Saad was sort of person who didn't like boring stuff and it was good enough that he didn't feel bored yet. So he decided to delve deeper into it. He spent next hour reading about weapons and he started to feel more inclined towards being a non-combatant.
In all honesty, Saad's character Kael, was misfit for combat unless the vitality was unlocked. So it hardly mattered if he was using whip or not. He was just going to raise his mastery for now and complete the quests. Since his laptop was almost out of battery and he couldn't check the world tube right now, Saad decided to put the suit on.
It was fortunate that the VR suit used signals and not electricity, or else he would be doomed with the electricity problems of the city. The door was closed and Saad logged in to the chimerical world system.
It felt like, it's been ages since he had been inside Seraphia. His eyes opened up to see that he was inside his virtual reality room. As always, the snow was right there and the room felt a little chilly. He looked to the side to see that the window was open. He closed the window and then sat down on the bed. It felt great to be back from that hellish trial.
He decided to open up his character profile for now, to check on his newly acquired class and skills.

Saad sighed as he tapped his shield skills to see that they had become unavailable. He was pleased with his three new whip skills but he couldn't help but feel that his efforts for learning the defense techniques had all becomes for naught. With a heavy heart, Saad decided to remove both unusable skills from his skill slots.
He had had also realized that his previously three different shadow based titles had merged into a single one; Shadow Bound. So he decided to check just what this new title was and he was pleasantly surprised.

Saad stared at his both unavailable passive skills. He had to remove them with a heavy heart. He should have just read about the skills and class specification beforehand. Seriously, so much had gone wrong because of his impatience. He had wasted so much times with throwing and using shield. Then again, perhaps it was good thing since he had that one quest which had defense skill learning requirement.
Still he could have just used his whip more and not wasted time with throwing. Which suddenly made him remember something important! His herbalism skill! He quickly scrolled down to check the life skills and only then he could feel like he could breathe again. His life skills were all intact. As per his knowledge now, while he would still be able to use other weapons now, there will not be any proficiency increase for those, since his main weapon is whip now. He would be able to use another weapon once his second class slot will open up. And Saad already knew what he was going to do.
After reading in depth, he had decided that he would be learning arcane arts. It was hard to forget the feeling of those powerful skills infused with arcane. He really wished that he could have gotten those things out of the dungeon but he didn't have many complains. He decided to check his inventory since he was thinking of now selling the weapons that were no longer related to him. He would still be attending the defense class, since those moves would still help him in combat later, even if he wasn't going to be a tank.
