Not that I have finished setting up the laws of my universe I can now set it up.
One of the many plans I have made and that is heaven. Heaven will be one of few places souls will go in their afterlife and If they so choose so they can live out the rest of eternity until they have chosen that they are content with how they lived their life so far. When they are content with their life they can have a choice that will them proceed with.
But before that the first thing I should do is create the dimension that heaven exists in. I gave the dimension the ability to expand infinitely to accommodate what will exist inside of it. Then I filled the dimension with light energy and all of its Laws. I split heaven into two high heaven and the normal heaven. High heaven is where the purest and also the strongest souls will go and normal heaven is where the normal souls will go. I had to do this because if the stronger souls don't control themselves they can heavily influence weaker souls to the point where one can change another's entire being.
I then split the area in the two heavens into 10 different area's each. The first area is the land of dreams where most souls will spend most of their time it is a place that changes based on the person allowing them to fulfill every one of their dreams. All creature that are not to intelligent will also exist here. Pet will also stay here to live there life there where they will live in a recreation of their life with their owners and do what they loved with them until their owners arrive in heaven where the family pet can then live their life with their original owners. Pets will also have their intelligence increased to the point where they can express themselves in words bug won't change in personality.
The second area is the Silver City, a place that can only be described as a utopia each person that's in heaven will have their own home that comes strait from their dreams or it could be the home they had when they were alive. Which will exist on the outer part of the city. The inner part of the city will be filled with everything from shops all free but there will also be place where people can hang out and have fun. People can even go as far as looking into the universe and see how there old worlds are or at other worlds. The core of the city is where the angels and the ones that makes sure nothing goes wrong in the Silver City will be.
The Third area is a place that only angel will be at with few exceptions they will either be living there own life, doing their duty's or even training.
The last 7 areas is where you can go to when you first come to heaven and you go to the one which of the seven virtues that you lean to the most.
Land of Humility
Land of Charity
Land of Temperance
Land of Diligence
Land of Patience
Land of Kindness
Land of Chastity (note you don't need to be a virgin to be here. Some virgins probably won't be here.)
Now that I have the the areas finished I will add one thing that will connect all of heaven together and that is the road of fate. Just by walking on this road it will take you where you wish to go and will even at times take you where you need to be even if you didn't know that you needed to be there. It can also take you to places that allow you to overcome some of your own regrets like taking you to the house of a relative that you haven't seen in a while or take you to someone that you knew before their deaths to mend a broken relationship to reconnect ties. The road can allow an lead an owner to pets that they had in their life and reconnect them. The road will also take to places even If you don't go on the road like it can take you to someone where the two people fall head over heals for someone so basically your soulmate if you aren't currently in a relationship.
I added one thing to the third area and that is the three doors. The three doors are three choices you have when your content with your life in heaven. The name of each door is The Door of The End, The Door of Reincarnation, and The Door of Enlightenment. The Door of The End will turn you to pure energy where you will they fuse with the universe thus you it will be a true end for a persons story.
The Door of Reincarnation will reincarnate you to a pure family that shouldn't be able to have children normally but truly wishes for one. Your memory's will be sealed until you reach heaven again even though you may have change based on the life have live but throughout that life and when you reach heaven you would still be you on a fundamental level. You could also awaken your memories if you became strong enough, around the level of mastery of a couple of lower laws which will most likely to be light laws since they probably spent a long time surrounded by them if not them they had also reached the law level in their first life.
The door of Enlightenment will allow one to be reborn into an angel based on their virtue.
In the third area there will also be the Holy Sea where 1 angel egg will be born everyday and the type of virtue that angel will have will develop as they live their life. In the higher Heaven's Holy Sea Only 1 egg will be born every year as they will have a knowledge and ability to use 1 lower light law at birth giving them huge potential and a powerful soul and like normal heaven angel they can develop virtues overtime (note: not all angel will only have mastery of light but it would be their main law with few outliers)(note: even with huge potential it may take a few centuries before an angel can have a mastery over a handful of lower laws so don't think to much).
I created 7 Archangels all of them have seven pair of wings. All of them will have complete mastery of higher and lower light laws. The difference between them is the core laws I'll give them as each of them will receive the core of the light laws but those will be infused with their respective virtues. (Note: if you can suggest name, gender, and virtue of the angels that can be appreciated. P.S they will be left to create their own true laws but that will take an eternity as you can see based on how long it will take to comprehend lower laws.)
