plugged in her earphones and answered the call.

"Hey, what are you up to?" Raven's voice carried a sense of familiarity and warmth through the phone's connection.

"Just chilling. Have you heard the school news?" Grace's voice came through, the words carrying a hint of intrigue.

"No, what's the news?" Raven's focus remained on the road as she navigated through the streets.
