The journey to the nearest restaurant didn't take much time. Georgia held her son by his hand and brought him along to a small restaurant to get him the burger he wanted.
"Aren't you going to get one, Mommy?" After seeing that his mother only got one burger which was for him, Jonathan had to ask.
"Oh, I'm okay, my dear," she waved her hand as though her words wouldn't be enough to convince him. However, Jonathan wasn't convinced.
"But you mentioned earlier that you are hungry. Mommy, don't tell me that you are still worried about not spending the rest of the day with me," he knew. "Are you feeling bad about it?"
"Of course. I thought I'd spend the day with you and make you enjoy some time with your mother but look, my boss suddenly called me."
"You hate him for that," he uttered. "I know you Mommy but you seem different this time. You wouldn't have explained some things to me because you don't want me to be worried. You've changed Mommy."
