"By-frost got cancelled!" Grace's voice carried excitement as she delivered the news.

Raven's response was measured, her tone calm and composed. "Oh, okay."

Curiosity piqued, Raven decided to inquire further about any other developments.

"Anything else going on?" Her question flowed smoothly through the phone's connection.

Grace's nonchalant response mirrored her relaxed demeanor. "Nah, nothing much."

As Raven approached the vicinity of Grace's house, a memory resurfaced in her mind – she had left some clothes there during a previous visit.

"Hey, I think I left some clothes at your place, right?" Raven's voice held a casual tone as she addressed the matter.

Grace's voice came through the phone, carrying a sense of affirmation. "Yeah, you did. Do you want me to give them to you?"

Raven's response was prompt and definitive, reflecting her plans. "Nope, I'll just come over, take a shower, and then let's go out for dinner."

Grace's voice reflected her surprise as she echoed Raven's words. "Dinner? Really?"

Raven skillfully parked her motorbike in Grace's designated spot, the call with her friend still ongoing. As she dismounted, she decided to add a touch of playful teasing to the situation, her voice infused with amusement.

"I'm at your door, open it quickly, you lazy female!"

The words left Raven's lips with a light-hearted taunt, aimed at Grace. However, Grace's response was cut short as she turned her attention to the security camera mounted by the door. Her disbelief was palpable as she watched Raven standing right outside on the screen.

"What the...?" Grace's exclamation held a mix of shock and astonishment as she processed the swift and precise execution of Raven's words.

Raven's mischievous smirk deepened as Grace opened the door, letting her in. The call was ended, and they both stepped inside.

"Unlike you, I do what I say without delay." Raven's playful remark continued, her tone light but carrying a sense of truth.

Grace rolled her eyes good-naturedly, well accustomed to Raven's sarcastic tendencies.

"Again about the YouTube channel?" Grace's sigh held a touch of exasperation, knowing that the subject of their playful banter was likely to be Raven's YouTube aspirations.

Raven and Grace settled comfortably into the cozy ambiance of Grace's living room, their ongoing conversation shaping their plans for the rest of the day.

Raven's smile was evident as she playfully teased her friend, her words carrying a lighthearted tone. "Yes, Grace, I'm not like you. Always on the move!"

Grace chuckled, acknowledging the truth in Raven's statement. "True. So, did you finish a workout?"

Raven nodded, a sense of accomplishment in her expression. "Yeah, just came from the gym."

Grace couldn't resist a teasing quip, her laughter light. "I thought you were gonna take a shower."

Raven's grin widened, fully embracing the humor. "Nah, I've come here to take a shower."

Grace's surprise was palpable as she voiced her disbelief, her tone reflecting her astonishment. "Seriously?"

Raven's response was equally sincere, her words carrying a sense of determination. "Seriously."

With a soft whisper, Raven added a touch of lightheartedness to her words. "I mean, your house is my house and my house is your house, so it works."

Grace's chuckle echoed in the room, a testament to the understanding and comfort they found in each other's company.

Raven's curiosity then shifted to Grace's whereabouts, her inquiry casual yet interested. "And where is your sister?"

Grace's sigh hinted at a hint of exasperation as she shared her sister's plans. "Somewhere with her friends. She'll be back around 12 am."

Raven couldn't help but find amusement in the situation, her voice teasing. "She's 26, Grace. Let her live a little."

Grace's defensive response came swiftly, revealing her protective side. "I don't care; 12 am is the curfew."

Raven's laughter danced in the air, a testament to her fondness for Grace's sister and Grace's protectiveness over her.

Raven's playful tone filled the room as she offered a mischievous response to Grace's concerns. "Well, we'll be out for some time, so she won't be back till later."

Grace's curiosity got the better of her as she inquired further. "Till when?"

With a teasing grin, Raven added a touch of suspense to her words. "Depends on when we leave. I'll take a quick shower, and then we'll head out. Be ready by then; I won't wait around."

Grace's smile showed her readiness to embrace the spontaneous plans. "Got it, bruh. You don't take too long."

Raven acknowledged her agreement with a nod and made her way to the bathroom for a speedy shower. Meanwhile, Grace started to prepare herself, secure in the knowledge that Raven's spontaneity often led to memorable adventures.

After a brisk shower, Raven emerged from the bathroom, clad in the comfortable clothes she had left behind in Grace's house. Her laughter danced through the air as she remarked on their informal attire. "This is quite informal for where we are going, but anyways..."

As she stepped out, Raven's gaze fell upon Grace, who was donning a black dress. Raven couldn't help but tease her about the somber choice of outfit. "You look like you're going to a funeral."

Grace responded with a chuckle, her smile betraying a sense of lightheartedness. "I don't usually wear black because of my mom's superstition, so this is a rare occasion."

Raven couldn't resist a teasing response, her voice playful. "I know. We are going to a restaurant."

Grace's grin widened, her enthusiasm undiminished. "Alright, let's go. I'm ready."

Together, Raven and Grace left the apartment, their shared adventure unfolding. Raven confidently revved her motorbike's engine, Grace nestled behind her. Their journey led them to a grand and elegant establishment. With Raven parking her bike, they entered the upscale bar.

Grace's voice revealed a touch of nervousness as she voiced a concern. "Aren't we underage?"

Raven's reassuring smile put her friend at ease. "Don't worry; we're not here to drink."

As they neared the entrance, the vigilant security halted their progress, politely requesting identification. "Your ID, please," he asked, his tone respectful.

Raven complied, presenting a card, only to be met with the security's regretful shake of the head. "I'm sorry, miss."

Raven's response was understanding, her voice calm. "It's fine."

Grace's gaze shifted between Raven and the security, her curiosity evident in her expression.

"What's going on, Raven?" Grace inquired, seeking clarification.
