Seeing Amon explaining all these the children felt bored as they already know all the pros and cons of most cultivation systems especially as the descendants of Ashborn Clan they know more history about Dao Path System than Amon.
Seeing the children's uninterested expression Amon coughed awkwardly and started again, "The first Realm of cultivation in Dao Path System is called Dao Foundation Realm".
"The Dao Foundation Realm is the process of establishing a solid foundation for the future cultivation path, in this realm you will not be using any cultivation techniques nor any form spiritual energy".
"This realm is divided int three stages after sense the Blood qi which is present in your body the First stage uses Blood qi to temper your flesh, the Second stage uses Blood qi to temper your bones and the Third stage uses Blood qi to temper your internal organs".
"The degree of Tempering done by each individual is different and after completing the three stages you have to form a connection between your flesh, bones and internal organs".
"After forming this connecting path you have to circulate the Blood qi in this path to cleanse your body from inside out, you have to cleanse your body atleast three times to breakthrough the next Realm".
"The maximum number of Body Cleansing you can perform is nine, the more number of Body Cleansing your perform the more benifit you will gain. Now any doubts about this realm", after explaining the Dao Foundation Realm in detail Amon looked at the children.
Tyche and others digested everything Amon said and thought for a while. Tyche asked Amon, "Instructor can we perform more that nine body cleansing".
Amon smiled and said, "Yes, you can perform more than nine body cleansing but that will not certainly make you stronger or anything. The body cleansing is about how you remove any sort of impurities in you and preparing your body as a foundation for future cultivation".
"Rather than increasing the number of Body Cleansing you should temper your with Blood qi more deeply and effectively as this will make the body cleansing more difficult and push you beyond limit".
Tyche nodded his head and said nothing more. Then everyone else asked their own doubts which Amon clarified patiently.
After explaining the theory of the first realm of cultivation Amon started speaking again, "Now that theory session is over now let's start with cultivation. Now all of you stand in horse stance and try to sense your Blood qi".
As per instruction everyone stood in horse stance and started to concentrate to sense their Blood qi, Tyche and his group was enthusiastic about their cultivation but soon their enthusiasm faded.
Even after half a day of practice they didn't sense any Blood qi not to mention the body ache due to standing in horse stance. They couldn't help but get impatient as time went by.
Even Tyche who is more mature and patient among his group is no exception as he his also getting irritated by the lack of progress in his training.
Seeing the impatient and irritated look on most of the children Amon said harshly, "Hnmp, if you all want to gain something just after a day of training then it's your wishful thinking".
The children were startled and ended their training as they saw their instructor explaining something. Tyche couldn't help but ask, "Instructor, please give us guidence".
Amon sain in the same angry tone, "Didn't say that Dao Path System is one of the most difficult and time consuming cultivation systems. If Blood qi was easy to find just after a mere horse stance wouldn't everyone be following this cultivation system".
Amon didn't stop, "The first day of training is to test your level of patience and only few of you barely met my requirements, so now everyone will take a fasting pill and return to horse stance till dinner as your punishment".
Even though Tyche and others were aggregated they still took the fasting pill and returned to the horse stance without saying anything as they all know that what the instructor said was correct, cultivation is a long path filled with many variables and tribulations so getting impatient over not getting benifit just after day of practice is indeed a mistake.
Seeing everyone following orders without any compliants Amon nodded his head and thought to himself, 'Indeed the Ashborn Clan is built different, if any other clan's young master or miss is treated like this they will start throwing a tantrums'.
