"The Normal One?"
"NO!"x3
"Please take this serious." Adeline scolded her husband who only nodded sheepishly.
"I thought it might have been a good joke, but how about Aroura?"
"Alright... That is a good name... Alright, my little Aroura..." Hugging her child, Adeline felt a wave of drowsiness hit her. Holding her baby tightly she slowly drifted off to sleep...
**
"Where are the kids?"
"Lily and Ambrose are as usual in the forest. As for Aroura? You know that since she started walking she started to follow them."
Edmund put on an angry expression before a worried one replaced it, "Don't those silly kids ever worry about their parents? Look at your belly! Do they really just let you cook like this?! I will give those kids a whooping when they get here!"
Adeline looked at her worried husband with love in her eyes and warmth in her heart, "Oh come now Edmund. Don't worry so much about the children. Kids will be kids. If anything I am more worried that they won't act like kids at all!
Just look at what Ambrose has built! It is a farm for those puffball mushrooms. Apparently Lily learned to make the most of a spore-filled mushroom. Then look over there the magic flower has been transplanted perfectly and it is even thriving! *sigh* I really wish this one will spare some time for their poor mother..." Adeline spoke while rubbing her baby bump. She was only around three months pregnant.
Edmund knew he couldn't do anything and only sighed. Ambrose had spent his time improving several farms while Lily had made several plants juicier than before! Using the tactics he learned from them he was able to almost sell out every time he went to town.
As his crops were getting thicker and juicier he was getting more attention from customers. Some merchants were even offering a lot of money to get the seeds for his improved plants. Some were offering exclusive contracts for him to sell to them. Yet even then he worried that if he accepted one offer someone else might do something in jealousy!
Consequently, he has told everyone that he was working on improving his farm, but these crops require a lot of water. The word of lots of water stopped most merchants as although the famine was slowly fading, and a drought was spreading, making farming even harder for regular farmers.
Only in the new land where he was could others start their farm. At least that is what they thought. In reality, he had no idea how much water was being used for his crops. Ambrose made such a great environment that promoted growth that was mostly automated. It was so good that he could harvest so much in the growth season that it appears he had a lot more farmland than he actually has.
If before he could only harvest one catty per farm a year, now he could harvest five catties per farm per year. Before he was struggling to manage each farm and always came home tired, but now he simply followed Ambrose's instructions and he would only need to fix a few things when needed. In fact, the hardest part was now simply harvesting everything at the right time.
"They are only four years old and are already doing so much..."
"Less than two years until their Mana exam."
"I think they should be very talented. Probably with a great affinity with earth magic."
"No, I think it might be water affinity, especially with what Ambrose built?"
"HAHA!" Edmund simply laughed before kissing his wife. "How about we celebrate another successful harvest?"
"Sure!"
"You know at this rate we might even have enough money to celebrate each children's birthday."
Adeline suddenly became even more excited as she spoke, "You mean like nobility?"
"HAHA! Yes, just like nobility. You see I am thinking of applying for a noble title. Although it might not be the same as real nobles, it can make this area a true little heaven just for us."
"Alright, but just wait until Ambrose and Lily are six. Then when they get their great exam results they will be able to boost your chances of success!"
"HAHA! Yes, that was the plan."

"Aroura are you okay?"
The little Aroura nodded her head with tears in her eyes.
"This is why we told you not to follow us silly, just look how scratched up you got." Ambrose spoke with a disapproving gaze and a tone of worry.
"Ambrose... look." Just as Lily was about to help Aroura she noticed something.
"Huh?" Looking at where his sister was pointing Ambrose quickly became excited as he started to wonder what luck they were having.
Ever since Aurora started following them they had found new plants almost every day! It was like she was their lucky charm. Originally they thought it was a coincidence so they separated and did their own thing for a full week and found no new plants. But when all of them came together seeing a new plant was almost a guarantee!
Lily also had an excited look on her face as she kissed her sister's cheek, "You are really our lucky charm! Bro check the flower while I cover Aroura's wound."
Ambrose nodded as he uncovered the plant and started to log it in his journal. Originally, the twin's journal was made of leaves that they processed. But after going to town they realized they could buy their own paper so they worked hard to make their father's farm better in return for ready made notebooks from town.
The ink they used was made from a special concoction of soot and driri sap. A driri is just the name of a tree they named after finding it decently common in their forest. It attracted their attention because of the blue-green leaves. They also bought ink from town but realized that not only was it terrible in comparison to what they made, but also too expensive for what they wanted. So in the end they kept making their own.
In fact they had started a farm for driri sap. Their mother had started collecting their sap as well as it was decent for syrup making. In fact the driri tree had become a family favorite as the sap was made into various candies that they all munched on.
"Hey sis..." Aroura looked up shyly.
Lily simply nodded as she started putting ointment on her sister's wounds.
"Sister Lily..."
"Yes? Do you need something?"
"Umm... Thank you for taking me with you and teaching me... I love learning and... and I really love you both for teaching me..."
Lily paused before sticking a leaf over Aroura's wound. After she finished she smiled and spoke softly, "There was once a day where both me and your brother looked at the knowledge we could see in wonder, but we weren't able to do anything but look. Now... Now we get the chance to share what we think using words, we get to show the world what they missed out on when they locked us away and shut our mouths.
We are here today with great joy to share our knowledge with you, our beloved little sister. We can scream and loudly tell others about what we learned. Although we say you should stay home and not come, in reality, we love the fact that we can share our love for plants with you."
Aroura jumped into Lily's arms as her tears fell...
