It was approaching noon, and the big blue sun was almost at its highest point. The technology driven city of Neath was mostly empty as people were still in their various houses, pondering this morning's announcement.
But there were certain businesses and shops that went on with their operations like normal, mostly businesses under the, "Icy Queen's" brand, a famous fast food brand in all of Ansel's first division.
A beautiful white two storey tall building, carrying the Icy Queen's (IcQ's) label was one of those open malls on this special day. And apart from the full time workers, only a handful of customers could be seen walking around inside it.
