The two continued to ask each other more questions, keeping the conversation light and easy. They were enjoying a nice, interesting topic when loud music started blaring, growing louder as it approached.
Travis looked around and recognized a group of three guys swaggering toward them like classic movie thugs.
He sighed, realizing, 'Damn, I forgot these fuckers would pull up today.'
Standing up, he prepared to confront them, but Eve stopped him.
"Don't. It's not worth it. Let's just go. They've been hanging around here recently, and today they're just showing up later than usual," she urged.
"Okay. Let's go. I'll walk you home," he replied, feeling a mix of irritation and concern as he glanced back at the approaching group.
As they walked away, Travis suddenly sensed something hurtling toward him. Instinctively, he dodged, narrowly avoiding a beer can.
"Alright," he muttered, turning around and approaching the group of troublemakers.
"Yo, look what we got here. What you gonna d—" Tyrone's taunt was cut short as Travis gripped him by the neck, effortlessly lifting him into the air.
"You better watch where you throw your shit. Next time, okay? I'm not warning you again," Travis growled, his voice low and dangerous. He threw Tyrone toward his gang, who scrambled to catch him. The group hesitated, trying to appear tough, but the cold intensity in Travis's eyes made them falter.
"Aight, man, we'll leave," one of them muttered, backing away. The others quickly followed suit, their earlier bravado completely drained.
Travis exhaled and turned back to Eve, who was smiling, her eyes gleaming with admiration.
"What's got you smiling like that?" he asked, curious.
"Nothing, just happy, I guess," she said, her voice soft, but the warmth in her tone was unmistakable.
They crossed the road and soon arrived at Eve's house.
"Thanks for spending time with me, Travis. I really loved every second of it," she said with a smile, handing him her bag.
"Yeah, same here. Well, I gotta go now. Peace, Eve," he replied, giving her a gentle pat on the head before turning around and breaking into a sprint.
Before she could blink, Travis had already disappeared into the night.
Eve chuckled to herself, shaking her head with amusement.
' I just hope he doesn't cum as fast as he runs, ' she thought with a mischievous grin, heading inside.
He arrived home in just a few seconds, pushing open the front door. The low hum of voices floated from the living room. Travis strolled toward the sound, casually glancing in. There, he saw Debbie lounging on the couch, phone pressed to her ear as she chatted with Diane.
"Oh, well, I'm happy he was able to help you with your garden," Debbie said, her tone light but distracted.
"Where is he? I'd like to speak to him, honestly," Diane's voice crackled faintly from the other end of the line.
Debbie shifted in her seat. "Um, he went out with that girl in our neighborhood. He said they're going to the library, but I'm sure that's just code for 'we'll be fucking today.'"
Before Debbie could continue, Travis cleared his throat, breaking the moment. Debbie jumped slightly, turning her head, and froze when she saw him standing in the doorway, arms crossed, brow slightly raised.
"Oh, here he is. Standing there, menacingly," she said, standing up from the couch with a nervous grin.
Travis gave her a flat look, more amused than annoyed. "Tell Diane to text me. I need to eat, honestly," he said, his voice calm as he backed out of the room, hands raised in mock surrender.
Debbie nodded, sinking back into her seat as she resumed her phone call. But as Travis turned to leave, Debbie called after him, her voice curious and teasing.
"Now tell me, you're selling milk?"
He went to the kitchen and warmed up his food while Jenny walked in.
'Wonder what she's looking for, 'he thought.
' Fuck, I'm not making money anymore. Why are those perverts not subscribing? I mean, last I checked, I have the body of a goddess. I need something to drink.'
She spotted Travis immediately and felt a slight blush creeping up her cheeks, recalling the sight of his body earlier.
' When did he turn into my type? Eww, no he's not. I mean, I wish I found someone like him—someone who isn't him,' she thought.
Jenny's gaze lingered on his upper body, captivated by its impressive structure. Realizing she was staring too long, she cleared her throat and shot Travis a scornful glare.
'What the fuck did I do? ' he thought, confused.
Jenny walked over to the sink, grabbed a glass she had left during dinner, and filled it with water. As she drank, she leaned against the counter, her ass pushed out in a way that highlighted her curves enticingly.
' I wanna smack that so bad,' he thought.
His food was now heated, and Travis took it out, sitting atop the counter as he ate. With his back turned to her, Jenny seized the opportunity to admire his body, allowing her gaze to wander until she grew tired of it.
Grabbing a drink from the fridge, Jenny slid onto the counter next to Travis, surprising him.
"Jane said you stopped by her work today. What were you doing there?" she asked casually.
"Oh yeah, how could I forget? Mia and I were studying since I'm pretty much behind on schoolwork from the past three weeks," he replied.
"Hmm, that's nice of her to help you. So are you two going to fuck or what?" she asked bluntly.
"Well, if you're having problems getting girls, I can easily help you. You don't look bad; it's just the haircut. I've noticed how much time you've been taking to put together nice outfits. That's a good start. Just fix the hair, and you'll be good to go."
"Damn, does my hair look that bad?" he asked, raising an eyebrow.
"Yep. It looks like a generic nerd from *Stranger Things* or something. So, would you like me to fix that? For a good price, of course."
"Wow, right on the dot. I saw that coming. You know you could just ask for money, Jenny. I'm not stingy, like a certain person I know," he replied.
"No, I can't do that. I'm doing this because I want to. So, do you want it or not?" she asked, crossing her arms.
"Sure, fix my hair, Jenny. I'd appreciate it if you did. Now could you go back to your normal self? This part of you is freaking me out," he said with a hint of a grin.
"You're freaking me out with that thirty-dollar haircut of yours," she laughed.
"Says the girl who has a single set of underwear," he shot back, smirking.
Jenny's expression shifted as she fumed, "I have more! I just like this one!"
"I don't believe you, though," he teased, enjoying her flustered reaction.
"Alright, come on, I'll show you," Jenny said, taking his plate of food and setting it down. She then pulled him up to her room, and he didn't resist; why would he?
As they entered, Travis's eyes were immediately drawn to her open laptop on the desk. But it wasn't the device that caught his attention; it was the numerous nude pictures displayed on the screen.
Jenny rummaged through her underwear drawer and pulled out a pair of panties, turning back to him with a triumphant smile. "See? I have more than just this one, okay? Look!"
"Hmm, you really do. Well, I'll see you later," he said, stifling a laugh. "Also, learn to close your tabs before you leave your room," he added, walking out.
Confused, Jenny wondered, ' What tabs? '
Turning back to her laptop, her heart dropped as she realized the many nude pictures of herself still open.
' Fuck, how could I mess that up?'she thought, hurrying to sit in her chair. She quickly opened a new tab and typed frantically.
「How hard should you hit a person to cause memory loss?」
