"As a result of recent events, I believe it's important for all of us to convene and have a heartfelt discussion," Mrs. Hill addressed the individuals gathered in the room.
Present in the room were Nick, Rachel, Rachel's parents Maria and Drake, along with Abel, and of course, Ashley. It was nearly their first official family meeting, with a hint of tension lingering in the air.
"Do you refer to the unwelcome appearance of your son's ex-lover at the engagement party, or the fact that someone had the audacity to capture everything on video?" Maria interjected, her words laced with unbridled frustration despite the surprise on everyone's faces.
"We're taking down those videos as we speak, Mrs. Ross," Abel assured Maria, attempting to address the issue head-on.
Maria remained resolute. "And what good will that do, Mr. Hill? The damage has been done already."
