As soon as she stepped into her office she encountered her boss Chris her thirty year old boss who has been so good and caring to her even if she felt uncomfortable with him.
"Good morning sir" she greeted bowing slightly.
"Come one Rose we're friends remember,don't call me sir call me Chris.anyways we've got an hot scoop today and you have to be in that location this time not as a publicist but as an interviewer" Chris said walking towards his office while she trailed behind him.
"Shit" Rose cursed silently although she was a publicist her boss as always made her play for he role of an interviewer because she was good at it . Luckily today is Friday and she could go home immediately after the interview.
"A scandal is happening at the Williams group" her heart skipped when she heard he name of the company. Oh fuck ! Pls no no no not that company. William group is the company owned by her father and honestly she wanted nothing to do with it. Thank God that Chris does not know her real identity. She tended up again remembering that she was going to interview her twin brother who shares a striking resemblance with her,although she loves her brother, she didn't want anyone to know about her especially when it comes to digging up her past.
"Are you okay ? Chris asked her as he snapped his fingers at her face trying to break her train of thought.
"Yeah I'm sorry sir, I'll go get ready"she said before leaving her boss' office. The ceo doesn't like to be interviewed but luckily the ceo is her twin brother although elder bit lol he still is and all she had to do was to put a call across to him to allow her have an interview with him.
She picked up her phone to call her twin brother who answered at the third ring.
"Hey bro" she said casually
"Lil sis is that you?" Raymond teased making her roll her eyes even i he wasn't seeing her.
"Of course it's me, who else would it be"
"What the fuck,the world must be ending today for you to call me"she laughed at her brothers sacarsm.
"Okay seriously to what do I owe this call coz last time I checked you haven't called me in a while" Raymond stated making her turn back to her serious self.
"Okay so I need a faovour my boss wants me to interview you"
"I knew it you prodigal sister how dare you ignore me for six month and then suddenly call me back for a fovour you should get purnished" Raymond playfully said making Rose roll her eyes again.
"Raymond I'm really serious,okay fine you can purnish me but just agree"
"Okay if you say so, prepare you would be going on a blind date" he said making Rose shout in shock, he knew how much she hated stuffs like that so this was the best purnishment to give her.
"And what if I refuse" she said sternly trying to act tough"
"Or else I would tell everyone that you are my sister,look I already know that you're company wants an interview with me and you are their representative so let's just say I refuse your interview and then give a bad report about you and then tell everyone you're my sister" she heard him say casuay but she knew that her was damm serious about what he was saying.
"The fuck you've got some nerve blackmailing me ray" she frowned
"What ! Me? Of course not I'm not blackmailing you I'm only saying what I will do, so are you in or out ?"
"Okay fine I'm in as long as you make sure nobody finds out we're siblings I'm cool" she ended the call and then drove to the William group but not after applying heavy makeup she couldn't risk the chance of people finding out.
IN THE WILLIAM GROUP
She asked questions while he kept answering her questions with a smile plastered on his face till the interview was over and people were suprised. Apparently,he has never been one to smile easily and him smiling at the interview made people curious.
When the interview was finally over,Rose was about to head out when Raymond called to her
"Miss Fox can I talk to you" Raymond said in a business tone voice that one would hardly believe that there were siblings.
Sure" she replied in a business time while also following him to his office ignoring the he glares she was receiving from other ladies.
Inside the office,Raymond gave her a tight hug that she could literally hear her bones cracking but she returned the hug.
"So how do you like my acting lil sis" she winked at her
" eww,first of all you're older than me with 10 minutes and secondly you acted poorly,you should have seen the glares I received from your female staffs, they already think you were flirting with me " she said folding her hands in front oh him
Raymond laughed hard making her smile. "Oh before I forget your date will be by 7pm at Rom & Tics restaurant"she gasped at his choice of restaurant. It was a romantic French restaurant but it was really expensive, way to go with keeping a low profile.
"Pls try not to embarrass me in front of Damien walker tonight" Raymond said pissing of Rose
"What if I do? She asked threateningly making Raymond smirked like the devil himself.
"You know what I'll do so do t even think about it, and you're make up makes you ugly" she teased Rose again.
"I did it so that no one will see our resemblance" she complained
" it's so good to see you smile after all this while sis, pls come home for dinner it will just be I and mom I promise or else mom will nag me to death" she laughed at Raymond complaint before bidding him good bye. As she walked through the hall way, she could hear some ladies calling her a bitch that seduced their boss and she laughed. I only this ladies knew that she was his sister they would all try to butter up to her to meet her brother.
She reported back to her office and handed over important files to Chris whom she noticed was looking at her suspicionsly but she ignored it and drove home to prepare for her date since it was already 5pm.
