The woman slowly opened her eyes; she could not see anything exactly, but only blurred. But with the horns, the soft black fur, the claws on his hands, and the shining eyes that looked down on her, she always knew what Krampus felt. She could read him like a book.
"Yes, master, it's me."
Krampus hugged the woman tightly; he held her in his arms, and the woman did not seem to reject him. On the contrary, she rested calmly and serenely in Krampus' arms.

Bruna wanted to go away and give the two of them space. As she noticed something—the once violet hair painted itself a red color—Bruna went nearer in order to inspect the wound.
Smack
"Don't touch me, human!"
The woman's gentle face turned in a matter of seconds. Before everyone could have seen it coming, the woman smacked Bruna in the face. The woman stood up, took Bruna by her collar, pulled her nearer towards her, and spoke, "Listen, human, don't even think of touching me; you already took my pride. What else do you want? HUH!"
Bruna had no chance to do something. In this very moment, something called mana presure acured—a way to make, with the power of your imagination, your mana go wild and force your enemy down. If the pressure is high enough, an ememy won't be able to move a single step in a fight.
This happened right now to Bruna; she felt all the woman's hate in the force that pushed her back against the ground. Bruna was sure that her last moment had arrived; she was ready to be killed as a hand grabbed the woman and pulled her back.
"Who are you? Let me go human!" The woman screamed, punched, and kicked. Whatever she did was, however, not strong enough; this woman's mental strength was unmatched, but her physical strength was close to nonexistent to Amon.
"Listen to me; I know that the ears are and elfes pride, but she was not the one who cut them off."
The mana pressure forced Amon back: "What do you want to know about elfs suffering humans? Come on, tell me, tell me!" The woman pointed at herself and shouted even louder; the mana pressure became higher, and she started to let a few rocks crack that were near her.
"Because my wife is an elf, she told me everything: your history, traditions, culture, joy, and your suffering." Amon spoke calmly; he knew the moment he raised his voice, everything would go down. This was not about winning the argument that he understood her pain; it was about leaving this cave as fast as possible.
"And many of my friends got forced to marry ugly bastard humans; how much did she cost 120, 200 million?"
"It cost over 500 human lives; trust me, I am the type of person who would kill everything for what I love." Amon's tone became serious. Not loud but serious, he did not want to get told from someone he does not even know the name of that he forced Roxanne to marry him.
"But then let's do it like this: everyone of us wants to get out of here. When we get out of here, then I will let you meet her, depending on how often you want to, and then you can still cut my throat open. On top of that, I will make sure to heal your ears so that they look exactly the same way they did before. Do we have a deal?"
The woman was angry and would never believe such rediculosity; she was sure that in the moment they would leave this place, he would enslave her, but then she felt a known hand on her shoulder, a Krampus hand.
"Therefore, he is not a bad person; I believe him. He told me only a few things about his wife, but he seemed to truly love her, and she did too. On top of that, we need to get out of here too. Do you remember?"
Thessia saw the seriousness in Krampu's glowing eyes; the red and blue eyes reassured her but also made her aware of who she was and what she had to do.
She nodded, went to the white fur lying on the floor, and wrapped it around her entire body so that nothing could be seen. She noticed Krampus short gazes at the place her feathers could not hide; her hate was not gone. Seeing Krampus only lifted her mood a bit.
Krampus walked ahead, and Tessia hurried after him. In this situation surrounded by humans, the only place she felt safe was on Krampus side.
Amon dropped back with confidence. He stood with Leon between Bruna and Thessia; he wanted to prevent, as much as possible, that the two clashed again.
"Amon, something is strange about the two of them." Leon spoke.
"You are right; I don't know where she got these prices, but I never heard about a save being this cheap, and even if there are some, then definitely not a female elf."
For a slave trader, elves were a product of the highest quality and rarity.
Male elves were always known for their enormous talent in handling mana; in addition, they had high physical powers and were beautiful.
Female slaves were almost only sold as sex slaves because of their beautiful appearance. A rich man would not hide them but present them in public, expose them, and beslestigen them.
But to be able to buy such a Überhaupt, you would have to spend hundreds of millions. 100 to 200 would not even be enough for a wig of elf hair.
"There is something we don't know about them, but I am sure that we will find that out soon."
