In a large hall.
Huge arcs that looked like they were constructed for the sole purpose of scaring the hearts of visitors guarded the entrance of certain rooms that led to the hall. The arcs were made with intricate designs made of stone mosaic relishing a gothic feeling that could turn one drowsy.
About twelve men were in black cloaks, sitting around the table with an eerie silence that knocked off every corner of the brown-coloured walls. The coldness of the hall could freeze any human, however, the people present in the hall seemed to be okay with this.
There was not a single drop of light, nor any dim one from a burning lamp that was about to wear off. The only light that came forth was from red eyes, flashing like pointers throughout the hall. Even the windows were entirely covered with thick black curtains that did best to absorb any light reflection as it was already the pit of dawn.
