Their swords continued to clash with each other. Noel came up with a new move for his offense and Kale took it easily to avoid.
Kale countered with a strange move that Noel had never seen before, giving him a new impetus to speed up his movements so that Kale's sword could be dislodged and Noel could win the match.
The longer the match went on, the more exhausted Kale became, and the more energized Noel became. It seemed like he had a great ambition to defeat him. If this continued, then Kale would lose and this place would continue to belong to Noel.
How to defeat Noel without killing him?
"If I can throw your sword out of the arena, will I be declared the winner?" Kale asked between attacks.
Noel met his attack with a solid defense. "Since you look pathetic, I'll allow an additional rule in the match. If you manage to throw my sword out of the arena, then you win. But, if you don't, then you, who are already exhausted, will have to accept defeat from me." He smiled with satisfaction.
Kale immediately set up a strategy to end the match.
Meanwhile, the leader of the place who saw the match between the two getting more and more heated kept thinking about the purpose of Kale going to this extent to free them from Noel.
'Why would he go this far for us? Does he have an ulterior motive? Does he want to avenge our previous actions? It must be so. Because there's no way a noble blood like him would help us without reward, like 'that guy' did.' the leader thought.
Rejecting all good thoughts that came his way. He was more interested in finding out what kind of suffering Kale would inflict on them if he managed to win the match. Surely, that suffering would be far more horrific than the current one.
- TANG TANG TANG
Kale accelerated the pace of his attack, not giving Noel a chance to retaliate until he finally gave the final touch to his move.
- TRANG
Noel's sword was thrown out of the arena.
Everyone was shocked at the result.
Meanwhile, Kale looked out of breath, his body truly at its limit. "I... Win..."
Noel glanced at his sword which was quite far away, before finally staring at the powerless Kale in front of his still clutching his sword.
Even after the match had ended by him, Kale was still faithfully standing. Waiting for Noel to announce the final result of the match between the two.
"I lost."
The people cheered happily, calling out Kale's name over and over again, expressing their gratitude for how happy they were to see Kale win the sword match against Noel.
"I'll admit, you're good, congratulations Kale." Noel praised him sincerely. Although he was quite upset about his defeat, he admitted that Kale was indeed strong and skilled in that field. However, Noel was a little surprised when at the beginning of the match Kale looked hesitant like a beginner. However, in the end, he showed the skills of a typical sword master.
Was his strategy to catch him off guard? If so, the strategy was very strange, letting yourself get hurt at the hands of the enemy was ridiculous.
The residents, the leader, and the four big men were freed from Noel's men. "From now on, this place is free of me," he said as he tore off a paper containing an official letter from upstairs and walked out of the arena.
Kale believed it. He did manage to free the place.
Now, his body really could not be helped. Dropping his sword on the floor, Kale turned around to leave the arena.
Glancing behind him and finding an opening, Noel immediately picked up his thrown sword before approaching Kale's figure who was walking without caution due to the pain in his body.
"I must win." Noel's voice rang out before a new move launched by her,
- CRASH
A sword slash extended across Kale's back, causing him to bleed from his lips, and drop his body to the ground.
He really couldn't take it anymore. Kale could no longer bear this pain.
The leader ran towards him, calling Kale's name frantically, "Kale, Kale, Kale!" The four big men were about to retaliate for Noe's actions just now. However, his men immediately acted on the alert by protecting Noel.
"He's only 12 years old, how could you cheat on the final result!"
"At least if you're going to hurt someone, hurt an adult and not a child!"
Kale grasped the hand of the Leader, exerting all his remaining strength to sit up. "No, don't force yourself..."
"We have no value, don't force yourself to reach for those of us who have no value, child." The leader's softening voice rang in his ears. Kale raised his face to look at the leader's face which looked sad looking at him.
"I... Have... Promised..." To the little girl, he saved.
He was going to end all of this.
So Kale had to keep it.
"This place and Kale will be mine," Noel said all that nonsense with a triumphant laugh, he walked away from the arena.
'I win, it's a result that no one can ever change,' he thought to himself.
However, before his foot had stepped outside the arena, a sword was thrown at his chest and pierced through to his back, so that Noel could see the tip of the sword emerging from behind her chest.
He spit out the blood from her lips, collapsing to the ground and clutching the sword that had pierced her chest. It hurt. It hurt like hell. He felt like he was going to die.
"Release... They..." Kale's body was held up by the leader, he looked very weak, but still forced himself to stand up and throw the sword at Noel's body precisely.
Noel turned his head towards him, he was cursing Kale. How come that kid didn't die after he inflicted such a deep wound? Was he a monster?
"Y-you..."
"Mr. Noel, what should we do?" one of his men asked him while trying to help Noel up.
'Damn it, just watch out for you Kale.'
"You... Will receive... Replies, Kale!" Noel threatened from the look in his eyes. He was going to report this incident to his beloved master.
Kale pointed at him shakily. "Go... Don't... Come back..."
He didn't even feel threatened by Noel's words. Noel's men then led him away, and before they completely left the place, one of Noel's men handed over an official letter releasing the place from all restraints and rights seized by Noel. The place was completely liberated.
And Kale fell unconscious for a whole month due to a lack of blood and the horrible internal injuries on his body.
Everyone celebrated their freedom, but on the one hand, they kept questioning, what was Kale's reason for going to such lengths for such a worthless place.
Did Kale have an ulterior motive behind the rescue that day? Everything was still a question mark for all the residents of the place.

In a different place, Noel, who had been undergoing treatment, met with Lord who gave himself an order to dredge up all the resources on the first floor.
"You were defeated, by a kid who has strange movements?" Noel nodded as he prostrated himself --- bowing to her master. He hoped that his master wouldn't be angry that Noel had lost to a kid who was even younger than him.
"What was his name?"
"...Kale, my lord."
His master seemed to tap his fingers on the chair he was sitting on, with his eyes forward, his mind began to spin to find a solution to the current little problem.
"I will take care of it. You can go."
Noel raised his face in doubt. "Sir, aren't you angry with me? Are you going to throw me out?"
The line of his lips pulled upwards, feeling funny about the question Noel had asked. Look at how scared this grumpy cat is in front of him. "Why should I be angry? It's not an intentional mistake, right?"
"Carry out the treatment well, get well soon, and I'll take care of the rest."
Noel looked at him twinkling. How kind of the lord who saved him, he didn't even get angry when Noel failed to carry out his orders. "Thank you, my lord."
After Noel left the room, the lord began to think about his story. The existence of a figure similar to a nobleman, able to fight despite having a deep wound in the chest, and having a strange fighting style that was quite strong and skillful.
Very interesting. "Kale, yes..."
"I so want to meet him."
