She opens the door and a silver-haired woman walks in with a genuine smile on her face. She placed her hand on the door and the other on her waist and I found myself smiling.
"Like earthlings would say; if the mountain doesn't go to Mohammed, Mohammed will go to the mountain."
"Hello, Aphrodite." I chuckled, Mirroring her ravishing smile.
"Miss me?" Aphrodite asked, giving me a knowing mischievous smile. I rolled my eyes, feeling my cheeks turn red from her teasing gaze.
"It will be hard not to."
Aphrodite laughed, her charming pearl teeth coming into view. "That's true." She lets out, now giggling. I never thought the gods to be more... pleasant and easy to talk to. I never imagined myself wanting to relate to people before now. It felt like a weight had been lifted from my chest when I conversed with the few people from here I started getting acquainted with.
