"That person has been training for so long."

The last group of people who were in the training grounds, finally left.
"Am I wasting my time?" I said to myself as I hit the dummy one more time.

I kinda wanted to defeat my friends at this game. When I do something, I do it wholeheartedly.
Even though, I have gained the maximum number of experience points that could have been gained, I can still increase sword proficiency here.
The instructor sighed after seeing my determination.
"You make me remember of myself when I was young. I was cursed and had lost all of my hope. I used to hit the dummy like that, thinking that I could overcome the curse if I just trained more." He said.
I stopped hitting the dummy and then looked at him.
"I want you to do something with your time instead of wasting it here." He said.
