Damien's pov
Dad has been bugging me to get a girlfriend like com'on I'm just 29, I agreed to go on this blind date as I promised my mom and I hope it's gonna be my last. For some reason I felt excited even if I don't know why.
By 6:55 I was already in the restaurant, waiting for my date and until now she hasn't shown any sign of coming, well that was until 7:00 I heard a soft footsteps approaching me, so I lifted my head from my phone and saw the woman who has been messing up with my mind of late,today she looks so lit that I want to eat her whole. She was wearing a knee length black gown with straps at the chest region accompanied with a black bag and silver heels which are the color of the gowns strap. I gave her my biggest welcoming smile to calm my racing heart.
"Hello" she greeted with a smile that looked forced, but nevertheless I was enchanted by her voice, this is the first time i an ever hearing her talk. I pulled out a chair and she smiled stiffly before sitting down, she doesn't look or act like the gangster girl I saw the other day wait does she have two different personalities?
I stretched out my hands for an Handshake "I'm Damien Walker" I introduced.
"I'm Roseline Fox"she returned my handshake
"So tell me mr walker or should I call you Damien ?" She asked
"Damien is fine" I replied almost immediately.
I saw her smile but only for a second because she was now back to her usual poker face. Okay now it's confirm she really does have two personalities, wait..... does she know how many fucking women would die for the opportunity to sit and talk to me why is she looking so uninterested.
"Okay Damien tell me more about your self like anything including your hobbies" she asked me and I told her about myself why she just nodded.
The waiter approached us and took our orders which was spicy pasta. Honestly it was a coincident 😁
We were having our dinner when she suddenly took my hands in hers and then leaned in closer like she was about to kiss me, wait ......what the fuck was happening.
She leaned in and whispered quietly to my ears "pls you need to help me play along, my brother is here, I need to make him think that this date is going perfectly if not I might be in trouble or even be forced to go on other dates" she confessed making me smirk. So this cupcake here wants to take advantage of me.
"What do I get in return ?" I aske and she frowned deeply
"What do you want" she asked her voice changing cold like that is a female gangster. How could she be sweet one time and then the next she's like a warrior ?
"Hey take a chill pill okay all I want is another date okay" I said more pleased
"Okay deal" she said returning back to sit down on her chair. And I immediately picked up my fork and fed her pasta from my plate and she looked at she stunned first and then confused.
"What are you doing" she asked me confusion written all over her face.
"You said to act all lovey dovey,so here I am acting like a caring boyfriend" I smirked at how clueless she looked but she just nod and accepted it.

"Kk here's my number" I handed her my card having my private number and she nodded before zooming off.
I drove home with an unknown excitement but the it was short lived when I saw my dad I'm my house. Don't get me wrong my dad and I are buddies but the fact that he visited without informing me scares me coz dad only does things like that during emergencies.
"Good evening dad" I greeted and he pat my back making breathe in relief that it wasn't an emergency but then what could it be? I was so curious.
"Why are you here dad? I asked
"Aren't you happy to see your old man and besides I'm not alone, your mom is with Bianca" Okay now I just got even curious [are we having a family reunion that I don't know of or what ]
"I heard you went on a date" he asked with a smile and I don't even know when I smile along with him,until I heard him say
"With that smile I guess you already like her". [wait ..... where is this coming from how can I like someone I just met today] I thought
"Not yet,but I do find her amusing though" I casually replied.
"Well I guess you owe me a thank you for picking the right one this time"my father bragged
"Well yes you really did, wait.... how did you meet her ?" I asked.
"It was from the Williams company, apparently they are looking for a suitor for their daughter" he shrugged his shoulders.
"Wait the Williams have a daughter ? Why isn't it known to the public" I asked even more curious about the identity of my cupcake.
"It's seems as though she is the one who needs a quiet life and I also believe that she might be forced on that date, but then enough of other people families let's talk about us" my dad answered laughing for a former mafia boss he looks pretty casual and easygoing that is until you touch his dark side.
