Her eyes were heavy as she stared at the bathroom sink where she had spat blood from her mouth.
She was beginning to feel like her body wasn't hers anymore. Her gums were bleeding for no absolute reason and it irritated her.
Her hair was messy and longer and so were her fingernails. Her belly was fully out and when she had gone with her caretaker to see the doctor, they found out that the fetus weighed about seven point five kg.
The doctor had told her to relax but she knew something was definitely wrong. If the fetus kept growing fast, then what would happen when she gets to her ninth month of pregnancy.
She stared back at her weary looking face which stared back at her.
Too tired of standing for long, she rinsed her mouth and got into the bathtub filled with warm water to soothe her nerves.
When her body was fully immersed in the water, she looked at the ceiling.
