Lewis's eyes fluttered open, he looked around and he was inside the tent alone, he quickly stood up when he heard voices outside of the tent.
"Lillian" Lewis shouted as he saw her practicing her archery.
"Oh, you are finally awake," Alfred said and Lewis looked around and the day was slightly dark.
"You were unconscious all day, and you were not injured, what happened?" Lillian asked.
"I should say the same, are you supposed to be up, is your stomach okay?" Lewis asked.
"I'm in perfect condition, and you are the reason we didn't go to the wastelands today"
"I'm really sorry, I didn't mean to summon the tiger," Lewis said with his head down.
"It's not your fault, just be careful next time, or I'll kill you before the creature you summon kills me" Lillian spoke and Lewis chuckled slightly.
"So Lewis, do you remember what happened yesterday night?" Alfred asked him.
"To be honest, I only remember some of it, it's like my memory was cut, I know Lillian was injured and the tiger broke your chains, but that's all, I don't remember what happened next, Did you defeat the tiger?" Lewis asked.
"No," Alfred said.
"Then what happened?"
"Prepare, We are going to the wastelands as early as possible, and there's food in the pot over there," Alfred said.
"Thanks," Lewis said as he grabbed a plate and sat down inside the tent to eat.
"Are you still going to train him?" Lillian asked Alfred as she walked towards him.
"I'm still thinking about it, he has potential and I've never seen a kid summon a bone tiger, to be honest, I've never seen a bone tiger before, I've only heard of it, if he keeps training I'm sure he'll be able to tame the tiger but necromancy is not something to joke with"
"Because it's about the dead?" Lillian asked.
"I haven't told you all about last night, Lewis was the one that destroyed the tiger, he shattered the bones into tiny pieces"
"What!! wait...what are you talking about, how did he do that?" Lillian asked immediately.
"I told you necromancy isn't something you need with, something dark came over him and he changed, he brought out bone swords and struck the tiger with it" Alfred explained.
"Bone swords!! does he even know how to use a sword?"
"That's why I don't know if I should keep training him, what if after gaining power he becomes evil and wants to conquer the world like the former tyrant that ruled the empire"
"We should get to know him first, but I'm sure he'll be worth training," Lillian said

Lewis smiled as he saw the increase, even though he couldn't tell the changes, he was glad he was improving, and now he had a good grasp of Mana, but he still needs to learn to control it.
Lillian walked inside the tent and placed her bow at the far end of the tent, the tent was as large as a room, it had a chair and a table where Alfred did his work and two makeshift beds.
"Do you want to lie down?" Lewis asked.
"No, I'm going to take my bath before lying down?"
'That's right, I haven't seen a bathroom or something like that here, and I haven't taken a bath for a day now'
"Where do you bath?" Lewis asked.
"That's right, you haven't bathed for the past two days now, ask Alfred for a change of clothes and follow me," Lillian said as she grabbed a small pouch.
Lillian was ahead while Lewis followed behind as she led him to where they took their bath, Lewis was surprised when they arrived at the spot.
It looked like a small river, but it was in the middle of a forest, large stones surrounded the water and small stones were arranged inside to serve as a step, and with its size it wouldn't be able to contain more than ten people.
"Alfred made it when he started living here," Lillian said.
"He made it, I knew it wasn't natural, how did he make something like this, but it's kinda dirty" Lewis mumbled the last part.
"Here" Lillian handed Lewis two tiny crystals along with a small white clothes and soap.
"What are the crystals for?" Lewis asked.
"For purification, drop one before you go in and drop the other one when you are done," Lillian said as she walked away.
"Huh! wait...what if a beast attacks when I'm bathing, are you going to leave me here?" Lewis spoke.
"Have you forgotten the barrier, nothing can harm you unless they break the barrier so no need to worry, or if you are still worried you can summon your skeleton to keep watch" Lillian said as she vanished.
"She's really cold towards me, and I still don't know what powers she has that lets her vanish anytime she wants... I'll ask Alfred later, for now I should take my bath," Lewis said as he pulled his clothes leaving only his underwear.
'I should probably take this off too, no one is here anyway, am in the middle of a forest and it's already nighttime' Lewis looked around and finally took off his underwear.
'Woah, it's really cold here, I hope the water isn't too cold' Lewis muttered as he brought out the crystal Lillian gave him.
