I don't need to reinvent the wheel by wasting time exploring other potential healing items, right now I just need to focus on making consumption efficient and keeping its effect.
Testing my theories, I took 100grams of fried fish and boiled it into a soup, separating them into 3 bowls. First the test of whether it's the fish meat or the essence itself that causes the recovery.
