Meanwhile.
"We're back~!"
Yomi and Patty returned to the"God's Garden", Elysium's sanctuary where they were created.
The"God's Garden"existed in the"World of Oblivion", a different space where Goddess Phinis was sealed. Even the goddesses would find it hard to set foot here
Their Creator was sitting calmly on a throne, and Yomi and Patty both went down on their knees before him.
It seemed that on such occasions even Patty showed servility.
"Lord Creator, we both have returned."
"Hm. Good work. Now, let us hear your report."
"Sir. First, we have confirmed the survival of the supposedly dead Goddess Phinis. We surmised that the Savior revived, or performed a similar act on her."
"I see. However, no matter how capable that man is, reviving a god is still out of his reach. So, he must have used some other means. I suppose I should say as expected of him. He's still as irksome as always." After a scornful laugh, Elysium continued, "And the fact that Phinis is alive means so are the other goddesses. Hmph, if they had died in that place, they wouldn't have to witness the coming hell."
"Would you like us to eliminate them?"
"No, that's all right. It would be a shame to have them die just like that after they have finally managed to grasp onto life. Let us give them get a good watch—a 'hell' that would make them wish they had died at that time."
"Understood." Yomi lowered his head again.
Looking down at him, Elysium said, "I'm curious," and asked, "What are you afraid of, Yomi?"
"I'm… afraid…?"
As Yomi wore a look of incomprehension, Patty, as though he just remembered something, said, "Ah, I know, I know! Listen to this, Lord Creator, sir! Yomi was so mean! He was down because the Savior told him that he could beat him, so I tried to cheer him up, but then out of nowhere, 'SWISH' he attacked me!"
"Hou? Is that true, Yomi?"
"Yes. The Savior did say that he could defeat me."
"Then he went like 'SWISH'; 'SWISH' I'm telling you!"
"Shut up. Or I'll kill you."
Receiving Yomi's glare, Patty puffed his cheeks, and then Elysium said to him, "Well, forgive him, Patty," and continued, "it simply means that Yomi is growing. In terms of the order of birth, you are like brothers. And it is a big brother's duty to rejoice in his younger brother's growth."
"Boo~, okay~." Patty nodded, looking still unconvinced. But it was the same for Yomi.
He wasn't afraid—was what he thought.
However, whatever the emotion in his heart was, there was no one but Yomi himself who knew.

"Still, 'demon', huh. That former demi-human is an audacious one, isn't he?"
It went without saying that the one who said that with an enraged voice while fully releasing the feeling of intimidation was Fluga-sama.
But it wasn't just her who was angry, so were the other goddesses, including Phinis-sama.
"From your description, it sounds like they are the combination of all three existing races that have been imparted the power of god. Am I correct, Exa?" Even the mild-mannered Terra-sama had a grim expression.
"Yes, that's pretty much what they are, at least according to what they said."
"For goodness's sake… This is a grave situation. The existence of such a race would ruin the balance that we Goddesses of Genesis created. We must settle this matter as soon as possible," Sinus-sama said.
"Yes…" I nodded to her words, but in truth, my attention had been on something else, "By the way, um, why have you returned to your original form…?"
Yes, Sinus-sama was in the giant form that she was in when we had first met her.
Of course, she couldn't fit inside the building, so though I knew it was rude of me, I was currently conversing with her through the window.
"Yes. That is of course to store power."
"Store power?"
"Yes. I'm the strongest among the Five. The reason being, I can store up power within myself. In the event of an emergency, I can burst it out to confront the threat, but the power that's flowing into me from you is stronger than I expected, and it becomes slightly out of my control…"
Upon seeing Sinus-sama blushed, I stuttered, "I-I see…" and nodded.
I mean, why would she blush, I wonder…?
Also, she sure was huge, in more than one way…
