I took care of the paperwork on my desk as soon as I got to the office. Additionally, I recently repaired them on the PC and signed some of them. Today I don't have any appointments. I lost track of time and failed to see that it was midday.
I scanned the entrance to see who was yelling, "Miss Aza?" My secretary, Nanna Isabel, is here.
I uttered, "What's that Nan?" before returning my focus to the laptop.
She offered to fetch me food, saying, "It's lunchtime, do you want me to bring you something to eat here? You seem to have no intention of going out." She frequently does this, aside from making me too sluggish to go to the cafeteria when I'm already very full.
But because I can eat whenever I choose, she prefers to bring me food here. My routine of eating while working has developed, especially when I know there is food on my table.
"Yes, please, and thank you!"
I've just started working again. I had to get home early so I was in a rush as well. I'll leave early so I can get a good night's rest even if it's still 6 o'clock from work here.
After a while, Isabel knocked on the door and entered carrying dinner. Although the rice is a bit much, I believe I can finish it. I started eating the dish right away because it was chicken fillet and mixed vegetables. Even though I'm not yet particularly hungry, I just ate to quickly finish what I was doing.
I instantly left after finishing all I was doing. My bag-locked phone rang as I was making my way to the parking lot. I grabbed it and spun it around to see who was calling.
My closest pal, Kate Devera. I already know the reason she phoned. Since it's Friday, she'll reprimand me once more.
On the other line, she greeted me, "Hi, babe!"
"What?" I asked as I grabbed my car keys and entered. On the passenger seat, I threw the item and the ring binder I was holding.
Her voice was full of anticipation as she questioned, "Where are you? Are you coming later?" I grinned wryly.
I replied, "Yes, as if I'll reject you." I put my headphones in after taking them out. I inserted the phone into the holder. I started the car and let it warm up for a while before I left.
Every Friday night, my pals and I go out. Even when I'm exhausted, I always accompany them. When I don't go to the bar where we drink, they bother me at home as well.
I just concentrated on driving as she ended the phone with, "I love you, babe! See you later."
I found myself in bed as soon as I got home. I still have time to sleep because it is still early. We leave at 8 o'clock. I have plenty of time to recover, so.
I didn't know how soundly I was dozing off. It was dark when I got up, so I took care of it right away. You can't drink without eating, so I took a shower and ate before cooking for myself.
I simply wear a backless lace top with a fitted cargo skirt. Additionally, because I was heading to the club, I only wore 2 inch heels. I apply some minimal makeup and curl my mid-length hair.
I called Norven after I had done mending it. I need a driver right away because I will undoubtedly be intoxicated when I get home.
We arrived at the club, and I left right away. I cast my gaze toward our normal location. The outer design of this club, as well as the internal beauty, make it highly attractive. Artists, models, and other almost renowned individuals are frequently present.
The guard said, "Good evening Miss Azalea Mendez." We come here every Friday, so they are familiar with me. "Miss Kate and Aliyah are in the inside already."
I grinned while nodding. I'm in a VIP seat with Kate, so it won't be too crowded. because the dance floor was crowded, especially after midnight. Many individuals were dancing and having fun.
I noticed Kate and them conversing and having fun right away from a distance. They are currently too early. I go over there.
I exclaimed, "Hey!"
Aliyah got to her feet and approached me as they turned to look at me. She hugged me after kissing my cheeks.
"You're late," Kate murmured.
I gave her a reprimand before kissing her cheeks. I took a seat next to them on the couch. I instantly closed my eyes because they were drinking mojitos with black labels. Too difficult.
Aliyah said, "The man you're seeking for is here. I gazed at him while arching my brows. "Caden, he's over here."
I sighed as I thought back to the earlier incident. He ignored me, so I had no desire to make fun of him. I won't bother him here, despite I don't have the right to torment him.
We simply carry on talking and drinking. I'm accustomed to their mischief since we routinely do this. I drank the margarita I had ordered as soon as I became bored.
I took Kate and Aliyah to the dance floor. There were a lot of people, but the majority of them were already inebriated and didn't give a damn about us. Though I'm not yet intoxicated, I'm still feeling lightheaded.
My gaze instantly landed on the man I had earlier noticed. He was holding a glass of wine and standing, leaning on the counter. I turned my attention away from him when I noticed that he was looking at me.
I no longer had the inclination to dance, so I said Kate that i need to left. I hurried out of the club since I was feeling ill.
I simply stumbled due to my dizziness. I threw up while leaning against the wall. I need to get home because my head hurts.
I was taken aback when my back was gripped and massaged. I didn't recognize who it was because I continued to throw up while keeping my eyes closed. When I finished, I immediately looked at the person behind me.
I said inebriated, "Oh, Caden."
He sighed, then assisted me in standing up. Although my vision is fuzzy, I can still tell it's you. Considering how well I know him, I won't make any blunders.
I was irritated and questioned "Why are you here?" He earlier ignored me, and now he is standing in front of me as if nothing occurred.
He took the margarita I was holding from me just as I was about to sip it. I made myself accept the drink while I glared at him.
"That's mine!" I shouted.
Taking hold of my arm and assisting me in walking, he said, "That's enough, I'll take you home." I would have protested, but he was too strong.
I exclaimed, "You have no right!"
My screams had little effect on him; he carried on walking while clutching my arm. He's calling someone, but I have no idea who it is.
Once we arrived at his vehicle, he instantly allowed me to sit in the passenger seat. I'm so lightheaded that I can't muster the energy to fight any longer.
I overheard him remark, "Yes, I'll just take him to the condo." I can't look at him since I have closed my eyes.
"Damn this girl,"
I was told that I might have dozed out totally.
