I jolted as I suddenly felt an excruciating pain in my stomach. Instantly, my eyes opened, and I curled up, clutching my stomach, ignoring the IV tube already attached to my hand.
"Emhhh ... God!" I moaned.
"Baby!" Leonardo immediately stood up. I didn't even know he was by my side, and it seemed like we were in the infirmary room. "What's wrong? Are you in pain again?" He asked, stunned.
"Yeah... Please... Call the doctor!" I groaned, not moving and continuing to huddle. Occasionally, I felt a twinge in my hand. It seemed like the IV needle was starting to misalign, poking my bone, but I didn't care! "This is so painful, oh God! What's happening to me? Is our baby okay?" I kept moaning until I felt tears streaming down.
"Georgina..."
Dr. Grace's voice diverted my attention, bringing a glimmer of hope that she could help alleviate this pain.
"Dr. Grace... please, save our baby, it hurts so much!"
