Suddenly, a warm, wet sensation on his face brought him out of his thoughts. Blinking, Revy's eyes snapped open to find a small red dragon licking his face. It was unlike any creature he had ever seen, its eyes a piercing blue, and scales glinting in the faint moonlight that filtered through the trees. He stared at it in amazement, his hand instinctively going to the Red Abyss at his side.
The dragon looked up at him, its tongue flicking out again, as if to ask why he was so still. Revy sat up, his mind racing. Where was he? The last thing he remembered was being in the garden, surrounded by his team, the prince captured... and the fog. The old man's trickery had worked.
He looked around, and the forest was eerily silent except for the distant sound of the waterfall. The dragon cocked its head to the side, watching him with curious eyes. It was clear the creature wasn't here to harm him, but the question of why it was here remained.
Revy's hand hovered over the Red Abyss, ready to draw it at the slightest provocation. But as he sat up, the dragon scurried away, disappearing into the underbrush with a rustle of leaves. He took a deep breath and tried to calm his racing thoughts. The fog was a trap, set by the old man, he was sure of it. But why leave him here, with this... pet?
The footsteps grew louder, and he tensed, expecting the worst. But as the figure emerged from the mist, he felt his heart skip a beat. It was Lili, but not quite. The boy looked like a younger, softer version of their fierce comrade, with the same piercing gray eyes and agile grace. He carried an armful of firewood, his expression wary as he took in the unfamiliar surroundings.
"Who are you?" Revy demanded, his grip on the Red Abyss not loosening.
The boy looked at him with a mix of surprise and confusion. "I-I'm Bibi," he stammered, setting the firewood down. "What happened?"
Revy's third persona took over, his hand still on the Red Abyss. "You're Lili," he said, his voice cold and accusatory. "What's going on here?"
Bibi looked at him with a mixture of surprise and fear. "No," he whispered and took a step back. "I'm not Lili. I... I'm Bibi. Lili is my twin sister."
This statement hit Revy like a bolt of lightning.he had heard rumors about twins, but she had never met one herself.Could this kind boy be part of the big scam? Or was he just another innocent caught in the crossfire of Aria's games?
"Why are you here, Bibi?" Revy asked, keeping his guard up.
The boy swallowed hard, his eyes darting to the sword. "I... I was sent to find you," he stuttered. "The old man asked us to save you."
Revy's second persona took over, his voice as smooth as silk. "And why would he do that?"
Bibi's expression turned serious. "Because he said you were the key to ending the war," he said, his voice shaking slightly. "He said that he had observed Aria for a long time, that he could be an important enemy for Aria, and that he could eliminate the lies and deceptions woven around us."
Revy stared at the young boy, his mind racing. Could it be true? Was there someone else out there who knew the truth, who could help him navigate the treacherous waters of this divine conspiracy? His second persona took over, the cunning one who knew how to play the game.
"How do I know I can trust you?" he asked, his eyes never leaving Bibi's.
Revy looked at the young boy, her mind rapidly wandering. Could this be true? Maybe the old man has information about his past that he has been searching for for a long time? His cunning alter ego came into play, knowing how to play the game. "How do I know I can trust you?" he asked, never taking his eyes off Bibi.
Bibi held out his hand, palm up. "You don't have to," he said simply. "But if you don't, you'll never find out the truth about Aria and the United 10 Kingdoms."
Revy's third persona took over, his eyes narrowing. "I want to know where the prince is," he said, his voice low and menacing.
