AURORA's POV
When I woke up, the first thing I noticed were two men sitting in front of me. Hades sat closer while Ares was sitting on the couch closer to the bed. It made me frown.
"What happened?" I questioned as I sat up on the bed.
"You were attacked." Hades disclosed looking at me intently.
"What?" I questioned in disbelief. "When, how?"
"You don't remember?" Ares questioned me as he pulled closer. I turned to him and shook my head saying no.
"That is because he was trying to absorb your powers."
My eyes lit up with excitement. "Wait, that's an option? You can take out my powers and give them to someone else? If that's possible then do it so I can have my normal life back."
Hades and Ares shared a look before turning to me. They didn't seem to be happy with what I just said. Ares let out a deep sigh looking extremely tired, and I wondered what it was I had said to make them wear such distraught expressions.
