"Why are you doing this?"
Georgia's face was creased, trying to study Theodore's expression. She also wanted to see if she could tell what was going on in his mind through his eyes.
"I don't think you remember what you did to me a month ago when you found out that I am your mate," Georgia stated and continued to rant. "You knew how much pain you caused me. And up till today I still don't know why you did that and also why you suddenly changed your attitude towards me. Are you trying to fool me?"
Theodore could only listen because he couldn't tell Georgia anything as he didn't know what was going on with him.
Georgia's interrogation made Theodore question himself about his actions and attitude.
Theodore knew why he pushed Georgia away when he saw that she was his mate. He pushed her away because he didn't want to fall in love with her.
