Raven never wanted any of this to end but everyone has a role to play in life and she knew its time to do her role.
' I know they are going to hate me after this but as long as their alive, that's all that matters. ' Raven thought to herself and something popped in her head reminding her of something.
' Oh right, I'm grounded. '
She used magic to make a journal and a pen appear in her hand and began writing something, almost rhyming every word.
A knock came from her door, the journal and pen dissappear and she got up and went over unlock the door, opened it to find Emily.
" Hey Raven, how are you doing? " Emily asked Raven as soon as she opened the door.
" Not sure, never been grounded before. " Raven crossed her arms front of Emily.
Emily giggled and offered her hand out to Raven, asking her to follow. Raven looked down at Emily's other hand to see it was bandaged up and not moving. She hesitated but grabbed Emily's hand and Emily started walking away and still held on to Raven's hand, making her follow.
Raven was wondering where Emily was taking her, Emily lead Raven outside of the hotel and into another building, it was like a cafeteria.
" Hey guys, I got her. " Emily waved to everyone and held up her other hand that still has Raven's to show and let go.
" Raven! " Chloe said, and rushed over to give her a big hug, Raven of course, hugged Chloe back.
Raven looked up to see Nick and Lucas, sitting down at different tables and eating some food on their plats.
" What is this? " Raven asked Emily, titling her head.
" It's dinner time, so get something to eat. " Emily answered Raven and pointed out to the food, laid out on the side.
Before Raven could say anything, Chloe pushed her to sit down and rested her elbows on the table and placed her head on her hands and looked at Raven.
" So what would you like to eat? " Chloe asked Raven with a happy smile, finally having a chance to do something for her.
Emily sat next to Raven, thinking that Chloe has really seen Raven more then someone with powerful abilities but someone to look up to and take care of.
Raven couldn't say a single word maybe because this might a bit new for her. She felt someone watching them and quickly moved her eyes to the side, to see a X Demon watching them.
' Shit. ' Raven thought and quickly moved her eyes back to look at Chloe and Emily.
" I'm not that hungry. " Raven slowly said in a bit of a awkward tone, Chloe's head dropped on the table, both Raven and Emily did a short chuckle.
She lifted her head and it had a small red mark, it wasn't that bad and looked at Emily, giving her a sign to help her out.
" * Clears throat * Are you sure? You haven't had anything in a while. " Emily said to back up Chloe, Raven laid back on her chair.
" I had something not too long ago. " Raven said but she knew that lying to them is not the best but everyone had that to keep important things to themselves sometimes.
" OK, why not just a tiny bite? It can't hurt. " Emily tried incourage her to give it a go but her eyes dropped to Emily's not moving arm.
Raven reached down to her hand, grabbed it and rise up and dropped it, Emily's hand just fell straight down, not even moving a tiny bit.
Both Chloe's and Raven's eyes watched her arm fall down and looked her back in the face.
" Just tell them Emily. " Lucas speaks up, finishing his food and turned his body towards the girls.
" I can't feel my arm and I can't move it. " Emily explained to Chloe and Raven, Nick did nothing but listen.
" No duh, not worry it's only numb and I can fix it. " Raven said, Emily was unsure about Raven offering to help her again.
" No- "
" No I will not use my Blood to heal you, but there is another to help your hand but it will be a bit painful. " Raven cut Emily off because what she was going to say was excepted.
Lucas leaned in on his chair, he doesn't want anyone to get hurt but if Raven could heal Emily's hand, it will be worth it.
" How are you going to heal Emily's hand? And how painful will it be? " Lucas asked Raven, but she nervously looked around the room.
" Not much on " heal " more of fix her hand and the pain will be about a medium amount, I think. " Raven explained to Lucas and Emily, Chloe held Emily's other hand to be supportive.
Emily nodded her head, Raven gently grabbed her hand and wrapped her hand on Emily's and twisted in two different directions, the bones in her hand cracked releasing the tension in her hand and Emily let out a quiet squeal, trying her best to not cry and hold it in.
" Hey Lucas, you might wanna get some ice for the hand. " Raven said, and gently placed Emily's hand on the table, Lucas quickly got out of his chair and quickly walked into another room, where the ice is stored.
Nick just continued to listen to everything and spoke up. " So, how's that hand doin'. "
" Hurts, thanks for asking. " Emily answered, in a bit of a sassy tone, narrowing her eyes at Nick but he still won't turn around.
" That's great, earlier you said you couldn't feel or move it, now you can feel pain in your hand and put some ice on it like you do with normal accidents, you should be able to move it again. " Raven said, in a positive tone, trying to cheer up Emily.
Lucas walked holding a small bag of ice in his hand and handed it over to Emily and she slowly placed it over her hand, she hissed in pain quietly and signed in relief, that it was over.
" Was it that painful? " Chloe tilted her head at Emily, Emily slowly turned her Chloe and nodded at the same pace.
Raven leaned her head on her chair, and had to take it the love and happiness she has, knowing that soon the collecting will begin.
* Hello I know this one took a while to make and I know we are not at the key bit of the Novel but I have an announcement to make.
Doing this has been fun and takes up time when needed and I'm not saying I'm going to leave it here but I had a idea to make another Novel for everyone.
It will be called " WolfWalker In High School " it is not out yet but I will start adding some chapters after this one.
It will be about a teenage girl who was born as a WolfWalker on a Full Moon with human parents and she starts her first day at High School doing her best to keep her Wolf self a secret and she may or may not make some friends a long the way.
