The rest of the afternoon passed without incident, and as the cell doors slammed shut, Kyle felt like he could relax a little.

He wished Andrea could have shared more. Adams had told him that he had only gotten a brief phone conversation with her, so there wasn't the chance to provide further information. It was frustrating being kept in the dark. Frustrating being kept away from Andrea. The jail cell at the police precinct hadn't been so bad. Not when he had her visits to look forward to.
