Hades jolted away from me immediately he heard the sound, leaving me to curse under my breath for not being the one to push him away so whoever it was wouldn't misunderstand anything. I was being a bit childish right now, but I couldn't help it.
Hades stretched his hand and I took it, making me sit up straight.
"Did I interrupt something, Brother?" I turned when I heard a feminine voice, to see who it was. I mean, if this was Hades' castle, I wondered who could be so brave to just waltz in. And without knocking. She knew she interrupted something. She saw us, I'm sure of it.
She had black hair just like Hades, with emerald eyes to compliment her face. She wore a short flowery gown that suit her body. I didn't really see a resemblance on her face that gave way to her being related to Hades. She did call him brother after all. Or is that just a way the gods introduced themselves? I wondered.
