I came put having the most refreshing bath of my entire life. Suddenly sounds of thunder could have been heard.
"Oh fuck... NO... God just no. " I said to myself almost freaking out as I knew everytime it Rains and thunder it bring up misfortune in my life.
Jared entered my room wearing a cute pink pajama looked cleaned up.
"The food will come within some time." He said with a beam. He looked at me and instantly became serious.
"I can see some sort of discomfort on your face, What happened?" He asked
"Jared... it's... it's raining...." I said in an arduous manner.
"Ya so..." He replied very casually.
"Everytime it Rains and thunder it brings up ill luck. " I said
"Aree, why do you always overthink so much?" He asked "it's just a bit of drizzling and I like this wet pouring season anyways."
"You had shower?" I asked looking at his wet hair and clean new pajamas.
"Yes in the rain" He replied smilingly
"That's not funny Jared. I'm freaking out completely and you are fooling around." I said with annoyance.
"You are freaking out unnecessarily anyways." He said
"That's so rude of u I reply." I said. Suddenly their was huge sound of lightning and I moved closed to Jared.
"Chill baby girl.. you never used to get this petrified about rain. He said looked at the balcony grabbed mu hand and took me out.
It was raining beautiful, with breeze touching my face and my hair. Even though it was morning, It looked as if it was still night.
"Look how beautiful the Rains are... Anyone who says sunshine brings happiness, has never danced in rain being kids..." He said and takes my palm with his hands making me touch the beautiful raindrops.
"Listen to the rymth of the falling rain Serena."
'Listen to the rymth of the falling rain Serena.' This words took me back in the past. Where I and Jason were one soul. There was nothing I could have loved more than him and that passion was the same for Jason too (atleast I felt that way).
I never liked or disliked rain but I remembered dancing in the rain with him. Even after having brand new umbrella and people for him holding them, he choosed to ditch all those treatment and goes up in rain and dances, dance alone or dance with his friends or danced with me holding me by his waist and kiss me up too.
Suddenly another resonate of lightning brought me back in the reality. The sound was so intense that unknowing I ended up grabbing Jason by his waist.
He saw me frightened and holded me and took me in. I was still holding him and he too doesn't looked in any sort of a hurry to let me go. Infact after few fractions of second, he holded me even tighter.
"You okay?" He asked touching my hair.
"Hmmm y-yes" I replied.
"Your hair is smooth" He said.
I laughed because this was something I wasn't expecting to hear at all.
He beamed at my laughter and pulled me closer, and looked straight into my eyes.
"I need to tell you something" He said
