Chapter 18 - Ch 18: The Dragon's Request

Leon and Ria continued to share their memories with each other. They learned more about each other's past, present, and future. They found out their hopes and dreams. They discovered their fears and regrets. They realized their goals and plans.

They felt a deeper bond and trust.

They said in unison.

"I understand you."

They looked at each other and smiled.

They said in unison.

"I appreciate you."

They decided to change the memory level.

They said in unison.

"Memory level 6."

They felt a jolt of energy as they increased the memory level. They felt their memories enhance and expand. They felt their events sync and amplify.

They felt a new level of excitement and interest.

They said in unison.

"Wow."

They looked at each other and smiled.

They said in unison.

"This is amazing."

They decided to test the memory level.

They thought of something and tried to send it to each other.

Leon thought of his second chapter system experience.

Ria received his memory and said.

"Second chapter system experience? What's that?"

Leon explained.

"Second chapter system experience is the time when I used the system for the second time. The time when I traveled to a different world. The time when I had a mission."

Ria asked.

"What world did you go to? What mission did you have?"

Leon explained.

"I went to a horror world. A world where there are ghosts, zombies, vampires, and werewolves. A world where there are hauntings, curses, infections, and transformations. A world where there are rules, challenges, rewards, and dangers."

He explained.

"My mission was to survive a night in a haunted house. A house that was old, dark, and creepy. A house that was full of secrets, traps, and horrors. A house that was alive, angry, and hungry."

Ria asked.

"Did you survive? Did you escape the house?"

Leon nodded and said.

"Yes, I did. I survived the night. I escaped the house."

He explained.

"But it wasn't easy. It was hard. It was scary. It was fun."

He explained.

"I had to hide from ghosts, run from zombies, fight vampires, and avoid werewolves. I had to use my skills, equipment, and luck. I had to use my brain, body, and heart."

He explained.

"I met some allies and enemies along the way. Some who helped me and some who hindered me. Some who became my friends and some who became my foes."

He explained.

"I also met some surprises and secrets along the way. Some that shocked me and some that enlightened me. Some that changed me and some that changed the world."

Ria asked.

"What surprises? What secrets?"

Leon hesitated and wondered if he should tell her.

He decided to tell her.

He said.

"One of the surprises was that the house was not haunted. It was not cursed. It was not hungry."

He said.

"One of the secrets was that the house was not a house. It was not a building. It was not an object."
