On a dark and enchanting evening, the hall buzzed with lively conversations as a girl made a fashionable entrance, captivating everyone's attention. Dressed in an elegant black gown with intricately styled hair, she exuded sophistication, her eyes shining as she searched the crowd for someone special.
Spotting him, a man in a fitted black tuxedo with tousled black-blond hair, she greeted him with warmth, "Hey Adrien, my best friend! Long time no see." Their eyes met, and as they embraced, the connection was palpable – green met sparkling black, causing hearts to flutter. "Excuse me for a moment," he said, breaking away from the crowd and making his way toward the girl he had been eagerly awaiting.
Approaching each other, they exchanged greetings with soft smiles. To break the silence, Ember leaned in, whispering in Adrien's ear, "You look even more handsome in real life. I couldn't recognize you at first glance." Stepping back, she looked into his eyes, "You didn't even tell me what the event is about today."
"Actually... come with me," he began, glancing around, opting for a quieter place away from the crowd. Taking Ember's hand, he led her to the balcony. "This place is much quieter," he said, visibly relieved. Smiling at him, Ember remarked, "Oh! My goodness... I can't imagine how much I've waited for this day to come."
"Me too," he replied with a sparkle in his eyes, locking gazes with her. "So, you didn't tell me, what's this party about?" Ember asked, curious.
"Oh! I forgot to mention that I am nominated for the best model of this year and received an offer for a film."
"Oh my God! You didn't even tell me that you are a model and going to be an actor... Such a big surprise... Congratulations!" Ember embraced Adrien, wrapping her hand around his neck, and he reciprocated by pulling her closer. Adrien wished for time to stand still, a sentiment echoed by Ember's smile.
Their intimate moment was interrupted by Nino, who coughed to get Adrien's attention. "Adrien, everybody is looking for you. What are you doing here?"
"We are coming," Adrien replied. Nino inquired about Ember, "Who is she? I haven't seen her before."
"She is my friend; she came here from India."
"India is so far from Paris... How was your journey?"
"Hello, Nino, I am Ember, and my journey was not too tiring, thanks for asking."
"That's great. Let's go back; it's time for a dance. I'll be waiting for both of you downstairs," Nino said and left them alone. Ember chuckled at the awkward interruption.
Adrien extended his arm in front of Ember and asked, "Will you be my partner tonight?" Ember hesitated, admitting, "Actually, I know how to dance... but it will be embarrassing to have a partner who doesn't even know how to dance."
"It's alright; I will teach you. You just have to look at me," Adrien encouraged with a soft smile.
"Okay, I will try," Ember replied, a silly smile on her face.
