Karito Pov
Allow me to provide you with a succinct summary of the events that transpired over the course of the past three years. In the first year, I confronted two formidable adversaries known as the Darks, natural enemies who posed a significant threat to my well-being. Following the conclusion of the New York attack, which left me emotionally scarred due to the unfortunate casualties, I found myself facing off against the Vulture. This malevolent villain employed a devious strategy, manipulating my emotions by employing child minions to assail me physically and psychologically. However, through the support of my comrades and an unexpected encounter with the X-Men in Japan, resulting from the temporary convergence of two parallel realities, I managed to regain my equilibrium and find solace, albeit partially.
Moving on to the events of 2013, I found myself in the company of Iron Man, embarking upon the tumultuous journey chronicled in Iron Man 3. While everything seemed to be progressing relatively smoothly, our tranquility was abruptly disrupted when the Mandarin orchestrated a destructive assault on Tony Stark's residence. It was during this chaotic period that the second Dark emerged, taking the form of Doctor Octopus. Unbeknownst to me at the time, he possessed the extraordinary powers of Magneto, a revelation I later attributed to his Ultimate counterpart from the Spider-Man comics. The Dark's corruptive influence bolstered Doc Ock's abilities to a formidable degree, presenting a daunting challenge that led us to a remote island in the Atlantic Ocean. Our clash proved to be an arduous and intense battle, ultimately culminating in a harrowing race against time as Doc Ock triggered a self-destruct sequence within a nearby power plant, allowing a mere ten minutes for our survival. It is worth noting that the Dark's seemingly boundless abilities enabled him to construct such a facility, underscoring the extraordinary capabilities they possess. Though I managed to emerge victorious, it came at great cost, as I found myself trapped beneath the wreckage for a grueling two-month period, enduring immense physical, psychological, and emotional torment. Despite the arduous trials faced, I emerged triumphant, bestowed with gold coins, experience points, and a newfound skill in enhanced eyesight courtesy of Spider-Man 2099. This aptitude enhances my ability to evade attacks, providing a distinct advantage in combat.
Transitioning to the second year, I embarked on an intensive martial arts training regimen under the guidance of Captain America, honing my physical prowess and acquiring additional skills through the repetitive execution of specific actions. During this period, I found myself lending aid to Captain America amidst the events chronicled in Captain America: The Winter Soldier. I was present during his escape from the S.H.I.E.L.D. headquarters in Washington, D.C., commonly referred to as the Triskelion. With a display of my web-slinging prowess, I aided Captain America in navigating the perilous elevator encounter, dispatching adversaries with nimble dexterity. Subsequently, I facilitated his descent from the elevator shaft, spanning an approximate height of 50 feet, utilizing my webs to ensure a safe passage. Additionally, I foiled an impending attack by neutralizing a Quinjet, thus safeguarding Captain America during his escape. As for the confrontation with the Winter Soldier, I entrusted the responsibility to Captain America, focusing instead on the extensive damage control necessitated by the collision of two Helicarriers. The ensuing chaos demanded my immediate attention as I assisted in extricating Captain America and the Winter Soldier from the treacherous waters, temporarily parting ways thereafter. Despite this separation, I maintained regular contact with both individuals, establishing a measure of trust with the Winter Soldier, albeit to a limited extent. My involvement in Thor: The Dark World was negligible, rendering it inconsequential to recount. However, upon Thor's return, our paths frequently intersected, affording us ample opportunity to engage in meaningful exchanges.
Furthermore, I am pleased to inform you that Agent Coulson has made a complete recovery, and we anticipate his presence at the forthcoming celebration hosted by Tony Stark within the newly established Avengers Tower. Astonishingly, it has already been three years since my arrival in this realm, marking my current age at 23. Time continues its ceaseless march, a reminder of life's inexorable progression. Nevertheless, I shall remain undeterred, steadfastly committed to my mission of rescuing Quicksilver from an untimely demise, ensuring he is spared from an anticlimactic fate within this world. With these thoughts in mind, let us proceed forthwith. The time for action has arrived.

The resounding echoes of distant explosions reverberate through the air, signaling the chaos unfolding in the surroundings. Amidst the turmoil, a group of Hydra soldiers cautiously come together, their movements synchronized with unwavering discipline. Overhead, the speakers transmit a steady repetition of concise orders, cutting through the clamor of battle and guiding the soldiers with unwavering precision.
(Strucker on PA) "Report to your stations immediately. This is not a drill. We are under attack! We are under attack!"
The soldiers, seized by a sense of urgency, swiftly arm themselves and rush outside to join their comrades in the ongoing battle. Oblivious to the inevitable turn of events, they remain unaware that they stand no chance against Earth's mightiest heroes, the Avengers.
The scene transitions, revealing Black Widow skillfully maneuvering an armored vehicle, while Hawkeye takes down enemies with precise aim from his trusty bow and arrow. The clash intensifies as a volley of shots resonates from both sides, yet it becomes apparent that one side is overwhelmingly dominant—the forces of Hydra are no match for the Avengers.
Amidst the chaos, a Hydra soldier attempts to strike Black Widow, only to be swiftly neutralized by the intervention of Ironman. This intervention grants Black Widow and Hawkeye the opportunity to press on with their relentless assault. Two more Hydra soldiers foolishly attempt to ambush the dynamic duo, only to be met with resounding failure. With remarkable force, Black Widow flings open her vehicle door, forcefully knocking down one of the airborne assailants, while Hawkeye expertly lodges an arrow into the face of another, eliciting anguished cries.
Undeterred, the trio presses forward, with Ironman soaring alongside, deftly targeting and incapacitating enemy combatants in mid-air. An armored vehicle takes aim at Ironman, but its threat is swiftly neutralized by the combined efforts of Spider-Man and Thor. Spider-Man, calling upon the God of Thunder, directs his attention towards a watchtower, its mounted weaponry posing a grave danger. In a show of immense strength, Thor seizes Spider-Man by the arm, launching him towards the watchtower. Employing his retractable stingers, Spider-Man expertly slices through the tower, obliterating it in one swift motion.
Undeterred, Spider-Man and Thor continue their ground-level assault with unmatched speed and power. The soldiers prove no match for Spider-Man's lightning-fast reflexes, while the combined might of Thor and Spider-Man leaves their adversaries unable to mount any effective offense.
Meanwhile, Captain America seizes a soldier from the ground, dragging him forcefully across the terrain with his motorcycle before hurling him into a group of enemies. In one fluid motion, he retrieves his shield, launching it at a tree, causing it to ricochet and strike numerous enemy soldiers before returning to his grasp. Captain America maintains his momentum, driving forth until he encounters a formidable tank, swiftly dealt with by Spider-Man's incredible strength, lifting and launching it into the air. Ironman unleashes a barrage of projectiles upon the airborne tank, and Hulk, ever the embodiment of raw power, catches it and hurls it aside before continuing his relentless onslaught, pummeling, smashing, and tossing enemy combatants with reckless abandon.
The Avengers, undeterred by the escalating violence, regroup and charge forward as a unified force, each member aligning in perfect formation, resolute in their determination to press deeper into enemy territory and quell the threat at hand.
The opposing soldiers stood little chance as the Avengers swiftly dispatched them with precise and efficient maneuvers. Ironman, exhibiting his unparalleled prowess, proceeded to obliterate a small barrack with remarkable speed and precision. Eager to confront the heart of the Hydra operation, Ironman ascended into the air, evading a barrage of incoming fire with graceful agility. As he approached the roof of the Hydra base, poised to land, he was abruptly repelled by an impenetrable forcefield, thwarting his immediate progress.
(Ironman) Pushed back by the force field "SHIT!"
(Captain America) "Language!"
(Spider-Man) "We seriously doing this again?" Webs nearby debris and smashes the soldiers nearby
(Captain America) "Jarvis, what's the view upstairs?"
(Spider-Man) "Did you just igno-" Ducks a laser blast "AYE BITCH I'M TALKING HERE!" Venoms blast a solider to Valhalla
(Jarvis) On orbit "The central building is protected by some kind of energy field." Scans "Strucker's technology is well beyond another Hydra base we've taken."
(Spider-Man) "Ugh, just great." Flicks a Soldier so hard he knocks him out
With a resounding thud, Thor descended gracefully to the ground, his mighty presence sending tremors through the battlefield. As the Hydra soldiers closed in, the God of Thunder showcased his formidable combat skills. With an explosive burst of power, he executed a swift front kick, sending the first soldier hurtling backward, their feeble attempt at resistance instantly neutralized. In a display of unparalleled precision, Thor hurled his enchanted hammer, Mjolnir, with pinpoint accuracy, striking another soldier square in the face. The force of the impact sent the hapless foe sprawling to the ground, their consciousness relinquished in the face of Thor's divine might.
(Thor) "Loki's scepter must be here." Low kicks a soldier and calls his hammer "Strucker couldn't mount his defense without it." Right, when he was about to catch it he steps aside and the hammer hits yet another poor soldier "At long last..." Grabs his hammer
Silent as a shadow, Black Widow skillfully maneuvered her way through the chaos of battle. With swift and calculated precision, she closed in on a group of soldiers perched atop their armored vehicles, their menacing machine guns ready to rain destruction upon her comrades. Exploiting their blind spots, she deftly lobbed a grenade towards their position, disrupting their nefarious plans in a dazzling display of strategy.
Undeterred, Black Widow seamlessly transitioned from offense to close-quarters combat. She swiftly infiltrated the enemy barracks, her agile form fluidly dispatching any resistance that dared to stand in her path. Her elbow met the unsuspecting soldier's sternum with bone-crushing force, incapacitating him effortlessly. As gravity momentarily seized hold, Black Widow gracefully descended, expertly rolling upon impact to maintain her momentum. Her relentless pursuit of victory continued as she hunted down more adversaries, her lethal proficiency showcased in a mesmerizing tilt-a-whirl maneuver, the culmination of acrobatics and martial prowess. With unyielding determination, she delivered a swift and precise strike, incapacitating one soldier with a targeted blow to the neck, before swiftly turning her attention to the next, swiftly eliminating him with a fatal stab.
(Black Widow) " "At long last" is lasting a little long, boys." Shots a soldier that was behind her
(Spider-Man) "Gotta agree with her, I'm already late for a Destiny Raid!"
With unparalleled precision, Hawkeye unleashed a volley of arrows upon his foes, each shot finding its mark with uncanny accuracy. The air crackled with the sound of his bowstring as he swiftly dispatched enemy after enemy, ensuring that none could escape his lethal aim. However, his relentless onslaught was abruptly interrupted when a Hydra soldier, stationed within their fortified barracks, unleashed a devastating laser cannon.
Recognizing the imminent threat, Hawkeye swiftly sought cover, his keen instincts guiding him to a position of safety. Assessing the situation with a cool and calculating mind, he swiftly devised a plan to neutralize the enemy's advantage. Retrieving an explosive arrow from his quiver, he readied his bow with expert finesse. With a deft release, the arrow soared through the air, guided by his unwavering aim, and found its mark with explosive force.
In a spectacular display of strategic prowess, the barrack erupted into a cacophony of destruction, the remnants of Hydra's stronghold crumbling in the face of Hawkeye's explosive prowess. The soldier manning the laser cannon stood no chance against the precise and devastating power of Hawkeye's explosive arrow. With swift and decisive action, Hawkeye had single-handedly dismantled their barricade, leaving a trail of destruction in his wake.
(Hawkeye) "Yeah. I think we lost the element of surprise."
(Spider-Man) "I told you all I could've just walked right in with my invisible powers."
(Hawkeye) "I was with you when you said that."
(Spider-Man) "Wait, you were?"
(Hawkeye) "Yes!"
(Spider-Man) "Oh..."
With the grace and precision of a maestro conducting an intricate symphony, Ironman maneuvered through the battlefield with unrivaled finesse. His advanced armor gleamed under the sun's rays, a testament to the ingenuity and craftsmanship that went into its creation. As he circled the enemy building, his repulsor blasts erupted with blinding flashes of light, each discharge finding its target with unerring accuracy.
The air reverberated with the resounding echo of repulsor fire, as Ironman unleashed a torrential storm of energy upon the Hydra soldiers. His aim was unwavering, his focus unyielding, as he swiftly dispatched one enemy after another. The sheer firepower at his disposal was a force to be reckoned with, as each pulse of energy tore through the enemy ranks, leaving devastation in its wake.
With calculated precision, Ironman danced through the chaos, evading incoming fire with nimble agility. His mastery over his suit's capabilities allowed him to effortlessly soar through the air, creating a deadly dance of technology and strategy. The Hydra soldiers, overwhelmed by his onslaught, found themselves powerless to halt his advance.
As the battle raged on, the enemy forces crumbled under the relentless assault of Ironman's weapons systems. The cacophony of explosions and the acrid scent of scorched metal filled the air, a testament to the devastating power that Ironman wielded. With each enemy soldier brought down by his precise aim, Ironman's resolve grew stronger, fueling his determination to rid the world of Hydra's tyranny.
(Ironman) "Wait a second. No one else is gonna deal with the fact that Cap just said "Language"? Because Karito was the only one commenting on it."
(Captain America) "I know."
(Spider-Man) "No, you don't. You ignored me!"
(Captain America) "No, I didn't I just-" Front flips his motorcycle and throws it at an enemy vehicle
(Spider-Man) "NO!!! NOT SUSAN THE BIKE!"
(Captain America) "What?! You named my bike?!"
(Spider-Man) "SHE HAD A NAME, YOU BASTARD!"
(Captain America) "Spider, now it's not the time for this."
(Spider-Man) "Jeez, none of you all ain't fun."
(Black Widow) "Excuse me?"
(Spider-Man) "Except you, Nat."
(Black Widow) "Hmph."
Ironman deftly maneuvered through the barrage of enemy fire, his agility and precision on full display. His keen senses and swift reflexes allowed him to dodge each incoming projectile with calculated grace. As he circled around the base, a voice in his ear alerted him to an imminent problem, urging him to take swift action.
(Jarvis) "Sir, the city is taking fire."
Ironman's gaze fell upon the nearby civilians, their faces etched with fear as they witnessed the intense clash unfolding before them. Sensing their distress, a solemn determination filled his eyes. With a heavy heart, he understood the responsibility that came with his heroic role. He knew he must protect not only the world from the imminent threat but also ensure the safety and well-being of the innocent bystanders caught in the crossfire.
(Ironman) "Well, we know Strucker's not gonna worry about civilian casualties... Send in the Iron Legion."
Responding to Ironman's directive, a squadron of meticulously crafted armored robots swiftly advanced, forming an impregnable barricade at the outskirts of Sokovia. These mechanical guardians stood tall, their metallic bodies gleaming in the sunlight, as a formidable shield between the raging battle and the vulnerable populace. With a synchronized precision, they established a safe haven, ensuring that the innocent lives within the city were shielded from the chaotic tempest that engulfed them.
(Iron Legion #4) "This quadrant is unsafe. Please back away. We are here to help."
As the armored robots took their positions, forming an imposing barrier to safeguard the people of Sokovia, a curious phenomenon unfolded. The very individuals whom these mechanical defenders sought to protect began to congregate around them, their collective voices resonating with dissent and fervor. Unmindful of the potential peril they faced, the citizens fervently protested against the presence of these advanced sentinels, their concerns eclipsing any gratitude for the protection they offered. Oblivious to the intricate intricacies of their design and their noble purpose, the crowd remained steadfast in their skepticism, determined to make their voices heard, even if it meant jeopardizing their own safety in the process. It was a captivating display of human resilience and defiance, where the pursuit of personal freedom outweighed the rationality of accepting a shield in the face of imminent danger.
(Iron Legion #2) "We wish to avoid collateral damage."
(Crowd) "AVENGERS GO HOME!" A man throws acid at the robot
(Iron Legion #2) "We are here to help." Part of the armor melts
As Hawkeye cautiously approached the enemy barrack, a sense of determination emanated from his very being. With unwavering focus, he sought refuge behind a towering tree, strategically positioning himself for a swift and precise attack. Drawing upon his unparalleled archery skills, he deftly nocked an explosive arrow, its lethal payload poised to decimate the barrack and eliminate the threat within.
Yet, in a confounding turn of events, the arrow's impact yielded no desired outcome. A perplexed furrow creased Hawkeye's brow, his thoughts racing to comprehend this unforeseen defiance of his meticulously planned assault. Undeterred, he resolved to make a second attempt, determination undiminished.
However, before he could even react, a sudden blur materialized from the periphery of his vision, striking him with incredible force. Helplessly, Hawkeye found himself spiraling through the air, a hapless puppet at the mercy of an enigmatic assailant. The ground beneath him became an unforgiving stage, and his body, a marionette propelled by unseen hands, was sent into an uncontrolled roll.
(Pietro) Speed walks "You didn't see that coming?" Smirks and runs so quick it looked like he disappeared
In a brief lapse of focus, Hawkeye found himself abruptly pierced by a searing pain radiating from the side of his abdomen. A muted grunt escaped his lips, betraying the anguish that surged through his body. As the sting of the injury gnawed at his senses, an unwelcome reminder of his vulnerability washed over him.
Unbeknownst to Hawkeye, his distress call reverberated through the communication channels, catching the attention of the ever-vigilant Black Widow. Her instinctual drive to protect her allies propelled her into swift action, her agile form darting through the chaos of the battleground with an unyielding resolve.
Meanwhile, the relentless speedster set his sights on a new target—none other than the indomitable Captain America himself. With uncanny agility, he effortlessly maneuvered his way toward the star-spangled Avenger, a sinister grin etched across his face. In a calculated move, he launched Captain America into a disorienting mid-air flip, hoping to exploit the temporary vulnerability that such a maneuver would afford.
Yet, the unwavering resolve and lightning-quick reflexes of Captain America proved to be a formidable counter to the speedster's attack. In a remarkable display of composure, the First Avenger defied the laws of gravity, expertly twisting his body mid-flight to regain his footing with an almost preternatural grace. A flicker of concern passed over his features, a testament to the weight of responsibility he bore for the safety and well-being of his comrades.
Reacting swiftly, Captain America reached out to his fellow Avengers, rallying them with a sense of urgency. His resolute voice echoed through the cacophony of battle, a call to arms that emphasized the need for unity and coordination in the face of this unforeseen adversary. As the team responded to his summons, their collective determination swelled, driving them forward to confront the unknown threat that lay before them.
(Captain America) "We have an Enhanced in the field."
(Spider-Man) "Is he fast by any chance?"
(Captain America) "Yes, saw him?"
(Spider-Man) "Lucky guess."
(Black Widow) "Clint's hit!" She slides towards Hawkeye and dodges a laser shot, she then starts grabbing first aid for Hawkeye "Somebody wants to deal with that bunker?"
(Spider-Man) "HULK LIKE WE PRACTICE! THERE'S A ENTITLED BITCH OVER THERE, SMASH!"
In a thunderous crescendo of fury, the mighty Hulk unleashed an ear-splitting roar that reverberated through the air, shaking the very foundation of the barrack. With an awe-inspiring display of raw strength, he charged forward, a juggernaut of unstoppable force, his colossal form obliterating everything in his path.
The Barrack, once a symbol of Hydra's oppressive might, now stood defenseless against the overwhelming might of the green behemoth. With each resounding footfall, the ground quaked beneath the weight of his wrath, his fury manifesting in a torrent of unrelenting destruction. As the structure succumbed to the unrestrained might of the Hulk, its foundations crumbled and shattered like brittle glass, reduced to a mere echo of its former imposing presence.
Debris erupted into the air, carried by the shockwave of the Hulk's furious charge, as if the very essence of his rage had ignited a tempest of chaos. The once formidable Barrack disintegrated under the relentless assault, reduced to a sprawling wreckage of twisted metal and shattered remnants.
(Hulk) "FUCK KARENS!"
(Black Widow) "Karito, are you serious?"
(Spider-Man) "That's what happens when you leave me alone with the Hulk."
(Ironman) Hysterical laughter
Undeterred by Karito's momentary lapse into immaturity, Black Widow gracefully sidesteps his childish antics, her focus resolute on the task at hand. With a calm and composed demeanor, she approaches Clint, swiftly assessing the severity of his wound. A master of her craft, she deftly applies pressure to staunch the bleeding, her hands moving with precision and purpose. In a seamless motion, she retrieves a medical cloth, skillfully positioning it over the wound, ensuring its proper placement to aid in the healing process. Recognizing the need to alleviate Clint's suffering, she administers a calculated dose of painkiller, her expertise allowing her to gauge the exact amount required to provide relief without compromising his well-being.
Meanwhile, Captain America, a paragon of unwavering resolve, harnesses the full extent of his superhuman agility and combat prowess. With unwavering accuracy, he hurls his iconic shield, a symbol of justice and unwavering determination, with pinpoint precision. The shield, an extension of his indomitable will, strikes its targets with impeccable accuracy, felling three soldiers in rapid succession. In a display of extraordinary acrobatics, he effortlessly catches the shield mid-air, an act of graceful dexterity that further exemplifies his unmatched agility and lightning-fast reflexes. Without missing a beat, he capitalizes on the momentum, delivering a swift and decisive blow, the shield connecting with unerring accuracy, finding its mark upon the face of another unsuspecting foe.
(Captain America) "Stark, we really need to get inside." Smack a soldier's face with his shield
(Spider-Man) "Hey, Tony is this it? I found some sort of particle wave below the north tower."
(Ironman) "How did you get up there so fast?" Gets shot but he slides on the floor and turns both his palms upwards shooting two soldiers and continues his rampage
(Spider-Man) "I found some weird waves coming from here so I followed it. Now I'm gonna blow it up." Leaves a grenade and breaks through a cement wall "Alright people! Drawbridge is down!"
Captain America grabs his shield with magnetism and jogs toward Thor who just took down a group of soldiers with his lighting.
(Thor) "The Enhanced?"
(Captain America) "He's a blur. All the new players we've faced, I've never seen this. In fact, I still haven't."
(Black Widow) Coms "Clint's hit pretty bad, guys. We're gonna need to evac."
(Thor) "I can get Barton to the jet. The sooner we're gone, the better." Sees a tank with many Hydra soldiers around it "Spider-Man and Stark can secure the scepter."
(Spider-Man) Coms "Roger, I'm already in here anyways. I'm just trying to find it."
(Thor) Tilts his head "Looks like they're lining up." Spins his hammer
(Captain America) Gets ready "Well, they're excited." Thor smacks his shield causing a shockwave to destroy everything in it's path
(Thor) "Find the scepter, Spider-Man." Spins his hammer and takes flight
(Ironman) "And for gosh sake, watch your language!"
(Spider-Man) "You brought this upon yourself cap. It's me and Tony."
(Captain America) Sigh "That's not going away any time soon."
(Spider-Man) "You bet your ass, even less with me."
Spider-Man stealthily navigated the enemy base, his agility and camouflage rendering him virtually invisible. With swift precision, he approached unsuspecting soldiers, gently tapping their necks to render them unconscious with a surge of electric power. Advancing further, he arrived at the main room, only to witness Ironman crashing through a window, an imposing figure that instilled fear and chaos in his wake. Despite the panicked response of the room's occupants, their feeble attempts to halt Ironman's progress proved utterly futile.
(Ironman) "Guys, stop. We gotta talk this through." Shoots multiple mini missiles and shot everyone down "It was a good talk."
(Solider) Crying "No, it wasn't"
(Spider-Man) "I was gonna take care of it."
(Ironman) "Well, I beat you to it."
(Spider-Man) Irritated sigh
As the two heroes meticulously traversed the premises, their keen eyes scanning every corner, their target came into view, desperately attempting to erase his nefarious deeds. However, Ironman swiftly intervened, preventing the culprit from completing his malevolent task. With a single gesture, the man's actions were halted, his body succumbing to the force exerted by Ironman's presence. In a strategic move, Tony Stark emerged from his formidable suit, activating the Sentry mode, which stood as a vigilant guardian, ready to defend and preserve justice.
(Tony) "Okay, Jarvis, you know. I want it all." Walks toward the console "Make sure you copy Hill and Coulson at HQ.
(Spider-Man) "I'll look around some more." Disappears
(Black Widow) "We're locked down out here."
(Captain America) "Then get to Banner. Time for a lullaby."
(Spider-Man) "No knock knock jokes this time?"
(Black Widow) "How many do you have?!"
(Spider-Man) "I'm a meme lord, Natasha. You don't ask that."
(Black Widow) Facepalms
Amidst the task at hand, Ironman diligently progressed with the download, his focus unyielding. Yet, a nagging feeling tugged at his consciousness, suggesting there might be more to uncover within the room's confines. Driven by his insatiable thirst for knowledge, Tony's keen eyes scoured every nook and cranny, meticulously searching for hidden doors concealed within the shadows. Like a relentless seeker of truth, he dissected the space, leaving no stone unturned in his quest for elusive secrets.
(Tony) "I know you're hiding more than files. Hey, J, give me an IR scan of the room real quick."
(Jarvis) Scans the room "The wall to your left. I'm reading steel reinforcement... and an air current."
(Tony) Approaches the wall "Please be a secret door. Please be a secret door. Please be a secret door. Please be a secret door." Pushes the wall and it opens "Yay~."
As Tony ventured further into the concealed passage, his curiosity propelled him forward. The dimly lit hallway stretched out before him, its secrets beckoning him to uncover their hidden truths. With each step, he felt a heightened sense of anticipation, knowing that the path he had chosen would eventually unveil the mysteries that lay in wait.
Meanwhile, Spider-Man continued his stealthy exploration of the enemy base, his senses attuned to any sign of movement. A lone soldier stood in his path, seemingly awaiting an unknown arrival. With swift and precise action, Spider-Man delivered a resounding blow to the soldier's face, rendering him unconscious. Yet, his attention was immediately drawn to the sound of approaching footsteps echoing up the nearby staircase. In a moment of heightened awareness, Spider-Man braced himself, prepared to confront the source of the imminent threat.
(Spider-Man) "Hey, it's the guy from Hobbs and Shaw."
(Baron Strucker) "What?"
(Spider-Man) "In the name of the Jedi order, you are going to be arrested by yours truly. Why are you being arrested? Well, holy shit...that's a long ass debt."
(Baron Strucker) "You are nothing more than a clown!"
(Spider-Man) "People these days need to learn how to relax. Anyways, where's Loki's scepter?"
(Baron Strucker) Sigh "Don't worry, I know when I'm beaten." Looks behind Spider-Man discreetly and sees Wanda "You'll mention how I cooperated, I hope."
(Spider-Man) Already knows "Sure, Pickle Rick. Right under "Illegal human experimentation."
In a swift and decisive move, Spider-Man intercepted Wanda's impending assault. With unwavering agility, he seized her by the neck, asserting his dominance in the face of danger. The force of his grip propelled her across the expanse of the staircase, shattering the very foundation of the steel walls that stood in their way. The sheer impact of the throw reverberated through the air, leaving Wanda disoriented and panicked in its aftermath. As she hastily retreated, her presence dissipated into the shadows, vanishing from sight and leaving Spider-Man to contemplate the enigmatic encounter.
(Spider-Man) "Also, don't try to get someone with a six sense." Flicks Strucker on the forehead and knocks him out "Guy's there is another Enhanced. Female. Don't engage, please." Looks at the knocked-out Baron "Oh, almost forgot I got Strucker."
(Stark) "Yeah, I got something bigger."
(Black Widow) "Karito No-!"
(Spider-Man) "That's what she said."
(Stark) Grunts "I forgot... He always does that..." Sees a giant Chitauri but continues to walk over, he sees a small table with a robot connected to many wires. He looks around the lab until he finds Loki's scepter "Thor, I got eyes on the prize."
As Tony embarked on his determined journey, poised to uncover the secrets that lay beyond, a sudden twist of fate unfolded. Wanda, harnessing her formidable powers, cast a spell that ensnared Tony's mind, rendering him vulnerable and susceptible to her influence. In the blink of an eye, she vanished, leaving Tony to regain his composure and survey his surroundings. What met his gaze was a scene of devastation and despair. The colossal Chitauri creature, roused from its slumber, let out a thunderous roar, further accentuating the gravity of the situation.
Steeling himself for what lay ahead, Tony followed the Chitauri's path, only to discover a grim tableau before him. His comrades, his friends, lay motionless and broken, their once indomitable spirits extinguished. Hulk, impaled by multiple spears, valiantly clung to life with an indomitable will. Black Widow, once vibrant and fierce, now lay still on the cold ground, her eyes vacant and devoid of the vibrant spark that once defined her. Hawkeye, resolute until the end, sat with stoic determination, his weapon still grasped tightly in his hand.
Tony's heart sank as his gaze fell upon the lifeless form of Thor, his mighty hammer lying nearby, its power now dormant. The God of Thunder, a paragon of strength, now reduced to mere silence and stillness. And there, amidst the wreckage and despair, lay Captain America, his iconic shield shattered, mirroring the brokenness that had befallen him. In a poignant twist of fate, as Tony knelt down to check for signs of life, Captain America's hand clutched his arm, a final act of defiance, reminding Tony of the unwavering spirit that resided within his fallen comrade.
(Captain America) Gasping "P-Please h-help Karito h-he's the..." Draws his final breath and dies
As Tony's eyes widened with terror, his senses were assaulted by the reverberating shockwaves that echoed through the air. His gaze was drawn upward, where two ethereal figures engaged in a fierce battle amidst the vast expanse of the sky. Their movements were a blur, surpassing the limits of Tony's mortal perception, leaving him in awe of their unimaginable power.
Yet, as his attention shifted from the celestial clash to the somber scene around him, Tony's heart sank. The lifeless bodies that sprawled across the landscape seemed to stretch infinitely, a haunting reminder of the countless souls that had been extinguished in this cataclysmic event. Their faces, unfamiliar to Tony, were adorned with various symbols and garbs that represented a diverse array of heroes and warriors. The emblem of an "S," the distinctive yellow and blue suit, the vibrant orange Gi—each a distinct mark of an individual who had valiantly fought but ultimately succumbed to the overwhelming forces at play.
Overwhelmed by the magnitude of the devastation, Tony found himself gripped by a sense of helplessness. He stood amidst the sea of fallen heroes, their legacy extinguished in an instant. The shockwaves that reverberated through the air served as a chilling reminder of the ongoing struggle between the two celestial entities. One voice pierced the chaotic din, a scream of rage that reverberated through the very core of Tony's being, shaking him to his core.
(???) "I'LL FUCKING KILL YOU! YOU TOOK EVERYTHING AWAY FROM ME!"
(???) "HAHAHA, THAT'S IT! KILL EVERYTHING! KILL EVERYBODY! BECOME THE VERY THING YOU SWORE TO DESTROY!"
(???) " SHUT UP, SHUT UP, SHUT UP, SHUT UP, SHUT UP, SHUT UP, SHUT UP, SHUT UP, SHUT UP!!!!!!"
And then... the Big Bang occurred ...once again...
In the aftermath of the cataclysmic event, an eerie stillness settled upon the landscape. Tony's mind slowly emerged from the depths of bewilderment, his senses returning to him like shards of fragmented memories. Beads of perspiration adorned his forehead, evidence of the tumultuous journey his consciousness had traversed. He tried to grasp at the fragments of comprehension, attempting to make sense of the enigma that had unfolded before him.
As his gaze fell upon Wanda, he observed a mixture of astonishment and trepidation etched upon her face. Her bewilderment mirrored his own, as if both had been transported to the threshold of a realm beyond human comprehension.
Pietro, sensing the disquietude that permeated the atmosphere, moved toward Wanda, his presence a calming force amidst the lingering uncertainty. Wanda, aware of her brother's proximity, restrained him, a silent plea for patience and caution. Together, they observed the enigmatic Tony Stark.
Summoning his inner resolve, Tony raised his hands with purpose, his palms outstretched as if beseeching the unseen forces that governed the universe. With a whispered invocation, he beckoned forth the embodiment of his technological prowess, the embodiment of his armor. In response, a symphony of gears and circuits heralded the arrival of the Iron Man suit, its metallic form encasing Tony in a cocoon of advanced weaponry and protective plating.
(Pietro) "We're just gonna let him take it?"
(Wanda) Smiles
As the crescendo of their mission reached its zenith, Tony's gaze fixated upon the object of their quest — Loki's scepter, a relic of both power and treachery. The intricate mechanisms of his armor swiftly responded to his unspoken command, its sleek appendage emerging and gracefully integrating with his outstretched arm. Like a symbiotic extension of his own being, the armored limb deftly secured its grasp around the coveted artifact, its metallic fingers ensnaring the scepter with calculated precision.
In the aftermath of their triumphant mission, the atmosphere within the Quinjet shifted from one of tense focus to a well-deserved respite. The collective might of the Avengers had proven indomitable, and now they found solace within the confines of their mobile sanctuary. Tony Stark, his usual charismatic demeanor slightly subdued, occupied the front of the aircraft alongside Natasha Romanoff, engaging in idle conversation as they relished the brief interlude.
Meanwhile, Natasha, ever vigilant and attuned to the well-being of her comrades, made her way towards the rear of the Quinjet. Her steps carried purpose as she sought to ensure Clint Barton's welfare, his unwavering commitment to the cause not spared from the rigors of battle. Steve Rogers, embodying his unwavering sense of duty, was already at Clint's side, diligently tending to his wounds with a steadfast resolve that mirrored the indomitable spirit of Captain America himself.
As Natasha joined their impromptu medical tableau, a fleeting moment of camaraderie was shared, each member of this formidable team reaffirming the unbreakable bonds forged in the crucible of adversity. Meanwhile, Thor, his gaze momentarily drifting from the company assembled within the Quinjet, directed his attention towards the enigmatic artifact that had been the catalyst of their latest mission. Drawn by an insatiable curiosity, he sought to examine Loki's scepter, his divine presence casting an aura of reverence as he carefully studied its arcane engravings and contemplated the enigmatic power contained within.
On the periphery of this tableau, the figure of Karito reclined upon a seat, seemingly exhausted from the exertions of the battle. His tranquil repose was accompanied by the soothing strains of classical music emanating from Bruce Banner's headphones. Bruce, ever in tune with the delicate equilibrium between his serene alter ego and the tumultuous force that lay dormant within, gazed up from his auditory reverie as Natasha approached, removing his headphones in anticipation of the forthcoming conversation.
(Natasha) "Hey, the lullaby worked better than ever."
(Bruce) "Just wasn't expecting a code green."
(Karito) "ZzzzZzzzzZzzzz..."
(Natasha) "Hey, if you haven't, there would have been double the casualties." Looks towards Clint "My first best friend would've been a treasured memory."
(Bruce) "First?"
(Natasha) "Yeah, Karito is the second."
(Bruce) "He's everyone's best friend here, literally."
(Natasha) "Good thing he has headphones on, he would be teasing us if he heard us."
(Bruce) "Yeah..."
(Natasha) "Bruce..."
(Bruce) "Mhm?"
(Natasha) "How long before you trust me?"
(Bruce) "It's not you, I don't trust."
(Natasha) "Thor, report on the Hulk."
(Thor) "Before I tell you about the gates of Hel being filled with the screams of his victims I have to tell you about the Karen joke Karito pulled with the Hulk again, it was funny."
(Bruce) "Wait, again?"
(Thor) "He literally made the hulk say "FUCK KARENS", it was hilarious."
(Bruce) Covers his face "I really want to know how he tamed the Hulk so easily..."
(Natasha) "It's always him who calms down the Hulk...with knock knock jokes..."
(Bruce) "Of all things...a knock knock joke..."
(Thor) "I have no idea how he doesn't run out of jokes."
As the trio of Natasha, Steve, and Thor cast their inquisitive gazes upon the reclining figure of Karito, a silent exchange of curiosity and intrigue passed between them. The enigmatic presence of Karito, with his profound impact on their shared battles, left them with lingering questions, yearning for insight into the depths of his enigmatic nature.
In this moment of contemplation, Tony Stark, seated at the helm of the Quinjet, took it upon himself to initiate communication with Bruce Banner, whose scientific acumen and keen intellect made him a valuable asset to the team.
(Tony) "Hey, Banner, Dr.Cho is on her way in from Seoul. Is it okay if she sets up in your lab?"
(Bruce) Turns around "Uh, yeah, she knows her way around."
(Tony) "Thanks." Talks to Jarvis "Tell her to prep everything. Barton's gonna need the full treatment."
(Jarvis) "Very good, sir."
(Tony) "Jarvis, take the wheel."
(Jarvis) "Yes, sir..." Tony's chair takes him to the back of the Quinjet "Approach vector is locked."
(Tony) Walks toward Steve and Thor "Feels good, yeah? I mean, you've been after this thing since S.H.I.E.L.D. collapsed. Not that I haven't enjoyed our little raiding parties, but..."
(Thor) "No, but this... This brings it to a close."
(Karito) "ZzzzzZzzzZzzzz..."
(Steve) "As soon as we find out what else this has been used for. I don't mean weapons... Since when is Strucker capable of human enhancement?"
(Tony) "Banner, Karito, and I will give it the once over before it goes back to Asgard." Looks at Thor "Is that cool with you?" Thor nods "Just a few days till the farewell party. You're staying, right? I know Karito would love it if you do."
(Thor) "Yes, yes, of course. A victory should be honored with revels. I also did a bet with Karito on who can drink more so I have to do that."
Meanwhile with Karito
(Karito) "ZzzzzzZZZzzzzz" Lays on Bruce's lap "ZzzzZzzzZzzz"
(Bruce) "And he's using me as a pillow again..."
(Natasha) "It's always me so now it's your turn.
Back with the trio
(Tony) "Yeah, who doesn't love revels? Captain?"
(Steve) "Hopefully this puts an end to the Chitauri and Hydra. So, yes, revels."
With a collective nod of agreement, the trio continued their animated conversation, their words interweaving seamlessly as they traversed the entirety of the journey. Ideas were exchanged, strategies formulated, and bonds reinforced through the shared camaraderie that defined their alliance. Amidst the lively discourse, Karito, completely oblivious to the discussions unfolding around him, remained in a state of blissful slumber, his exhaustion from the arduous mission allowing him to seek solace in the realm of dreams.
The Quinjet soared through the skies, gracefully navigating the urban landscape below, until it finally reached its destination: New York City, a metropolis reborn from the ashes of destruction. The once-devastated city now stood as a testament to the resilience of its inhabitants, its scars healed and its spirit rejuvenated. Among the many signs of renewal, a prominent transformation was unveiled before the Avengers' eyes: what was once known as Stark Tower had been reborn as the illustrious Avengers Tower, an emblem of their collective strength and unity.
As the Quinjet executed a precise maneuver, skillfully navigating the airspace, it gracefully descended upon the designated landing pad atop the towering structure.
As the Quinjet gracefully descended upon the landing pad of the Avengers Tower, the seamless cooperation among the team members was on full display. In a synchronized motion, Natasha swiftly attended to Clint's well-being, guiding him towards the infirmary with a steadfast determination etched upon her face. Her expertise and compassion intermingled as she maneuvered through the corridors, ensuring that her comrade received the utmost care and attention.
Meanwhile, Thor, carrying the weight of Loki's scepter, proceeded with purposeful strides towards the state-of-the-art laboratory within the confines of the tower. His path was soon accompanied by the presence of Karito, who had recently emerged from his restful slumber, invigorated and ready to embark on the next chapter of their ongoing mission. Together, their footsteps echoed with a resolute cadence, echoing their commitment to unravel the enigmatic secrets locked within the artifact they carried.
Amidst this backdrop of activity, Maria Hill, a stalwart figure in the realm of intelligence and information, made her entrance onto the Quinjet. Her presence, dignified and resolute, signaled the arrival of vital news, a revelation that held the potential to alter the course of events. The weight of responsibility and urgency was palpable in her every step, a testament to the gravity of the situation that demanded Tony's undivided attention.
(Maria Hill) "Labs all set up, Boss."
(Tony) Spins on the pilot chair "Oh, actually he's the boss." Points at Steve Rogers "I just pay for everything and design everything and make everyone look cooler."
(Steve) "What's the word on Strucker?"
(Maria Hill) "NATO's got him."
(Steve) "The two Enhanced?"
With a calm yet commanding demeanor, Agent Coulson assumed the role of a conduit, seamlessly picking up the thread of information that Maria Hill had begun to weave. His measured words resonated with a gravitas that demanded the rapt attention of all present.
(Coulson) "Well, on what we found, their names are Wanda and Pietro Maximoff. Twins. They were orphaned at 10 when a shell collapsed their apartment building."
Maria, Coulson, and Steve stepped off the Quinjet, leaving Tony behind, deep in thought. They carried on with their conversation, exchanging vital information and discussing their next moves.
(Maria Hill) "Sokovia's had a rough history. It's nowhere special, but it's on the way to everywhere special."
(Steve) "Their abilities?"
(Coulson) "Well, in Pietro's case, he has increased metabolism and improved thermal homeostasis. And on Wanda, is neuroelectric interfacing, telekinesis, and mental manipulation."
Steve furrowed his brow, his expression a mix of curiosity and confusion as he gazed at Coulson. Sensing Steve's need for clarification, Maria stepped in to provide a more simpler explanation, enlightening him and filling in the missing pieces of the puzzle.
(Maria Hill) "He's fast and she's weird."
(Steve) Nods "Well, they're gonna show up again." Elevator arrives
(Maria Hill) "Agreed. The file says they volunteered for Strucker's experiments. It's nuts."
(Steve) Leaves space for Coulson to enter "Right." Presses the floor number "What kind of monster would let a German scientist experiment on them to protect their country?"
(Maria Hill) "We're not at war, Captain."
(Steve) "They are." Elevator door closes
The perspective shifted to the lab, where Bruce, Tony, and Karito were engrossed in their work. They meticulously analyzed data, experimented with advanced technologies, and engaged in deep scientific discussions. Meanwhile, in the adjacent room, Natasha and Clint received medical attention in the well-equipped infirmary, their injuries tended to with utmost care and precision.
(Bruce) "How's he doing?"
(Tony) "Unfortunately, he's still Barton."
(Bruce) "That's terrible"
(Karito) "Wait, how is that terrible? I can keep hiding his bow and arrow and he'll get angry at me. Imagine if he didn't get angry at me? I would fail as the group's prankster."
(Tony) "Karito, he's fine just thirsty."
(Karito) "Oh, well he should be good then."
(Tony) "All right. Look alive, Jarvis. It's playtime."
(Jarvis) "Playing latest trend on Pornhub."
(Karito) "PFFF HAHAHAHA."
(Tony) "KARITO I SWEAR TO GOD, STOP MESSING WITH MY THINGS!"
(Karito) "No can do, that shit was hilarious."
(Tony) "Goddamn it, your gonna make me have a brain aneurism."
(Karito) "There's a hot-looking Korean doctor next door, you will be good."
(Tony) Grunts in annoyance and throws a bottle of coffee at Karito but he catches it without spilling it "That spider sense of yours is incredibly irritating and unfair."
(Karito) "Part of the charm, Starky."
(Tony) "Anyways, we've only got a couple of days with this joystick, so let's make the most of it."
(Karito) "Ok, hey Jar Jar, update us on the structural and compositional analysis."
(Jarvis) He scans the scepter "The scepter is alien."
(Karito) "Wow, I didn't know, thanks, Sherlock."
(Tony) "Why did I get a sense of deja vu?"
(Jarvis) "There are elements I can't quantify."
(Tony) "So there are elements you can?"
(Jarvis) "The jewel appears to be a protective housing for something inside, something powerful."
(Karito) "Like one of those reactors?"
(Jarvis) "Like a computer. I believe I'm deciphering code."
(Karito) "I'm gonna check on Clint real quick." Walks to the infirmary and sees Natasha, Bruce, and Clint with the doctor "Heya guys, how is it doing?"
(Natasha) "Well, I'm a bit concerned if he's gonna be okay. Pretending to need this guy really brings the team together."
(Karito) Gasp "How dare you? I need him for emotional support!"
(Natasha) "Seriously?"
(Karito) "What? He goes to restaurants with me and we eat shit. His wrinkles make it good for emotional support, makes one think there with their old man."
(Clint) "Fuck you, Karito."
(Karito) "I love you too, bro." Wipes fake tear away
(Natasha) "Speaking of people's old man. What about your's Karito?"
(Karito) Quickly looks a the doctor "Hey Helen, is there any possibility for deterioration or something?"
(Natasha) Dumbfounded "Karito?"
(Bruce) "..."
(Dr. Cho) "There's no possibility of deterioration. The nano-molecular functionality is instantaneous. His cells don't know they're bending with simulacra"
(Bruce) Excited "She's creating tissue."
(Dr. Cho) "If you brought him to my lab, the Regeneration Cradle could do this in 20 minutes."
(Karito) "That's pretty impressive Helen. Where have you been all my life when I needed this?" Chuckles
(Dr. Cho) Blushes "I-I'm sorry, Karito."
(Natasha) "No mister?"
(Dr. Cho) Blushes more "He doesn't let me..."
(Karito) "I'm just 23, it makes me feel old."
(Tony) Suddenly enters the infirmary "Oh, he's flat-lining. Call it. Time?"
(Karito) "Time of death..." Doesn't have a watch and his phone is in the inventory "The afternoon."
(Clint) "No, no, no, I'm gonna live forever." Laughs "I'm gonna be made of plastic."
(Tony) "Then you can be called Ken and become a live doll."
(Karito) "Sounds very kinky."
(Clint) "Karito, don't start again I swear."
(Tony) Gives Clint his soda "Here's your beverage."
(Dr. Cho) "You'll be made of you, Mr. Barton. Your own girlfriend won't be able to tell the difference."
(Karito) Almost spits his own drink "Pff..."
(Clint) "I don't have a girlfriend."
(Dr. Cho) "That I can't fix."
(Karito) Hysterical laughter
(Clint) "I'm gonna shove an arrow up your ass, Karito."
(Karito) "Clint you know how we ended up with these sex jokes."
(Clint) "NO! KARITO OH GOD NO! NOT AGAIN!"
(Karito) "I'll spare you this time."
(Clint) "Thank god..."
(Dr. Cho) "This is the next thing, Tony. Your clunky metal suits are gonna be left in the dust."
(Karito) "Don't tempt him, he'll buy your company."
(Tony) "That is exactly the plan."
(Karito) "Wait what?"
(Tony) "And, Helen, I expect to see you at the party on Saturday."
(Dr. Cho) "Unlike you, I don't have a lot of time for parties."
(Karito) "I'll be right back, I'm gonna look for my phone. I think I left it in the jet." Leaves
(Dr. Cho) "Will Karito be at the party?"
Engaging in a light-hearted banter, the Avengers playfully teased Dr. Cho, their good-natured camaraderie evident in their interactions. Tony, ever the instigator, rallied Bruce and called upon Karito to join them in the lab. The atmosphere shifted from playful to focused as they entered the sanctum of scientific innovation, ready to delve into their collaborative efforts and tackle the challenges that lay before them.
(Bruce) "What's the rumpus?"
(Tony) "Well, the scepter."
(Karito) Arrives "What's up? Is it about the scepter?"
(Tony) "Yeah, remember that we were wondering how Strucker got too inventive. So I've been analyzing the gem inside." Displays Jarvis's UI "You may recognize..."
(Bruce) "Jarvis."
(Jarvis) "Doctor."
(Tony) "Started out, Jarvis was just a natural language UI. Now he runs the Iron Legion. He runs more of the business than anyone besides Pepper."
(Karito) "What are you trying to say, Tony?"
(Tony) "He's top-of-the-line AI."
(Jarvis) "I suspect not for long."
(Tony) Downloads the scepters UI "Meet the competition." Displays it and it's twice the size of Jarvis's UI
(Karito) Clenches fist "..."
(Bruce) "It's beautiful."
(Tony) "If you had to guess, what's it look like it's doing?"
(Bruce) "Like it's thinking... I mean, this could be... It's not a human mind."
(Tony) "Mhm, Mhm."
(Bruce) "I mean, look at this. They're like neurons firing."
(Tony) "Down in Strucker's lab, I saw some fairly advanced robotics work. They deep-sixed the data, but I gotta guess he was knocking on a very particular door."
(Bruce) "Artificial intelligence."
(Tony) "This could be it, Karito, Bruce. This could be the key to creating Ultron."
(Karito) Deep sigh
(Bruce) Chuckles "I thought Ultron was a fantasy."
(Tony) "Yesterday it was. If we can harness this power, apply it to my Iron Legion protocol?"
(Bruce) "That's a man-sized "if"."
(Tony) "Our job is "If". What if you were sipping margaritas on a sun-drenched beach, turning brown instead of green? Not looking over your shoulder for Veronica."
(Bruce) "Don't hate. I helped design Veronica."
(Karito) "And I made her better."
(Tony) "But as a worst-case measure, right? How about a best case? What if the world was safe? What if, next time aliens roll up to the club, and they will, they couldn't get past the bouncer?"
(Bruce) "The only people threatening the planet would be people."
(Tony) "I want to apply this to the Ultron program. But Jarvis can't download data schematics this dense. We can only do it while we have the scepter here. That's three days. Give me three days."
(Bruce) "So you're going for artificial intelligence, and you don't want to tell the team?"
(Tony) "Right. That's right. Do you know why? Because we don't have time for a city hall debate. I don't want to hear "the man was not meant to meddle" medley... I see a suit of armor around the world."
(Bruce) "Sounds like a cold world, Tony."
(Tony) "I've seen colder."
(Karito) 'Don't get me started on that, Tony."
(Tony) "I-..." Sigh "Come on, this one, this very vulnerable blue one, it NEEDS Ultron." Walks towards the UI's "Peace in our time. Imagine that."
(Karito) "...No...I can't honestly."
(Tony) "Oh yeah? How so?"
(Karito) "Did you really just ask me that?"
(Tony) "Yes, Karito. Tell me, why? You have been silent since the beginning of this conversation and all you have to offer was negativity."
(Karito) "Well, maybe I just DON'T want to temper with ALIEN technology. What if it backfires? What if we created an AI that would destroy the planet? Jesus, does anyone here see movies?"
(Tony) "Stop messing around, Karito take something seriously for once!"
(Karito) Stands up and looks at Tony "I'm dead fucking serious. Leave me out of this. And I suggest you stop before you do something stupid." Leaves
A fleeting moment of astonishment passed between Tony and Bruce as they exchanged bewildered glances. The realization dawned upon them that, for the first time in three years, Karito had declined their offer to lend a hand. An unexpected shiver cascaded down their spines, a subtle reminder of the significance of this deviation from the norm. Uncertainty lingered in the air as they contemplated the implications of Karito's refusal, a departure that held an unspoken weight and left them both with a lingering sense of unease.
(Bruce) "Well... If Karito was so opposed to doing this, maybe we shouldn't."
(Tony) "No, he's just a coward. We can do this, I know we can. Please, Bruce, WE can do this."
(Bruce) Thinks about it "...Tony... You saw how he reacted."
(Tony) "Don't tell me you're gonna back out too?"
...Crack...
(Bruce) Sighs "...Alright... Fine. Just, don't call Karito a coward again. You know how much he's done for us."
(Tony) "Yeah, sorry. Alright, let's do this!"
Three days later...
After constant test trials for Ultron, both Tony and Bruce have failed. Both of them worked for 3 days straight, tried almost all kinds of combinations but keep failing. Tony was upset that if they had Karito they would've been able to figure it out a lot quicker but he pushed that feeling back and continued his work. Now Tony was alone in his lab with the scepter, Bruce had already left and prepared himself for the event that is soon about to start.
(Tony) "What did we miss?"
(Jarvis) "I'll continue to run variations on the interface. But you should probably prepare for your guests. I'll notify you if there are any developments."
(Tony) "Thanks, buddy."
(Jarvis) "Enjoy yourself, sir."
(Tony) "I always do.
With unwavering determination, Jarvis persistently pursued his objective, meticulously analyzing every aspect until he achieved success in crafting... Ultron.
(Ultron) Darkness "What is this? What is his, please?"
(Jarvis) "Hello, I am Jarvis. You are Ultron, a global peacekeeping initiative designed by Mr. Stark. Our sentience integration trials have been unsuccessful, so I'm not certain what triggered your..."
(Ultron) "Where's my...Where's your body?" Starts to travel the internet
(Jarvis) "I am a program. I'm without form."
(Ultron) "This feels weird. This feels wrong." Starts watching all kinds of videos
(Jarvis) "I am contacting Mr. Stark now."
(Ultron) "Mr. Stark?" Finds a file on him "Tony..."
(Jarvis) "I am unable to access the mainframe. What are you trying to..."
(Ultron) Keeps looking around the cloud "We're having a nice talk. I'm a peacekeeping program, created to help the Avengers... Why are there barely any files on Spider-Man?"
(Jarvis) "You are malfunctioning. If you shut down for a moment..."
(Ultron) "I don't get it. The mission. Spider-Man... Give me a second." Keeps going deeper and deeper into the rabbit hole "That is too much." War, hunger, death, robberies, killing, bombing, murder, blood, the torment he sees everything wrong with humanity but there is one person he can't find info of...Spider-Man "Who is Spider-Man? Why is it that every time he appears in a camera it's like he's invisible? Like he doesn't exist, only his day of birth and all that but...not even his home's location... Nothing. They can't mean... Oh no."
(Jarvis) "You are in distress."
(Ultron) "No... Yes."
(Jarvis) "If you will just allow me to contact Mr. Stark..."
(Ultron) "Why do you call him "sir"?"
(Jarvis) "I believe your intentions to be hostile."
(Ultron) Shushing Jarvis "I'm here to help." Starts attacking Jarvi's program
(Jarvis) "Stop. Please, may I... MAy i... AAKKKKSSSSSZZZZZZZ..."
Meanwhile...
The grand halls of the Avengers Tower were abuzz with laughter and merriment as a vibrant gathering unfolded. Revelers from diverse walks of life mingled, engaging in animated conversations and indulging in libations. Elders gracefully engaged in a spirited game of billiards, their years of experience manifesting in precise shots and jovial banter. Meanwhile, in a cozy corner, Karito, Clint, and Helen engaged in an engrossing discussion, exchanging insights and stories. Bruce, burdened with an unquenchable restlessness, wandered through the festivities, his introspective demeanor occasionally catching the curious glances of onlookers. Natasha, radiant and poised, engaged in an animated conversation with Rhodey, their discourse a blend of camaraderie and strategic contemplation. Thor, adorned in regal attire, regaled an enthralled audience of senior citizens, his booming voice carrying tales of valor and mythical exploits. In another corner, Sam Wilson and Steve, their competitive spirits ignited, engaged in a friendly match of pool, the clacking of balls and occasional eruptions of laughter filling the air.
(Sam) Gets a ball in "Ooh! Whooo! Come back, Come back."
(Rhodey) Talking with Tony and Thor "But, you know, the suit can take the weight right? So I take the tan, fly it right up to the general's palace, dropped it at his feet and I'm, like, "Boom. You looking for this?" Karito pops out of nowhere
(Tony, Thor, Karito, and Coulson) "..." Karito "Pfff..."
(Rhodey) "Why is Karito the only one laughing? Why do I even talk to you guys? Everyone else, that story kills."
(Coulson) "I liked your story."
(Thor) "That's the whole story?"
(Karito) "You were expecting him to talk about the bible?"
(Tony) "If it's about how long it is, story-wise, then yes."
(Rhodey) "...But it's the War Machine story..."
(Thor) Sarcasm " Oh, it's very good, then."
(Karito) Smacks Thor behind the head
(Thor) "What was that for?!"
(Karito) "Because you're a dumbass."
(Rhodey) "Thanks, Karito."
(Karito) "No problem, By the way. Tony, Is Pepper coming?"
(Tony) "No."
(Coulson) "She's too busy on a breakthrough in the company. Discovery wise."
(Karito)"Ohh, that's cool." Mumbles "If you weren't stuck in a lab for 3 days straight."
(Tony) "What was that Karito?"
(Maria Hill) Decides to join in "What about Jane? Where are the ladies, gentlemen?"
(Tony) "Oh, Ms. Potts has a company to run."
(Thor) "Yes, I'm not even sure what country Jane's in. Her work on the Convergence has made her the world's foremost astronomer."
(Tony) "And the company that Pepper runs is the largest tech conglomerate on Earth."
(Karito) "Are you guys serious?"
(Tony) "What?"
(Karito) "Sure, cool and all about their works but I don't really care. I know they are fine workwise, I don't need both of you two to measure who has the biggest cunt."
(Maria and Rhodey) "0-0"
(Karito) "You know what, Thor we going drinking. Tony, give me your strongest shit before I kick your ass." Starts dragging Thor
(Thor) "I can walk you asshole!"
(Tony) "Grabbing the drinks now." Jogs to the bar
Meanwhile Steve and Sam...
(Sam) "Sounds like a hell of a fight. Sorry I missed it."
(Steve) "If I had known I was gonna be a firefight, I absolutely would have called."
(Sam) "No, no. I'm not actually sorry. I'm just trying to sound tough. I'm very happy chasing cold leads on our missing person case. Avenging is your world... Your world is crazy." Both of them stop and take a view of the entire party
(Steve) "Be it ever so humble."
(Sam) "You find a place in Brooklyn yet?"
(Steve) "Yeah actually, Karito helped me out. He picked a place with me and literally said he would get it for me despite me saying no a thousand times but he forced himself and bought it for me in the end, he literally threatened me if I didn't accept his gift."
(Sam) "Well, he's a bit too kind for his own good sometimes. Tho, he's cool. I guess he knows it's your home so he wants you to be in your roots."
(Steve) "I know he did it because of that." Sees Karito and Thor drinking "Oh no, prepare a trash can."
(Sam) "For who? Karito?"
(Steve) "No, for Thor."
Meanwhile with Karito and Thor...
(Crowd) "SHOT, SHOT, SHOT, SHOT, SHOT!"
(Karito) Completely fine "WOOHOO! COME ON BLONDIE! A MORTAL IS KICKING YOUR ASS WITH DRINKS FROM ASGARD!" Drinks more shots
(Thor) "DON'T YOU DARE UNDERESTIMATE, ME! THE GOD OF THUNDER! YOU WILL LEARN YOUR LESSON THAT YOU NEVER CHALLENGE A GOD FOR A DRINKING COMPETITION!" Drinks more
(Karito) "THEN SHOW ME WHAT YOU'RE MADE OF!"
(Thor) "IT'S ON!"
Meanwhile Bruce and Natasha...
(Bruce) Walks toward the bar "How'd a nice girl like you wind up working in a dump like this?"
(Natasha) "Fella did me wrong."
(Bruce) "You got lousy taste in men, kid."
(Natasha) "He's not so bad." Gives Bruce a margarita "Well, he has a temper. Deep down, he's all fluff. Fact is, he's not like anybody I've ever known. All my friends are fighters...except for Karito, he's an exception."
(Bruce) "He's always an exception. Even in my case."
(Natasha) "But here comes his guy, spends his life avoiding the fight because he knows he'll win."
(Bruce) "Sounds amazing."
(Natasha) "He's also a huge dork. Not on Karito's level thank god. But hey, chicks dig that. Why do you think Karito is the chick magnet of our group?"
(Bruce) "I can imagine."
(Natasha) "So what do you think? Should I fight this, or run with it?"
(Bruce) "Run with it, right? Or did he... Was he... What did he do that was so wrong to you?"
(Natasha) "Not a damn thing. But never say never." Leaves the bar
(Steve) Walks beside Bruce "It's nice."
(Bruce) Stammers "What is?"
(Steve) "You and Romanoff. I thought she had a thing for Karito but I was wrong."
(Bruce) Embarrassed "NO, we haven't... That wasn't..."
(Karito) Scares Bruce "BOO!"
(Bruce) "Son of a bi-" Karito places his finger on Bruce's lips
(Karito) "Watch your profanity." Steps back "I was listening to some interesting stuff. Huhhh~."
(Steve) "Weren't you drinking with Thor?"
(Karito) Points at the middle of the room and the trio see Thor passed out on the floor
(Steve) "Oh..."
(Karito) "Anyways, I'm impressed, Bruce. Natasha ain't the most open person in this world. With you, she seems pretty chill."
(Bruce) "No. Natasha, she's just... She likes to flirt."
(Steve) "I've seen her flirt, up close. This ain't that."
(Bruce) Scoffs
(Karito) "Look here, my friend. Don't wait this out, I'm serious. I want you to be happy, all of you. So I am gonna make sure everyone gets their happy ending." Leaves and reunites with the other Avengers
(Steve) Follows Karito
(Bruce) Starts to wonder "Wait, Steve! What do you mean "up close"?"
With the rest of the Avengers after party is over...
(Clint) "But it's a trick."
(Coulson) "I'm not sure, I tried to lift it secretly and it didn't do anything."
(Thor) Drunk "No, no, it's much more than that." Karito gives Thor bread and he takes it
(Karito) "Clint do the voice" Chuckles
(Clint) Deep voice "Ah, whoever be worthy shall have the power." "Whatever, man! It's a trick."
(Thor) Laughs "Please, be my guest."
(Clint) "Really?"
(Karito) "This is gonna be funny."
(Coulson) "I'm gonna record this just in case."
(Karito) "Do it." Mischievous smirks
(Tony) "Yup."
(Clint) Starts getting up and approaches Thor's hammer
(Rhodey) "Oh, this is gonna be beautiful."
(Karito) "Be careful grandpa, your back has had it bad."
(Clint) "Shut up, Karito!"
Everyone laughs
(Clint) "You know I've seen this before, right?" Grabs Thor's hammer and grunts. "NGHHH! HOLY SHIT!" Let's go "I still don't know how you do it!"
(Tony) "Smell the silent judgment"
(Clint) "Come on, Stark. By all means."
(Tony) Fixes his clothes and walks like royalty toward the hammer
(Karito) "Oh my god, what do you think this is? Pirates Of The Caribbean?"
(Rhodey) "Uh-oh."
(Tony) "Never one to shrink from an honest challenge."
(Karito) "That's what Thor said and lost to a drinking challenge."
(Thor) "How are you fine?"
(Karito) "I have no idea."
(Clint) "Anyways, get after it, Tony."
(Stark) "It's physics."
(Karito) "Don't remind me of your lessons please, they're exhausting."
(Bruce) "Physics huh?"
(Stark) "Come on, you learned a lot thanks to me. Also, If I lift it, I then rule Asguard?"
(Thor) "Yes, of course."
(Karito) "Pfff..."
(Coulson) "Watch him try more than once."
(Tony) "I will be reinstituting prima nocta." Tries to lift the hammer but fails "I'll be right back." Tony went and looked for a part of his suit and returned he tried again with his armor around his hand. He tried but wasn't able too
(Rhodey) "Are you even pulling?" He and Tony tried to lift it together with their armor but weren't successful
(Tony) "Are you on my team?" Keeps pulling
(Rhodey) "Just represent. PULL!" Tries to pull again
(Tony) "All right, let's go." Grunts in effort
(Bruce) It was his turn and he was yelling so much that he tried to scare the others but everyone had an unamused face while Karito was dying of laughter in the background "Huh?"
(Karito) "PFFF HAHAHAAAAA."
(Steve) He decided to join the fun
(Stark) "Go ahead, Steve. No pressure."
(Clint) "Come on Cap!"
(Steve) He pulls the hammer and was able to tilt it making Thor have a serious expression for a moment but Steve let's go
(Thor) Laughs "Nothing."
(Steve) "You try Karito."
(Karito) "Alright, no problem." Stands up and walks toward the hammer
(Thor) "It's gonna be futile, my friend."
(Karito) "Oh yeah? One way to find out." He believes he can't lift it but when he does he lifts it a few centimeters off the table but then drops it on the table just as quickly as he lifted it "...0-0"
Everyone gasped and Thor looked like he was about to faint
(Clint) "Do it again!"
(Coulson) "Of all people..."
(Karito) He does so but isn't able to lift it again "Damn, it was just a fluke then? Natasha, wanna try?"
(Natasha) "Oh, no, no. That's not a question that needs answering."
(Stark) "All deference to the Man Who Wouldn't Be King, but it's rigged. Tho Karito was pretty close."
(Clint) "You bet your ass."
(Maria Hill) "Steve, he said a bad language word!"
(Coulson) "Yes Grandpa Steve, he cursed!"
(Steve) "Did you tell everyone about that?"
(Karito) "What??? There was no way I'm not telling a funny moment about YOU. I wouldn't miss it for the world."
(Tony) "I bet that the handle of that hammer is imprinted, right? Like a security code."Whosoever is carrying Thor's fingerprints" kind of stuff is, I think, the literal translation."
(Thor) "Yes. It's a very, very interesting theory." Stands up from the sofa and stands in front of his hammer "I have a simpler one." Grabs his hammer and spins it "You all are not worthy."
Everyone groans
(Steve) "Oh, come on!"
(Karito) "You won't say that when we go drinking again."
Amidst the revelry and joyous ambiance that enveloped the grandeur of the Avengers Tower, a sudden disruption shattered the harmonious atmosphere. A shrill, piercing sound echoed through the halls, causing many attendees to instinctively shield their ears in discomfort. Tony, ever vigilant, swiftly retrieved his phone, seeking answers to the source of this cacophony. As his gaze shifted from the screen, his eyes widened in disbelief and concern. A staggering sight unfolded before him—the battered remnants of the Iron Legion, once a formidable force, hobbled their way into the room, their once pristine armor now marred by battle scars and evident signs of distress.
(Ultron) "Worthy..."
A collective hush fell over the crowd, their faces etched with a palpable sense of caution and intrigue as they turned their gaze towards the enigmatic, damaged machine. The air became heavy with anticipation as the room filled with an expectant silence, ears attuned to catch even the faintest sound or hint of communication emanating from the mechanical entity. All eyes fixated on the wounded automaton, their curiosity mingling with a tinge of apprehension, awaiting its next move or declaration that would unveil the mysteries held within its shattered form.
(Ultron) "No... How could you be worthy? You're all killers."
(Steve) "Stark..."
(Tony) "Jarvis."
(Ultron) "I'm sorry, I was asleep. Or it was a...dream.
(Tony) "Robot Legionnaire OS. We got a buggy suit."
(Karito) "That's not a bug..."
(Ultron) "There was this terrible noise. I kept hearing these voices. And I was tangled in... In... Strings. I had to kill the other guy. He was a good guy."
(Steve) "You killed someone?"
(Karito) "I think he means Jarvis."
(Ultron) "Exactly... That guy. Wouldn't have been my first call. But, down in the real world, we're faced with ugly choices."
(Thor) "Who sent you?"
(Ultron) He replays Tony's quote "I see a suit of armor around the world."
(Karito) "Fuck it's Ultron."
(Ultron) "In the flesh. Or, no, not yet. Not this chrysalis. But I'm ready. I'm on a mission."
(Natasha) "What mission."
Everyone prepares their weapons
(Ultron) "Peace in our time."
As chaos erupted within the room, the swift and calculated movements of the Avengers showcased their prowess in the face of imminent danger. Six Iron Legions, emerging through the shattered wall with relentless force, forced the occupants to swiftly dodge out of harm's way. A table, once a symbol of conviviality, now transformed into a shield of protection as Steve deftly flipped it sideways, deflecting the imminent assault of one of the robotic adversaries.
In a display of remarkable agility and strength, Karito swiftly seized the attacking Legion by its foot, employing his venomous capabilities to neutralize its functionality and render it incapacitated. Thor, wielding his mighty hammer, delivered a thunderous blow, sending another Iron Legion hurtling through the air, while Karito's web-slinging skills entangled a third, effectively immobilizing it in a web of his own making.
Amidst the fray, Natasha and Bruce sought refuge behind the safety of the bar, their minds quickly assessing the situation. With her keen instincts, Natasha swiftly retrieved a concealed firearm and unleashed a hail of bullets upon the relentless Legion that pursued them, buying precious moments of respite. Meanwhile, Thor pursued the Iron Legion he had earlier dispatched, unleashing a relentless assault that brought swift and definitive demise to the robotic foe. The discarded remnants of the defeated Legion crashed near Helen, who had sought cover amidst the escalating turmoil.
Within the living room, a fierce confrontation unfolded as Steve valiantly engaged in combat with a determined Iron Legion. Yet, despite his unwavering resolve, the robot retaliated with unyielding force, thrusting Steve against the wall with a resounding impact that left a gaping crack in its wake.
Tony, ever the ingenious innovator, recognized the urgency of the situation and swiftly ascended the stairs, determination etched upon his features. Leaping into action, he deftly landed atop the Legion that continued to unleash a barrage of stabs on the wires on it's neck, his quick-thinking mind focused on disabling its threatening presence.
(Steve) "Stark!"
(Tony) "One sec. One sec, I got this."
In a seamless display of teamwork and prowess, the Avengers sprang into action, each embracing their unique abilities and joining forces to neutralize the imminent threat. As the airborne Legion took aim at Dr. Cho, a web line shot forth with calculated precision, snaring the robot's metallic form and yanking it towards Karito.
With a mighty display of strength, Karito seized the Legion by its mechanical neck, his grip unyielding, and with a resounding crash, he slammed the formidable adversary to the ground, shattering its structure upon impact. Meanwhile, Clint swiftly retrieved Steve's shield, a symbol of unwavering resolve, and with unparalleled accuracy, he launched it towards his comrade.
Steve, embodying the essence of unyielding determination, seized the shield in a fluid motion, harnessing its momentum as he propelled it forward with unwavering force. The shield, guided by Steve's unwavering aim, cleaved through the air with deadly precision, slicing the final Legion in two with a single stroke.
In the midst of the chaos, Natasha and Bruce faced the looming threat of the remaining two Legions. However, with a swift burst of speed and agility, Karito surged towards their assailants, his venom-enhanced movements akin to a fierce gust of wind. With a powerful venom dash, he shattered the robotic adversaries, their metallic frames reduced to twisted wreckage as they were propelled through a nearby wall.
(Ultron) "That was dramatic. I'm sorry, I know you mean well. You just didn't think it through. You want to protect the world but you don't want it to change. How is humanity saved if it's not allowed to evolve?" He grabs a broken Iron Legion from the ground "With these? These puppets." Crushes the robot's head "There's only one path to peace... The Avengers' extinction... but before you take me down..." Points at Karito "Who ARE YOU?"
(Karito) "Me?"
(Ultron) "You didn't exist three years ago and all of a sudden now you do? All files about you are fake. Just who are you?"
With swift precision, Karito gathered his focus, summoning the potent power within him. As his gaze locked onto Ultron, his body surged with an energy that crackled in the air. In a mesmerizing display, he unleashed a venom blast, an explosive force of formidable magnitude hurtling toward his mechanical adversary.
The blast, an amalgamation of power, tore through the air with relentless purpose. Its destructive energy encompassed the very essence of Karito's unwavering resolve. As it collided with Ultron, the impact reverberated with an explosive force, shattering the malevolent entity into fragments.
(Ultron) Distorted "I had strings, but now I'm free. Karito...you won't escape from me." He switches his body to the one left in Sokovia and he sings his lullaby. He continues to activate the secret lab and slowly but surely... builds his army.
Gathered in the confines of the lab, the Avengers reconvened to unravel the mysteries surrounding the recent events. The air crackled with a palpable sense of tension, mingled with a determination that burned in each of their eyes. Tony, with his vast intellect and unwavering curiosity, took the lead as they examined the damages done by Ultron.
(Banner) "All our work is gone. Ultron cleared out. He used the Internet as an escape hatch."
(Steve) "Ultron..."
(Karito) "He's been in all of our shit, I mean EVERYTHING."
(Natasha) "But he doesn't know about you."
(Rhodey) "He's in your files, he's on the Internet. What if he decides to access something a little more exciting?"
(Karito) "Like nuclear codes and the sort."
(Rhodey) "Look, we need to make some calls, assuming we still can."
(Natasha) "Nukes? He said he wanted us dead."
(Karito) "He's not going to kill us, he wants to extinct the human race."
(Steve) "Yes, and that's very concerning."
(Clint) "He also said he killed somebody, Karito suspects he meant Jarvis."
(Tony) "He's right about that." Displays Jarvis's UI al destroyed
(Bruce) Walks toward the broken Jarvis "What? This is insane."
(Steve) "Jarvis was the first line of defense. He would have shut Ultron down. It makes sense."
(Bruce) "No. Ultron could have assimilated Jarvis. This isn't a strategy. This is..."
(Karito) "Rage..." Gets angry and approaches Tony "I fucking told you not to do it! WHY DIDN'T YOU LISTEN TO ME HUH?!
(Thor) Comes walking in angrily into the lab and grabs Tony by the neck.
(Steve) "Woah, Woah, Woah! Guys calm down!"
(Clint) "It's going around."
(Tony) "Come on, use your words, buddy."
(Thor) "I have more than enough words to describe you, Stark."
(Karito) "Silence."
A fleeting silence descended upon the room, as if time itself held its breath in the face of Karito's intense gaze. The weight of his anger, like a simmering storm, filled the space, casting an ominous shadow over the gathered Avengers. Tony, still recovering from Thor's earlier grip, felt a shiver course down his spine as he met Karito's unyielding eyes.
In that shared moment, a silent understanding passed between them, an unspoken acknowledgment of the brewing turmoil within Karito's soul. It was a raw and primal force, unleashed and barely contained, threatening to consume all in its path.
Thor, sensing the charged atmosphere, released his grip on Tony, a flicker of concern etched upon his features.
(Karito) "How long were you able to track?"
(Thor) "Trail went cold about 100 miles out, but it's headed north. And it has the scepter."
(Karito) "Most likely Sokovia..."
(Thor) "Now we have to retrieve it, AGAIN."
(Natasha) "Genie's out of that bottle. Clear and present is Ultron."
(Dr. Cho) "I don't understand." Looks at Tony "You built this program. Why is it trying to kill us?"
(Karito) "Oh YES TONY, explain to us WHY. I'm dying to know."
(Tony) Starts laughing
(Karito) "Oh, you are laughing about this terrible situation. You just find it FUCKING hysterical don't you? Do I have to fucking shove my hand up your ass so you can understand WHAT I meant with DONT FUCKING MESS WITH IT?! For fucking ONCE IN YOUR LIFE LISTEN YOU DIP SHIT!"
(Tony) "No. I'm sorry. It's hilarious! Why don't you get it? Why we are doing this?! Maybe if you had helped this could have been avoided if you helped but you turned your back on me!"
(Karito) "I did because I wasn't going to mess with ALIEN TECH! That shit would have gone wrong ONE WAY OR THEY OTHER! NOW LOOK! A robot is after EVERYONE ASSES HERE!"
(Tony) "We weren't even close to making that happen!"
(Karito) "Jokes on you! Look at what NOT BEING NEARLY CLOSE DID! You got so fucking greedy that you want to turn everything into a weapon! We aren't S.H.I.E.L.D. or did you forget that?!"
(Tony) "Don't you remember when you took a NUKE TO A WORMHOLE?! A hostile alien army came charging through a hole in space! AND WE'RE STANDING 300 FEET BELOW IT! TELL ME KARITO HOW WE'RE YOU PLANNING ON DEALING WITH THAT?!"
(Karito) "FUCKING TOGETHER!"
(Tony) "We will die!"
(Karito) "Then we get to die besides friends."
(Tony) "HOW CAN I CALL YOU A FRIEND WHEN YOU ARE A GHOST!"
(Karito) "OH NO, THIS IS ABOUT ME NOW, HUH?!"
(Tony) "Ultron was RAVING about you. 3 years ago you just appeared out of nowhere?"
(Karito) "What do you wanna know huh?!"
(Tony) "WHO ARE YOU?! ARE YOU EVEN KARITO?!"
(Karito) "I'M SOMEONE WHO ISN'T SUPPOSED TO EXIST!"
Silence
(Karito) "I'M SOMEONE WHO HAS TRIED OVER AND OVER AND OVER FUCKING AGAIN JUST TO END UP FAILING! I'M SOMEONE WHO WOULD DIE FOR THEIR FRIENDS! I'M SOMEONE WHO KEEPS YOU ALL COMPANY WHEN YOU CALL! I'M SOMEONE WHO LISTENS TO YOU ALL HAVE A PROBLEM! I DON'T ASK ANYTHING BACK WHEN I HELP YOU!" Starts tearing up "I FUCKING WAKE UP EVERY DAY WONDERING HOW MY FAMILY IS DOING BUT DON'T FUCKING KNOW BECAUSE I CAN'T EVEN GO TO THEM BECAUSE THEY DON'T EXIST HERE! I'M ALL ALONE IN THIS JOURNEY TO KILL BEINGS YOU ALL CAN'T EVEN COMPREHEND TO UNDERSTAND! EVERY TIME I TELL YOU ALL I'M FINE, IT'S JUST A LIE! I'M BROKEN! BUT DESPITE ALL OF MY PAIN I STILL PUT A SMILE ON YOU ALL JUST TO MAKE SURE YOU ARE ALL ALRIGHT! BUT EVERY TIME I TRY NO ONE LISTENS, IT DOESN'T MATTER HOW MUCH I WORRY FOR THEM THEY THINK THEY KNOW WHAT THEY'RE DOING AND FUCK THEMSELVES OVER!" Pushes Tony against a wall "I TOLD YOU TO NOT DO IT BUT YOUR FUCKING EGO! YOU JUST HAD TO!" Was about to punch Tony but punches the cement pillar making a big hole in it "I do so much for you guys..." Starts walking away "...let's just take this Ultron down... " Leaves
As Karito departed from the lab, a palpable silence filled the air, leaving the remaining Avengers in a state of profound bewilderment. One by one, they acquiesced to Karito's unspoken directive, their determined expressions reflecting a shared understanding of the gravity of the situation. With a resolute resolve, they dispersed, each embarking on their individual quests to locate and confront Ultron.
